The owner of E-day Supermarket located at Wilson Road, Scarborough reported that around 2am on Monday, three of his employees were chopped and robbed by bandits in a home invasion. More from Elizabeth Williams.

00:10E-Day supermarket when they heard a loud banging on the door to the supermarket. A short while
00:16after, a group of seven men, armed with knives, entered the room in which their employees were
00:22and demanded cash. The men then dealt the employees several chops about their bodies.
00:28The men then escaped with a sum of cash, amounting to approximately $200,000 and U.S. $15,000.
00:38Entry was made through a window on the western side of the supermarket, while the men exited
00:43through a door on the southern side of the supermarket. The scene was visited by crime scene experts.
