00:00In this video, I will show you how to play Duck Survival on PC.
00:05Now, although Duck Survival is an Android game, it's absolutely possible to play this on PC
00:09or even a Mac using something called the BlueStacks app player.
00:13BlueStacks is an Android emulator so what that allows you to do is play Android games on your PC
00:19or Mac. And to get started, if you come below this video, in the video description, you're
00:24going to find the download link. So give that a click and that's going to take you to a website
00:29like this. From here, what you want to do is click the blue button here, which says play Duck Survival
00:34on PC. Now, what that's going to do is download BlueStacks onto your computer. And once that's
00:39done, you can give it a click. And then what you want to do is just run through the steps
00:42to download
00:43and install BlueStacks. Once BlueStacks has finished installing, click the blue launch button on this
00:49window that comes up. And what that's going to do is load up BlueStacks on your computer.
00:53And because you've clicked the link, it's going to take you directly to the download page for Duck
00:58Survival. So from here, you're going to see a button which says install from Google Play. Give
01:02that a click. And once you've done that, you'll be taken to the app installation page. So from here,
01:08just go ahead, click the blue install button. And as you can see, that's going to start to download
01:12and install Duck Survival. So you can start playing this with BlueStacks on your computer or laptop.
01:18Now, just while I was downloading, I just want to run through some features of BlueStacks and why I
01:22personally love using it to play Android games on computer. So the first thing I want to talk about is
01:27game controls. Now, playing on a computer does give you the chance to use your keyboard and mouse.
01:32And of course, you're playing on a bigger screen, which is just a more better immersive experience.
01:37And all the controls are already preset, but you have got the option to customize them as well,
01:42if you want to. There is also gamepad support for a lot of games as well, which is just one
01:46of the
01:46great reasons to use BlueStacks to play games on your PC. Now, another thing that's really cool is the
01:52built-in macros feature. What this allows you to do is record and replay actions with single
01:57key press. So on some games, as you can see in the example video here, it says drag a farm
02:02hand
02:03into grandma's glade. Now, games like this, where you have to constantly drag and drop,
02:07the actions can actually be done quicker with just a single key press on your keyboard.
02:11And one thing that I really, really love about BlueStacks is the built-in real-time
02:15translation feature. Now, what this allows you to do is play any Android game in your local language.
02:20So again, as you can see in the example video, BlueStacks is automatically going to translate
02:25into your local language, which now gives you access to games exclusive to other countries,
02:31which you've probably been wanting to play, but of course can't because of language barrier reasons.
02:35Another great reason to play on PC is, of course, you do enable a higher frame rate,
02:40which gives you a much better and smoother gameplay experience. And of course, you can play
02:44all your Android games in full HD. So that's a couple of reasons why I personally love BlueStacks,
02:50but you can see there's a number of really cool features and things you can do with BlueStacks,
02:54which is why I would recommend it as the best emulator to play Android games on your PC or Mac.
03:00So coming back to BlueStacks, you can see Duck Survival has now finished installing. What I'm
03:04going to do is click on to play and just launch your game. So you can see how it plays
03:08on BlueStacks
03:09as well. So let's just click continue and you can see the game is just going to start loading through
03:13now. So as you can see from the opening animations, just how smooth everything is running
03:18and it's just a really clear sharp picture as well. So let's go and jump into the game itself.
03:23Now, if you look on the right hand side, you're going to see this orange keyboard icon up here.
03:28So if you give that a click, you can see we've got the option to toggle on screen game controls.
03:32So you can see what keys does what on your game, but you can see I'm using my mouse button
03:37here.
03:38I can use WSAD. You can see the keys are coming up to move about as well,
03:42or I can just hold down my left mouse button and drag the analog stick to move my duck as
03:47well.
03:48But you can see just how great the gameplay is as well. Again, there's no lag or anything like that.
03:52It just runs really, really great on BlueStacks. And again, that's why I would recommend it to
03:56play Android games on your PC or Mac. So that's how to play Duck Survival on PC.
