00:13with strong wind, gusts, and heavy rain.
00:16More than a million people were evacuated
00:18on the Chinese east coast as a precaution.
00:21Shanghai and other eastern cities are expecting heavy rain
00:24over the next three days with an elevated risk of flooding.
00:26And we want to take a look at highs here
00:28and our forecast, and you can see we have drenching rain
00:32in Shanghai through Tuesday, 86 there.
00:35Taipei, still some thunderstorms around.
00:37Beijing will see some thunderstorms as well.
00:39But again, a lot of eastern China facing some heavy rain,
00:41so future radar.
00:42You can still see the circulation here
00:44just kind of becoming a bit disembodied,
00:45but that moisture feed coming onshore
00:48and impacting the area near Shanghai
00:50and still some additional moisture in the areas around Taipei.
