00:00 As-Salaamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuhu
00:13 Alhamdulillah Wa Kafaa Wa Salamun 'Ala Ibadihi Al-Ladhina Astafaa Amma Ba'ad
00:18 Fa A'udhu Billahi Minash Shaitanir Rajim
00:20 Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim
00:22 Alladhina Yunfiqoon Anfalahum Billayli Wal Nahari Sirram Wa 'Alaaniyah Falahum Ajruhum 'Inda Rabbihim Wala Khawfun 'Alayhim Wala Hum Yahzanoon
00:31 Subhana Rabbika Rabbil 'Izzati 'Amma Yasifoon Wa Salamun 'Ala Al-Mursaleena Wal Hamdulillahi Rabbil 'Alameen
00:38 Allahuma Salli 'Ala Sayyidina Wa Nabiyina Muhammad Wa 'Ala Aali Sayyidina Wa Habibina Muhammad Wa Barikur Salam
00:44 Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala has distributed wealth among people and if we think logically it makes sense
00:57 Not everyone can become a CEO, if everyone becomes a CEO then who will sell fruits, vegetables, who will make plumber etc.
01:07 So Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala has distributed wealth among people, some have been given more and some have been given less
01:17 But those people who have been given more wealth, Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala has demanded that they spend their wealth for the sake of Allah
01:27 Only for the sake of Allah, spend it on those people who have been given less wealth by Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala
01:34 Other than this, spend it on those avenues like building mosques, or for spreading the religion, or for many social welfare projects
01:52 I am giving examples, basically for good deeds, Allah wants those people who have been given wealth to spend their wealth
02:05 Then Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala has promised them rewards and the rewards that are given for spending wealth are so great that those who do not have wealth cannot earn it from this avenue
02:23 Some companions came to Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and said that there are some people who have wealth and they spend their wealth for the sake of Allah
02:39 And they are getting so much reward and we are deprived of it. The companions used to compete with each other, they wanted to take part in good deeds
02:54 Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) had trained them to compete with each other in good deeds.
03:02 It is mentioned in the Quran that Paradise is the place for competition and for doing good deeds
03:14 Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said to them that I will tell you a deed, if you do this deed, you will get the same reward as they are getting from spending wealth
03:26 And that is that after every prayer, you should recite 33 times Subhan Allah, 33 times Alhamdulillah, 33 times Allahu Akbar
03:36 And then you should complete it with 2 Ahadith, one with 34 times Allahu Akbar and one with 33 times
03:42 And then you should recite La Ilaha illa Allah, Wahdahu la sharika la, la hul mulku wa la hul hamd, wa huwa ila kulli shay'in qadeem
03:49 If you do this Tasbeeh, you will get the same reward. Now the companions who had less wealth, they started reciting Tasbeeh after their prayers
04:02 Now the rich companions who had wealth and were spending it in the way of Allah, they got to know that the companions are reciting Tasbeeh
04:12 So they also started reciting Tasbeeh. Now the companions who had no wealth, they went to Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and said
04:24 O Prophet of Allah, these people are spending wealth and reciting Tasbeeh, what should we do now?
04:32 So Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said, "This is the grace of Allah, Allah gives to whom He wills, and Allah gives to whom He wills"
04:43 A lot of people get wealth but not everyone spends it. So the one who has wealth, he should spend it in the way of Allah
04:56 People are very stingy, stingy, and stingy. Faith and stinginess cannot work together.
05:09 A person with faith cannot be stingy. If a person is stingy, stingy, and spends less, he should look into his heart
05:19 and this is a sign of weakness of faith. Please read the Quran and the Hadith
05:28 and see how Allah has promised to spend wealth.
05:37 Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said in a Hadith, "I swear by three things, that spending wealth in the way of Allah is not less than spending it"
06:01 This is pure faith. If you look at it logically, it seems that if I had 100, I would have 90 left.
06:11 But Allah says that spending wealth is more than spending it.
06:16 And if we think about interest, logically speaking, if I take interest, my wealth will be more.
06:24 But Allah says that taking interest will end wealth. Allah says in the Quran that Allah removes interest and increases charity.
