00:00I'm confirming, based on my information now, the agent is here in Trinidad, and they're working with the local agent.
00:10It is confirmed that the boat will be here on the 22nd afternoon period.
00:15The agent would have met with Port Authority and NITCO to look at the staffing for the cabins, catering, because, you know, we have about, well, cabins to hold at least 100 persons, because that would have been the instruction coming out of Tobago's stakeholders.
00:29So, staffing for the cabins to look at catering, birthing, any issues associated with birthing, and the loading plan which they are putting in place.
00:39Minister John said the agent for the MV Blue Wave Harmony will journey to Tobago to inspect the Scarborough Port for birthing specifications.
00:49Tomorrow, the agent will be going to Tobago in the morning to examine the ramp.
00:53So, you see, as I said, we are doing a lot of the front-end loading in terms of the planning for the receipt of this boat on the afternoon of the 22nd.
01:01So, I think that is good news for our stakeholders who use this Seabridge boat in Trinidad and Tobago, of course.
01:08And with the vessel taking four and a half hours in one trip, Minister John says the needs of Tobago's stakeholders would be met.
01:17This boat will be more than adequate. You know, they had said, okay, fine.
01:23When I had come in June, July there, they had said, okay, this is what we are getting from the Carboostar, and this is what will enhance the service.
01:31All right? And it was a couple of things.
01:33They felt the journey with Carboostar took six hours, which was a long journey.
01:37They wanted a boat that will be their shorter ride, a shorter trip between Trinidad and Tobago.
01:44This boat is covered with four engines, so there's redundancy.
01:47If two even shut down, they have two more to it, and it is going to take about two and a half hours.
01:51So, this boat will work as a passenger vessel and a cargo vessel, actually, because it's quite speedy.
01:57Maintenance at sea is possible.
02:00They have, I think there are about 74 cabins, and with a capacity to hold 100 places within the cabins.
02:07The boat can carry, I believe, about 200 persons.
02:10On this boat, it has its own work stock, so it can do maintenance while at sea, right?
02:16So, a lot of the additional, what do you call it, acts, you know, with respect to making this trip with the cargo better, were acts, and I think this boat complies with all of them.
02:31She said this is nothing short of an economic bridge of hope for Tobago.
02:37The people of Tobago, just as people of Trinidad, are my people, and basically, I am in the position to do something, right, to assist them to enhance the quality of life, and I'll do everything.
02:50Remember, I'm from Charlottesville, and I know about coming on that boat.
02:53That time it is to take about eight hours.
02:55That was torture.
02:57Not so really intriguing.
02:58I don't want to put anybody to do that.
02:59This temporary vessel, in the first instance for 12 months, has come following the departure of the Cabo Star from the Seabridge after it was sold.
