The State has abandoned its bid to return 69-year-old Star Sabga to prison while it appeals a High Court ruling that ordered her release. Instead, the Court of Appeal has fixed September 14th to hear the State's challenge to that decision, leaving Sabga under strict court-ordered house arrest. Urvashi Tiwari Roopnarine reports.