06:41 Only a person with faith can think like this. A person who does not have faith cannot understand this.
06:48 So please spend in the way of Allah. This is mentioned in the Quran many times.
07:01 In the beginning of the verse, Allah says about the pious people,
07:07 "Those who spend their wealth night and day"
07:18 Sometimes, it is necessary to give in public, but the intention is purely Allah's will.
07:26 For example, if someone is in need and a companion comes and says that there is a widow, an orphan, etc.
07:38 and everyone is in a bad mood, everyone is afraid,
07:45 then one person stands up and says publicly that you can keep 1000 from me.
07:50 Others will be impressed or encouraged and say that this person has given 1000, so we can give 500.
07:58 If this person's intention is purely Allah's will and not a show off,
08:03 then spending in public will not only give him the reward of spending,
08:09 but the reward of all those who have taken encouragement from him will also be given to this person.
08:15 So, "Sirru Mu'alaniya" - Those who do this, Allah says, "Falahum Azruhum 'inda Rabbihim"
08:21 First, they have their reward with their Lord.
08:24 Second, "Wa laa khawfun 'alayhim wa laahum yahzanoon"
08:28 They will have no fear or sorrow.
08:31 They have no fear.
08:34 We all have a fear that death is coming.
08:40 We all are sinners. We all make mistakes in life.
08:46 We ask Allah for forgiveness and try to do good.
08:51 Still, we have a fear of unknown that what will happen if I make so many mistakes in my life?
08:58 How will the future be?
09:02 Allah says that these people have no fear or sorrow.
09:08 This is such a great thing.
09:11 And why are we getting this?
09:13 By spending in the way of Allah.
09:17 I often tell my colleagues that Allah has made a destiny for every person.
09:26 It is his destiny how much wealth each person will get in life.
09:33 But destiny is a long matter.
09:38 We will talk about it in detail when we get a chance.
09:43 But destiny is seen in two ways.
09:46 One is the destiny of Allah.
09:49 If we see from that perspective, destiny does not change.
09:53 But if we see from our perspective, destiny can change.
09:59 So, how much we will get if we spend, Allah increases our risk.
10:07 People often think about how our risk can increase.
10:13 So, one way to increase risk is to spend with sincerity for Allah.
10:20 The more we spend, the more Allah will increase our risk.
10:26 There are many other factors.
10:29 To ask for forgiveness, to avoid sins, etc.
10:36 If a person is in sin, his risk will be reduced.
10:41 Allah says in the Holy Quran,
10:44 If someone avoids me, his livelihood will be reduced.
10:53 So, avoid sins, ask for forgiveness,
10:57 make the mistakes unintentionally,
11:02 and spend money in the way of Allah.
11:06 There is a Hadith in Sahih Al Bukhari.
11:09 Allah says,
11:13 "O children of Adam, spend, I will spend on you."
11:23 Let's take another example.
11:26 There is a pipe.
11:29 This pipe is the destiny of a person's risk.
11:33 If this pipe fails,
11:36 the risk that was supposed to come, has come.
11:41 If we do not unblock it from one end,
11:45 if we do not unclog it,
11:47 if we do not spend from here,
11:49 if this pipe is not empty, how will more risk come from it?
11:55 When it is emptied from one side,
11:59 when it is spent in the way of Allah,
12:02 Allah fills it.
12:05 And as I said, Allah increases the size of this pipe.
12:10 The risk of a person also increases.
12:14 The Prophet (PBUH) said,
12:17 it is a narration of Sahih Muslim, a Sahih Hadith,
12:21 "There is no day when a person is awake in the morning."
12:33 Two angels descend every day,
12:37 and they say, "He prays,
12:45 'O Allah, whatever you spend today,
12:49 you should pay it back.
12:52 You should compensate it.
12:55 And Allah's compensation is not like for like,
12:59 it is not one to one.
13:01 When I spend, it is not that I spend one,
13:04 Allah will give me one.
13:06 At least ten.
13:09 "Whoever does good, he will be rewarded ten times."
13:13 Whoever does good, he will be rewarded ten times.
