00:02We've just learned that the young child they are looking for is about two months old and is a boy.
00:09We know that his mother and his sister were found floating in the water yesterday after emergency services were called
00:17about quarter past eleven after a passerby discovered a car that was still running and had been completely abandoned.
00:24We have also learned that the police don't believe anyone else is involved in this situation.
00:31We have heard from police today and they have said they will continue searching despite these very windy conditions.
00:41They are challenging conditions but they will continue to search.

00:49This is a tragic set of circumstances and as you can appreciate there is an active search underway and we
00:55have investigators examining the full circumstances so I can't make any specific comment.
01:01What I can say is that despite the weather today which is not good, the searching is continuing for the
01:07infant.
01:09There are no indications at this point of any specific location to search so the CFS, SES and police and
01:18volunteers are doing an exceptional job to try and locate the small child.
01:23Police are also still searching for anyone who may have dash cam vision or may have seen a white Isuzu
01:30MUX.
01:31That is the car that was found abandoned and they are trying to figure out the movements in the lead
