00:25In today's Finovation Project Spotlight, we feature the Digital Discovery Patshala program
00:31implemented in collaboration with a leading business process management company across
00:36government schools in Delhi. The initiative reached over 3,000 girl students promoting
00:41digital literacy through technology-enabled learning and helping them become more confident,
00:46self-reliant and future-ready. Through its on-ground evaluation, Finovation assessed the program's
00:55initiative, enabling organisations to maximise the effectiveness of their CSR investments.
01:01Moving ahead to our next story, MCL funds road infrastructure under CSR.
01:06Mahanadi Coalfields Limited or MCL has sanctioned over 5.35 crore rupees under its CSR program
01:13for the construction of two bituminous roads in Athmalik, Angul district. The 5-kilometre road
01:18project is expected to improve connectivity, provide safer transportation and enhance access
01:24to essential services for local residents. The initiative reflects MCL's continued commitment
01:30to improving community infrastructure and promoting inclusive development in its operational regions.

01:39Karnataka pushes CSR support for rural schools.
01:42Chief Minister D.K. Shiva Kumar has urged companies to utilise their CSR funds for transforming government
01:49schools in rural areas. The government has identified nearly 2,000 locations where corporates can contribute
01:55by building classrooms, laboratories and modern educational infrastructure. He also encouraged private
02:02schools to adopt government schools by providing teachers and academic support, stating that improving
02:07rural education will help reduce migration and ensure equal learning opportunities for children
02:13across the state.
02:14Moving ahead to our next story, Telangana breakfast scheme receives 22.18 crore rupees through CSR.
02:22The state's breakfast scheme has received 22.18 crore rupees in CSR contributions from Aurobindo Pharma
02:29and Divi's laboratories. The funding will support nutritious meals for school children while strengthening
02:36the government's welfare program. The state government is also exploring ways to connect local farmers with the
02:42scheme by sourcing organic produce directly from them, creating benefits for both agriculture and child
02:49nutrition.
02:49And now, presenting today's final story. Karnataka invites industries to strengthen education through CSR.
02:57Chief Minister D.K. Shiva Kumar has called upon industries to play a greater role in strengthening public
03:02education through their CSR initiatives. Speaking to industry leaders, he urged companies to adopt
03:09government schools and support better infrastructure technology and learning facilities. He also announced
03:14that Karnataka will soon introduce a policy encouraging industries to expand beyond Bengaluru,
03:20while partnering with the government to establish an AI university and strengthen the state's technology
03:25ecosystem. The Chief Minister emphasized that stronger collaboration between government and
03:30corporates can help improve educational outcomes and create long-term opportunities for students across the state.