13:16 So, one will be at least ten.
13:19 Or seventy times.
13:23 Or a hundred times.
13:26 Or more than that.
13:27 "And Allah gives to whom He wills."
13:29 Allah increases as much as He wants.
13:32 So, His reward, His compensation is many times more.
13:37 And the second angel also prays,
13:40 in fact, he prays badly.
13:41 He says, "And the last one says,
13:44 'O Allah, destroy the wealth of the one
13:48 whom You have kept in a tight grip.'
13:52 So, one should spend.
13:54 On the way of Allah, spend.
13:58 As I said, in the Hadith and Quran,
14:01 many times, it has been encouraged.
14:08 I will tell you a Hadith,
14:10 it is a narration of Tirmidhi Sharif.
14:12 The Prophet (PBUH) said,
14:14 "The righteous man is nearer to Allah,
14:18 nearer to Paradise, nearer to the people."
14:21 The righteous man is nearer to Allah,
14:23 nearer to Paradise, nearer to the people.
14:26 "Far from the Fire."
14:27 Far from the Hell.
14:28 "And the stingy one is far from Allah,
14:33 far from Paradise, far from the people."
14:36 Far from Allah, far from Paradise, far from the people.
14:39 "Nearer to the Fire, but nearer to Hell."
14:42 InshaAllah, we will tell you the details of this
14:48 in another program,
14:50 what are the etiquettes of spending,
14:52 on whom should we spend,
14:53 how should we spend.
14:55 But one thing I will tell you today,
14:57 as I have already said,
14:59 not only for Allah,
15:01 not for show,
15:02 not to show people.
15:04 Because the thing which is shown,
15:07 which is shown,
15:09 is called Shirk-e-Khafi.
15:10 It is a hidden Shirk.
15:12 That I am doing it for Allah and for someone else,
15:15 this is Shirk.
15:16 So please,
15:17 increase your heart,
15:19 spend on people,
15:21 spend on the path of Allah,
15:22 spend on good deeds,
15:24 leave something for yourself.
15:27 We all are going to Allah.
15:30 The Day of Judgment will come,
15:33 everyone will be standing in front of their graves,
15:35 and will give an account in front of Allah.
15:36 Allah will ask,
15:38 "Tell me, where did you earn the wealth from,
15:40 where did you spend it?"
15:41 There will be five questions,
15:42 which every person will have to answer.
15:44 Two of them are,
15:46 "Where did you earn the wealth from,
15:48 where did you spend the wealth?"
15:50 Please, don't cheat,
15:52 don't steal,
15:53 don't cheat,
15:54 don't eat the wealth of inheritance.
15:56 Avoid every avenue,
15:58 from which the unlawful wealth can come.
16:00 And the lawful wealth that comes,
16:03 from that, on the path of Allah,
16:04 spend on Allah.
16:06 You see, in your life,
16:07 how much blessings and prosperity Allah will create in your wealth.
16:11 InshAllah.
16:12 Keep asking your questions.
16:14 InshAllah.
16:15 We will take a short break now,
16:18 and after the break,
16:19 we will be back with your questions.
16:21 The email to ask your questions is,
16:24 deenfitrat@arydigital.tv
16:27 InshAllah, we will be back after a short break.
16:31 Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuhu
16:33 Welcome back,
16:34 we are back with your questions.
16:36 Keep emailing your questions,
16:38 deenfitrat@arydigital.tv
16:43 One question is,
16:45 if a person had to repay a debt,
16:49 and that person has passed away,
16:51 meaning, the person who had a debt,
16:54 the one who had given a debt,
16:56 has passed away,
16:57 so the person who had to repay the debt,
17:00 what should he do now?
17:01 Is it possible for him to repay the debt in any way?
17:06 So, the debt has to be repaid.
17:09 The person who has passed away,
17:12 now his wealth,
17:15 his property,
17:18 has gone to his heirs.
17:20 So, the person who has to repay the debt,
17:22 should go to the heirs,
17:24 and tell the heirs that I had to repay the debt of your father,
17:27 or of the one who has passed away,
17:31 so this is the wealth that I want to repay.
