00:00In this video, I will show you how to set up out of office auto replies in new Outlook.

00:06So I'll be showing you step by step today, how to turn on automatic replies and create

00:11an out of office message that will be sent whilst your way.

00:24So to get started, as you can see, we're here on Outlook.

00:27So this is the new Outlook and what you want to do is come up to the top right hand

00:31corner,

00:32click onto the gear icon to open up your settings.

00:35And then what you want to do is come over to the left and click onto accounts.

00:38Once you've done that, you're going to find automatic replies.

00:42So just give that a click and that's going to take you to this screen.

00:45And all you need to do is turn the switch on.

00:47Now, what you can do is choose to do some replies during a time period.

00:51So if you tick the box here, you can set the time period or you can leave it unchecked,

00:55which means automatic replies will be turned on until you come back here and turn automatic

01:00replies off.

01:01What you then want to do is come down to the message box here and you can add your

01:04out of office auto reply.

01:06So as an example, I've just put, I am on holiday and will not be able to respond to

01:10emails until the 23rd of October.

01:13You do have some options at the top if you want to format this email.

01:17So if you want to change the font, things like that.

01:18Then all you need to do is come and click save at the bottom and that's going to go

01:22and turn on automatic replies.

01:25Of course, to turn automatic replies off, just come back into your settings,

01:29come back to automatic replies and turn the switch off to turn off automatic replies.

01:34Make sure to click save to apply the changes as well.

01:36And that's going to go ahead and turn off automatic replies.

01:40So that's how to set up out of office auto replies on the new outlook.
