Businessman Dominic Hadeed and his wife, Genevieve Hadeed, remain in custody after the Court of Appeal granted the State an interim stay of its ruling ordering their release under strict house arrest. The stay application is scheduled to resume before the Court of Appeal at 3 pm today, as the State seeks to challenge the ruling and pursue an appeal to the Privy Council. Attorney Faris Al-Rawi spoke with the media following last night's proceedings.
