It was celebration in Chaguaramas as a High court judge today ordered the Military Museum be handed back to operators after they were evicted by the Chaguaramas Development Authority.

00:14the premises to the museum until Monday's court proceedings.

00:35And I would like to ask the people of Trinidad and Tobago, this piece of land is a lot of heritage, history.
00:45And I would like this piece of land to stay on, go on and on and on.

00:57Four days ago, the Chagaramas Development Authority announced it took possession of the premises,
01:02saying the occupiers were offered numerous opportunities over the years to regularize their tenancy, but refused.
01:09Well, yes, her home was as well. She lived here for the past 30 years.

01:29The museum was created by late Lieutenant Commander Gaylord Kelshaw, Linda's husband,
01:35who collected and preserved artifacts of TNT's military history.
01:39On its Facebook page, the museum says it will inform the public when it will be reopened for visitors.
