00:00 (upbeat music)
00:02 - Chicago White Sox, Chicago Cubs,
00:04 the battle of the windy city.
00:06 Today it'll be on the north side
00:07 and we do have the Chicago Cubs,
00:09 a favorite at minus 168 in a total
00:11 that is listed at eight and a half,
00:13 which typically means to us when we see that
00:16 the wind is blowing in at Wrigley
00:18 and it is 69 degrees, light wind at five miles an hour.
00:21 And also still taking a look at that red hot
00:24 Chicago Cubs lineup,
00:25 particularly against right-handed pitching
00:27 over the past 30 days.
00:28 Are we trusting the Cubbies here
00:29 at this price?
00:31 - Well, I certainly trust, you know,
00:36 Hendricks at this particular point,
00:38 who is really starting to do exactly
00:40 what they had hoped he would do now.
00:43 And that's kind of settled the middle
00:46 of the back end of that rotation down.
00:48 And he has actually been pretty good.
00:50 Now I will say this,
00:52 the Cubs have lost all three of his starts, I think,
00:56 since he came back.
00:59 So he is absolutely good due
01:02 for a little positive regression
01:04 because in some of those starts,
01:07 they just weren't hitting the ball.
01:08 That is not the case right now.
01:10 We've got one team at home playing for a ton
01:13 versus a team that is fading and fading fast.
01:17 So yeah, I got no problem looking at the Cubs,
01:21 even on the run line.
01:22 How's that, Donny?
01:24 You got no problem looking at them there as well.
01:25 - Yes.
