01:03I need justice for my son.
01:06Because the officer could have done better than that.
01:10Nobody had come and said nothing.
01:12Imagine he had his whole body on my son.
01:17And that ammunition on my son there without thinking.
01:21Oh, my son just crying out and saying, officer, please put down your gun.
01:27Officer, please put down your gun.
01:29Why the officer did not put down your gun?
01:31Ms. Marcel says the officer involved should have been arrested the same day.
01:36She says since her son's death, she suffered through sleepless nights and haunting nightmares.
01:43The officer should have been arrested the same day that he do that.
01:46The same day he should have been arrested.
01:49He should have been arrested the same day.
01:52And then look into that matter properly.
01:55Contacted for comment, Senior Superintendent of Police Earl Eli confirmed the officer involved remains on active duty as investigations are ongoing.
02:05The officer is neither on suspension nor has any charges been laid.
02:09This is an active, ongoing investigation.
