00:00What anger continues to erupt across the country is this Labour government like
00:04the Conservative government continue to allow the invasion of this country and I think it speaks
00:11volumes that given the very precarious weak economic situation this country is in you still
00:18see in the YouGov most important issues tracker immigration is still viewed as the number one
00:24issue in this country even ahead of the economy and miles ahead of other issues like defence
00:32and you have to look at what state we're in in this country right now one in five adults
00:36are on universal credit more than seven million people and you can see here the analysis that's
00:42been done on this that 7.3 million now in England and Wales between the age of 20 and 64
00:50are claiming
00:50universal credit the taxpayers alliance have gone through this and said 1.3 million people
00:56in their 20s are on universal credit 2 million people in their 30s and a quarter of people
01:041.9 million people in their 40s on universal credit and just look where this leaves us as a country
01:11it leaves us in a position where benefits bill going to go up from 315 billion now to 400 billion
01:20by the
01:20end of this decade labour have allowed this to get totally out of control and you can see there
01:24there are 15 council areas now where at least 30 percent of the working age population is on
01:30universal credit and yet at the same time the government allow a situation where huge amounts
01:37of money are being paid out in benefits to foreign nationals and you can see there are over 15 percent
01:44of all universal credit payments in the past year for households with at least one foreign national
01:50that's the center for migration control who have got those numbers and you know with all of that
01:57going on all of the problems this country is facing right now Andy Burnham used a major speech to talk

02:20national center for information defense to detect attribute and disrupt these kinds of hostile state
02:30information attacks to support and defend our democracy i know this is a shared challenge
02:38so we are going to use our experience in the uk and the fact that we have already been through
02:45this shock starting 10 years ago to help other countries we have already supported moldover to protect
02:53its selections from russian interference as more elections approach across europe more nations are grappling with
03:01these issues some for the first time so we're ready to share our understanding of how these actors work and