17:34 The second question is,
17:36 can the heirs repay the debt?
17:40 The answer is,
17:41 they can repay the debt,
17:43 but it is important that all the heirs,
17:46 all the heirs,
17:47 all of them together,
17:49 repay the debt of this person.
17:51 If any of them says that I don't repay the debt,
17:54 I don't repay the debt,
17:56 I am sorry,
17:57 I want my rights,
18:00 then it will be necessary to repay the debt of that person.
18:04 If all the heirs say together that we will repay the debt of this person,
18:08 then it is possible.
18:10 Similarly, there are some other questions related to inheritance.
18:15 We see in our society,
18:18 that inheritance is not properly distributed.
18:21 This is very unfortunate.
18:23 Allah (SWT) has expressed a severe displeasure over this.
18:29 (Recitation of Holy Qur'an)
18:47 You eat up the wealth of your inheritance,
18:51 you have such a strong love for wealth,
18:54 Allah (SWT) reminds us of the Day of Judgment.
18:57 Remember that the Day of Judgment will come,
19:00 when your Lord will come for questioning and answering,
19:07 and all the angels will be standing in line.
19:11 On that day, man will remember how he lived his life,
19:14 and Allah (SWT) says that what is the use of remembering that day?
19:17 Actually, one should have lived a good life in this world.
19:21 So, Allah (SWT) is expressing a severe displeasure
19:24 that you eat up the wealth of your inheritance.
19:26 In our society,
19:28 inheritance is not properly distributed.
19:32 Especially, women do not have proper inheritance distribution.
19:36 For example, if a father passes away,
19:39 his sons eat up all the wealth of their inheritance.
19:43 They do not give their daughters to their sisters.
19:46 Sometimes they say that they are married,
19:48 and they spent their money on their marriage,
19:50 so what is the need to give them now?
19:53 This is a very dangerous thing.
19:56 There is a severe warning about this.
19:59 Please, distribute the wealth properly.
20:02 Another thing about inheritance is that
20:05 the ownership of every person's wealth should be defined.
20:10 The ownership of the property should be defined.
20:12 The ownership of the property of a person.
20:14 There is a phone,
20:16 it is either mine or someone else's.
20:19 It is also possible that there is a partnership in something.
20:22 That should also be defined.
20:24 50% is mine, 50% is someone else's.
20:26 25% is mine, 75% is someone else's.
20:29 It is possible that a person defines the ownership of something.
20:34 But it should be defined
20:37 so that the ownership of a person
20:40 is distributed to the same person who passed away.
20:45 If it is not defined,
20:47 then who will inherit the property?
20:50 If the inheritance is not properly distributed,
20:53 then it is a crime.
20:55 There is a severe warning about this.
20:57 Please, define the ownership.
20:59 Sometimes, husband and wife say that
21:02 this is our money.
21:05 It is a very good thing.
21:07 You both have money,
21:09 but if there is a note of one rupee,
21:11 then that one rupee can be of one person.
21:13 So, tell me,
21:15 if you both have 50-50,
21:17 if there is one lakh,
21:19 then is it 50,000 for one, 50,000 for one?
21:21 Or 75 for one, 25 for one, 75 for one, 25 for one?
21:25 How is it one?
21:27 You both have it.
21:29 So that, as I said,
21:31 if the husband passes away,
21:33 then his property goes to his inheritance.
21:35 If the wife passes away,
21:37 then her property goes to her inheritance.
21:39 Please, take care of this.
21:41 That the ownership should be defined.
21:45 Similarly, some people say that
21:49 after my death,
21:51 my children should be divided.
21:53 They should be divided in this way.
21:55 For example, a person has three houses.
21:57 He says, after my death,
21:59 one house should go to this son,
22:01 one house to this daughter,
22:03 one house to this daughter.
22:05 For example, he has one son, two daughters
22:07 and three houses.
22:09 He says, after my death,
22:11 one house should go to my son and two daughters.
22:13 Then, when the person passes away,
22:15 then one of the heirs stands up and says,
22:19 that what he said,
22:21 after my death,
22:23 should be divided in this way.
