00:11but I think because it's mainstream now, I think a lot of people who were on the casual side of
00:17Oklahoma, Michigan went,
00:20huh, everyone ran to bet Oklahoma the second the line came out after what happened to Michigan against Western Michigan.
00:30And the number opened up at six and a half and it closed at four and a half and it
00:35went from six and a half to five and a half to four and a half and just bounced around.
00:40There was a lot in that game from a betting perspective.
00:44The public, the group think everyone thinking that Oklahoma's defense was going to make Bryce Underwood's life difficult.
00:52And for the most part, it did. I mean, Michigan scored 17 points.
00:55It wasn't like they blew the doors off of Oklahoma.
00:57But the problem I had with Oklahoma is I never really thought Oklahoma had a legitimate shot to win that

01:04Michigan was in control for pretty much the entire game and John Mateer did not play well.
01:11So the tackling for Oklahoma was problematic and I was frustrated by it watching it because I was on Michigan
01:19plus six and a half.
01:20But Oklahoma money line, I didn't want to touch the spread.
01:24I was like, forget the spread. There's too much public money here.

01:33I took Oklahoma money line, hoping the number would fall somewhere in between 1710, the final for Michigan and a
01:42huge win for Kyle Whittingham.
01:44And here's the thing that this guy didn't just forget how to coach like how Whittingham is a very, very
01:50good coach and won a ton of games at Utah.
01:53He didn't luck his way into the job at Michigan.
01:57Again, Oklahoma can still make the playoffs. Oklahoma could still potentially win the college football playoff, but that makes the
02:05Texas game incredibly important, right?
02:09Michigan nearly lost to Western Michigan and they beat Oklahoma.
02:13Texas nearly lost to Ohio State more of them in a second.
02:16What does the Red River look like next month?
02:19I mean, Oklahoma is going to need to win that game and they've got other big games on their schedule

02:23but they need a huge scalp after losing to Michigan because that's a game.
02:28If they had won that game on the road at the big house, you can use that as a buffer.
02:33If you were to lose to a Michigan or to someone else highly ranked on your schedule.
02:39Let's see how it plays out for Michigan, but I mean, Oklahoma, but that Michigan loss is not good.
02:44And it's a big win for Michigan, their season and for Kyle Whittingham to calm everybody down because yes, the
02:52guy can coach.
