The friend of 15-year-old Beris Joseph is expected to appear in court on Monday, charged with his murder. Police sources confirm that Director of Public Prosecutions Roger Gaspard instructed on Friday that the charge of murder be filed. The accused, also a minor, hails from Golden Lane, Tobago.
