Police investigators believe the murder of Tobago craftsman Sean Parisienne was a contract killing, linked to a violent chopping incident that reportedly occurred last year. Three are now in custody for the murder. More from Elizabeth Williams.

00:09One suspect from Argyle was taken into police custody on the same night of the murder last Friday.
00:15Investigators told TV6 News they are confident the case will be solved
00:20as officers continue intelligence-led inquiries into the fatal shooting.
00:25Parisian was gunned down shortly after 7 p.m. last Friday in the heart of Scarborough.
00:32Police said a lone gunman opened fire on him, shooting him multiple times before fleeing the scene.
00:39The brazen attack occurred in full view of members of the public sending panic through the busy area.
00:45Parisian succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
00:49His killing marked Tobago's fourth murder for the year.
00:52Police investigations are ongoing.
00:56Meantime, Chairman of the Tobago Arm of the Trinidad and Tobago Chamber of Industry and Commerce,
01:01Curtis Williams, told TV6 News he was in Scarborough at the time of the incident.
01:08I was there. I mean, I was around Scarborough at the same time.
01:12And yet, it's really something to be wondered, you know, what's really happening in that space.
01:18Because that area is not a known block, as we could call it, in the local parlance.
01:25And it's something that the police need to look into.
01:27Mr. Williams said crime must be kept under control in Tobago.
01:32Don't wait until these things escalate.
01:34These so-called known blocks, they need to pass and check on them and dismantle them as the case may
01:39be.
