00:00Hey everyone, welcome back to Mobile Physiotherapy. Today, we'll be exploring Vriksha Sana,
00:06also known as the Tree Pose. This asana is excellent for improving balance, stability,
00:12and mental focus. It's also great for strengthening the legs and toning your core.
00:17Let's get started. Before we jump into Vriksha Sana, it's important to gently warm up your body.
00:22You can do some simple leg stretches or standing exercises to loosen up your muscles.
00:27Once you're feeling loose and ready, let's move into the pose. To begin, stand tall in Tata Sana,
00:32or Mountain Pose. Make sure your feet are firmly grounded, your spine is straight,
00:38and your hands are by your sides. Now, shift your weight onto your left foot.
00:43Slowly lift your right foot off the ground and place the sole of your foot on your inner left thigh.
00:48If you're a beginner, you can place it lower on the leg, but avoid the knee. Once you're steady,
00:53bring your hands together and Anjali Madra at your chest or extend them overhead like the branches
00:58of a tree. Focus your gaze on a fixed point in front of you to maintain balance. Take deep breaths
01:04in and out, feeling grounded and strong like a tree. Hold this pose for 30 seconds to a minute,
01:09or as long as you feel comfortable. Vriksha Sana helps to improve concentration,
01:13strengthen the legs, ankles, and back, while also stretching the thighs, chest, and shoulders.
01:19To come out of the pose, lower your arms and gently bring your foot back to the ground.
01:24Return to Tata Sana and take a moment to feel the effects of the pose.
01:29Now, let's repeat the pose on the other side. Remember, yoga is about balance,
01:34both on and off the mat.
02:00Thank you for joining me today. Keep practicing Vriksha Sana to enhance your balance,
02:05focus, and stability. If you enjoyed this video, make sure to like,