22:25 We do not accept this.
22:27 According to Shariah, the inheritance will be divided.
22:29 This person is speaking absolutely right.
22:31 See, there are two things.
22:33 One thing is that in life,
22:35 you give a gift to someone.
22:37 For example, I have three children
22:39 and I have three houses.
22:41 I equally distribute the three houses
22:43 among my three children.
22:45 I give them gifts.
22:47 There is no problem in this.
22:49 In fact, it is a good thing.
22:51 I have one son and two daughters.
22:53 I give one gift to one son
22:55 and one gift to the other two daughters.
22:57 I have equally distributed the gifts.
22:59 It is a very good thing.
23:01 There is no problem in this.
23:03 Some people do this.
23:05 They give gifts in the same way
23:07 as the inheritance is divided.
23:09 For example,
23:11 I have one son and two daughters
23:13 and I have, assume,
23:15 one lakh rupees.
23:17 I will give double to my son
23:19 in the gift of life.
23:21 I will give half to my daughter
23:23 and equally to the other daughter.
23:25 Some people said that
23:27 this should not be done.
23:29 You should give equal gifts.
23:31 But some said that there is no problem in this.
23:33 Because, in fact,
23:35 the man
23:37 has his own responsibilities.
23:39 He has to spend on himself.
23:41 Then he will have a wife
23:43 and children.
23:45 He has to spend on them.
23:47 The Shariah has not given any responsibility
23:49 to spend on a woman.
23:51 She is the queen of the house.
23:53 She has no responsibility.
23:55 Whatever she gets, it is her pocket money.
23:57 It will go into her pocket.
23:59 The Shariah has not given any responsibility
24:01 to spend on anyone else.
24:03 Whatever she gets,
24:05 it will go into her bank balance.
24:07 It will go into her pocket.
24:09 The man has to spend
24:11 on people.
24:13 He has a responsibility.
24:15 Some people say that
24:17 why two parts are given to the man
24:19 and one part to the woman
24:21 in inheritance.
24:23 This is the logic and reasoning.
24:25 All the principles Allah has made
24:27 are for the benefit of society.
24:29 If a man gives a gift
24:31 to his son
24:33 and gives half and half,
24:35 some people say that it is not worth it.
24:37 But I think it is better
24:39 to give equal gifts.
24:41 If you give a gift to someone
24:43 in life,
24:45 then it is appropriate.
24:47 You can give as much as you want.
24:49 You can give as much as you want.
24:53 But after the death of a person,
24:55 if someone has written a will
24:57 that
24:59 my heirs
25:01 should get this much
25:03 and that much,
25:05 after the death of a person,
25:07 there is no value in the Shariah.
25:09 After the death of a person,
25:11 inheritance will be
25:13 distributed according to the Shariah.
25:15 The Shariah has
25:17 defined it very clearly.
25:19 The Quran has given
25:21 very detailed instructions
25:23 for the distribution of inheritance.
25:25 Every will
25:27 becomes null and void
25:29 if a will is written
25:31 for the inheritance.
25:33 So, the fact that
25:35 after the death of a person,
25:37 the will should not be distributed
25:39 according to the Shariah is absolutely right.
25:41 It should be like this.
25:43 Yes, one third of the wealth
25:45 can be distributed by a person.
25:47 One third of the wealth
25:49 can be distributed by a person
25:51 to go to a mosque
25:53 or to a charity organization
25:55 or to do good deeds.
25:57 But,
25:59 that one third of the will
26:01 will not be for the inheritance.
26:03 It will be for the non-inheritance.
26:05 That person can do it,
26:07 but the will cannot be for the inheritance.
26:09 As I said, the Shariah
26:11 has very clearly defined instructions.
26:13 If he has done it, it will become null and void.
26:15 I hope you have understood
26:17 the point. Please be very careful
26:19 about the matters of wealth.

26:23 Allah wants justice
26:25 and everyone should get their due rights.

26:31 and not to oppress anyone.
26:33 So that we may be successful in this world
26:35 and in the hereafter.
26:37 Justice is in justice.
