00:00Captain of the Trinbago Knight Riders, Nicholas Puran, felt that they needed 15 more runs to secure the game.
00:05No secrets, we lost our way in the middle there.
00:08That cost us, especially on a good batting track.
00:11I think we were on the par by 10, 15 runs.
00:15But in saying that, I think the bowlers came out and they bowled extremely well.
00:1945 in the last three of us.
00:21We'll take that any day.
00:22Obviously, we want to try to execute better.
00:23Despite the result, Puran still believes that they have a championship team that can go all the way.
00:28I mean, we have three quality spinners and obviously two fast bowlers there.
00:33And it's definitely going to be a challenge for us this tournament, especially when the wickets are really good and
00:38our spinners are not getting wickets.
00:40But it is what it is.
00:42And we just have to continue to back our guys 100 percent.
00:46And hopefully, next time we're in this situation, it's a different result.
00:51He is hoping they can bounce back in their games on home soil.
00:54Yeah, Trinbago has been fantastic for us over the years.
00:57So, I'm looking forward to go home there.
01:00I feel as a group, we need to really think about it.
01:03For us, we're going on the road.
01:06We're going back home, obviously losing two games out of three.
01:09Obviously, a tough place.
01:10But again, everything happens for a reason and happens in its time.
01:13So, for us, hopefully, we can have a good home leg as well and see where it goes from there.
01:17Meantime, his opposite number, Mohen Ali, explained what worked.
01:21Yeah, obviously, very excited, very happy with the way things ended up against a very good side, as we know.
01:27They made it very difficult for us.
01:29But, you know, playing the extra batter has helped us in the last two games.
01:33So, we're really happy.
01:34We want to make this, like I said, the other day, that we want to make this a fortress and
01:37a very tough place to come and play.
