00:11and send out a meeting invitation. If this video helps you out today make sure to leave a like on

00:22what you want to do is open up Outlook and once you've done that you want to come to the
00:26left
00:27hand side and click onto the calendar icon. So just over here once that's done you're going to see
00:32a button in the top left which says new event. Click the small arrow next to this and then go
00:37ahead and select event. What you can now do is add details of your meeting. So I'm just going to
00:42call
00:42this one example meeting. You can then add the invite so you can choose who you want to invite.
00:48You can add as many contacts as you want and then what you can do is set the date and
00:52time for the
00:53meeting. So you can click the calendar icon here to choose the date and then what you can do is
00:58choose the start time and the end time. You can also select if this is going to be all day
01:02or a
01:03recurring meeting and once that's done you can also add a location if you want as well. Now if you
01:08want
01:08this to open in Teams you can of course turn this on here to enable a Teams meeting and then
01:13what you
01:13can do is add a description of the meeting here. So I'm just going to put example meeting description.
01:20Once that's done all you need to do is come up and click send at the top and what that's
01:25going to do
01:25as you can see is create the event and send invite links to your attendees for them to be invited
01:31to
01:32the meeting. So that is how to schedule a meeting in Outlook. Make sure to like comment and subscribe
01:38for more Outlook tips and easy tech guides and with that being said I will see you in the next
01:45video.
