Wet weather has arrived in the Pacific Northwest, and for some mountainous areas, that means the first snow of the season.
Transcript
00:00In the northwest here, we're beginning to cool down pretty well, so we are looking, sorry, you already bumped it, and here we are with some rain moving into the northwest.
00:08And it's one of multiple systems that will be moving in, and as this moves further inland, we get to higher elevations, we start to see more snow.
00:16We could draw it on there, it's really too small to draw, but we've got the Siskiyous, you've got parts of the Cascades, very small scale spots where we're going to begin to see a little bit of snow out there.
00:26Tomorrow night, a lot of us into the 30s in the light blue with some rain showers around.
00:31Yeah, something definitely cooler air in place here, starting to feel a little bit more like fall.
00:36Clouds keeping temperatures low somewhere like Seattle as it's just days of rainfall at this point.
00:41The next surge comes in, another low Thursday night off of Vancouver Island.
00:45By Friday, that one scoots across the region, and we will get a nice little quieter spell there for Friday in the Pacific Northwest after a week of off-and-on showers.
00:53Here we go, just in time for the weekend.
00:55There you go, it makes you think about travel plans perhaps.
