00:00All the people who say peace, love and goodness in Trinidad, put your phone light in the air, 6, 7,
00:088 and 9, everybody together.
00:12And you know what is the code? When we fight against one another, nobody winning, nobody.
00:20You understand? So make some noise once again to the whole Trinidad movement, boy.
00:26It was one love on the summer stage last night at the Queen's Park Savannah,
00:31as Trinidad artists of all numerical affiliations came together to give their fans a show to remember.
00:48And as promised, both Cayman and Plumpy Boss took the stage together.
00:53May hours after announcing their truce, Plumpy's first major performance since being shot multiple times back in 2024.
01:42Plumpy also issued a call concerning his fellow Trinidad artist, Meds Boss, who remains in detention on a PDO.
01:56The event also featured local and regional dance hall favorites, like Lady Lava, Young Brother, TJ and Alkaline.
02:15The TTPS reports more than 10,000 patrons turned out for summer stage.
02:21And Acting Assistant Commissioner of Police Northwest, Garvin Henry says, the event was free of any major incident.
02:29I am pleased to report that the event was free of any major incidents.
02:33We deployed an adequate strength of officers, who were properly briefed by me ahead of time to ensure the safety
02:40of patrons and the smooth management of the event.
02:44I want to commend the promoters and organizers for their collaboration with the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service, both prior
02:50to and during the event.
02:53That partnership contributed significantly to how well the event was run.
02:57As we anticipated, there was an increase in vehicular traffic in and around the savannah.
03:03This was planned for in advance, and I want to commend the men and women on duty, who worked to
03:09quickly and effectively manage that traffic.
03:13I want to thank the public for their cooperation, and I reaffirm that the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service's commitment
03:20to ensuring safety at events of this nature going forward.
