Gymnastics flips its way into the mix...



As,10 gymnasts from Tots & Tumblers Gymnastic Club are back in the country after taking part in the 20th Anniversary of the Copa Estrellas in Costa Rica...



The team came away with 36 medals in the event which featured gymnasts from 42 clubs from twelve different countries...

00:00Well, let's get the swinging going at the Copa Estrella's 2024 Gymnastics Tournament
00:06in Costa Rica with Gabriela Christopher.
00:08She had a great tournament, competing in three events.
00:11Her best event was on the bars as seen here, but she also came second on the floor and
00:16third on the vault.
00:18Level 7 competitor Yandi Stafford also looked like she's growing in confidence.
00:23She was grooving and enjoying her routine.
00:26Out of the three events she took part in, the floor was her best with a first place
00:30performance.
00:31She came second in the vault and beam.
00:41Lilybel Balkisun also challenged the beam and came first in the level 2 division.
00:47She came second in the vault and third in the bars.
00:50Over to level 7 athlete Shanika Joseph.
00:53She was flying on the bars.
00:54There was very little she could do wrong on the day.
00:58Three first place finishes.
01:00She would be slapping herself for finishing second on the floor.
01:04And Kira Lee John would not be left out.
01:07She too had three first place finishes and came second on the floor but in the level
01:112 division.
01:13Joseph and John both secured the highest all-rounder score in their respective levels regardless
01:18of age.
