Well 2026 is expected to be a bumper year for Gymnastics in T&T. President of the T&T Gymnastics Federation

Christopher George anticipates further participation in competitions and is also hoping for better performances.

00:00For 2026, Trinidad and Tobago is expected to feature gymnasts at the Commonwealth Games, World Championships, Pan American Games and Central American Championships.
00:102025 has been good to the athlete. Yandy Stafford made her mark by becoming TNT's first ever gold medalist at the Pan American Junior Artistic Gymnastics Cup in El Salvador.

00:32Ten-year-old Larissa Nevis, who is hoping to one day go to the Olympics, increased her medal tally from one last year to six this year at Karifta.

00:49Shanika Joseph won 11 medals at Karifta and she's hoping to fine-tune her skills.
