00:00What's the biggest change in terms of the culture SEALs the CIA?

00:04Totally different. The hazing, that kind of stuff, is a 100% no-go.

00:08There's no hazing, there's no tuning people up.

00:10You're working with women, you're working with nerds,

00:13you're working with a whole slew of different people.

00:16And the SEAL teams, you're with 16 guys and everybody's a meat-eater.

00:19Everybody wants to go to war, everybody's hardened, everybody's in shape.

00:22You move over to the CIA and outfit that I was in under the agency,

00:26all those aspects are still there.

00:28My immediate team, you're dealing with spies, you're dealing with foreign intelligence people.

00:33You've got to wear a suit sometimes, you've got to wear what you're wearing in the SEAL team sometimes.

00:37One day you might be meeting the president of Afghanistan,

00:40you know, high-end diplomat from another country,

00:42and the next day you're humping the mountains in Afghanistan with an M4.

00:46The job is so broad when you get over there.
