00:47 It stops producing insulin.
00:49 Because of which we have to take injections.
00:52 We have to follow many procedures.
00:54 I will tell you that our sages and sages have researched.
00:59 Like it has been told in Charaka Sanhita.
01:02 Our science is so powerful.
01:07 Our primitive science.
01:09 I will give you a small example.
01:11 For example, Yagyavalkya Rishi ji had told the law of relativity.

01:24 So you can say that Albert Einstein told it 100-150 years ago.
01:28 And our sages told it thousands of years ago.
01:30 So our science is so deep and so subtle.

01:44 And we can enjoy our life.
01:46 So one thing is Alpha and Beta rays.
01:48 Which medical science says cannot be reactive.
01:50 But in Yoga Sastra, if the entire retina is activated.

01:58 And when there is diabetes in the body.

02:05 It affects the digestive system.

02:10 Then the wounds of the person do not stop quickly.

02:15 There are many problems in this.
02:17 So how to fight this disease.
02:19 So I will tell you one thing.
02:21 Plavni Pranayam.
02:23 As I have told you.
02:25 So you will do Plavni Pranayam.
02:27 So with Plavni Pranayam, our life force increases so much.
02:30 Like we donate blood to someone.
02:32 In the same way we donate our life force.
02:34 And all the stomach problems will be gone.
