00:00Ladies, let's get in our third triple play of the weekend.
00:03Last night, we showed you a bizarre pursuit out of Jacksonville, Florida,
00:06involving a driver who crashed a triathlon, nearly crashing into some of the athletes.
00:11Motorcycle cop then tried to block in the driver.
00:13It didn't work. The driver took off.
00:15It was rear-ended by a patrol car.
00:17The driver took off again, was pitted, placed under arrest.
00:20Then earlier tonight, we showed you a rescue out of Michigan.
00:23An officer responded to a house fire with a mom and her baby stuck on the second floor.
00:26The mom then opened the window, and with the officer waiting below,
00:30she dropped the baby into the officer's outstretched hands.
00:34The officer then grabbed a ladder, helped lead mom to safety.
00:38So now for our third triple play. Curtis, take it away.
00:41And I shall do that.
00:42This one is coming to us from the Flagler County Sheriff's Office in Florida.
00:46One of their deputies was on patrol and shared a vehicle approaching
00:50that sounded less like a motorcycle and more like a weed whacker on its last legs.
00:55Here's what happened next.
01:10A flagler County deputy has just spotted a motorcycle riding without any lights.
01:14Sorry, we're stopped out on water ramp.
01:17It's a blue motorcycle. No tag.
01:21The deputy catches up with the biker.
01:22It's not stopping. I got charges for 231. It's going to be Brian Schwartz.
01:30Turns out the department is well acquainted with Brian Schwartz,
01:33who they've arrested countless times over the past 10 years.
01:36He's still going southbound on water route. It's a blue light crotch rocket.
01:40Brian tries to lose them down this dirt road.
01:43This batch has been locked in.
01:45But he appears to be having some bike trouble.
01:48Turning on to sandalwood. I think something's wrong with this bike.
01:52He's not really wanting to go.
01:53This batch has been locked in.
01:55At this point, Brian's going so slow, it's a wonder his bike doesn't topple over.
02:00Brian, Flagler County Sheriff's Office. Stop. We know it's you.
02:04You're under arrest. Just stop. Don't make this any worse.
02:09Charlie 312. We've slowed down to 12 miles an hour.
02:11I've been giving them PA announcements to stop.
02:17Brian continues to throttle the engine.
02:19We're at 10 miles an hour right now.
02:23But this bike is on death's door.
02:27All right, come and stop.
02:29Charlie, come and stop.
02:30Brian!
02:33Looks like the bike has suddenly come back to life.
02:37This batch has been up to him.
02:41All righty.
02:42Then we're at.
02:43Well, maybe again.
02:44But not for long.
02:46Stop! Brian! Sheriff!
02:48You're raising. He goes off again.
02:50Looks like his bike still has some life left in him.
02:53That's all I got.
02:54And he quickly turns into this park.
02:56Pulling into entrails.
02:57You guys take entrails. He's probably going to cut through the chair.
03:00I'll go around the chair.
03:01As the deputy hurries to cut Brian off at the other end of the park, two more deputies continue to
03:06follow him.
03:07One's over behind him.
03:09Turn around to the almond.
03:10Pre-telling copy.
03:11Coming out of the hidden trail now.
03:12All right.
03:13Somebody came down to Hogni.
03:14I'll stage him, Charlie.
03:15He's coming back out on Hogni.
03:17That's 10, Mark.
03:19There's Brian.
03:25And down he goes.
03:28Put your hands up.
03:29Put your hands up.
03:30Roll over on your stomach now.
03:32I can't.
03:32My leg's stuck.
03:34Clearly.
03:35Put your hands up.
03:36My leg.
03:37Put your hands on your head.
03:38I don't give a fuck about your leg.
03:39Brian is quickly subdued.
03:44He's placed in handcuffs.
03:45Turn you over.
03:46Put this foot over here.
03:47I know how to do it, man.
03:48I'm stupid.
03:49And led up to his feet.
03:50Want to take my boots off, too?
03:52And into the patrol car, he goes.
03:54I ain't going nowhere.
03:57After his arrest, 33-year-old Brian Swartz told deputies mainly brought this motorcycle just
04:03for the motor and said that the bike was operating just right until he took off.
04:07Deputy says Swartz has been arrested 16 times since 2016 with charges that include street
04:13racing, credit card fraud, and also grand theft auto.
04:17And, of course, you got to get fleeing in there, too.
04:2016.
04:21I would have been rooting for him on the PA.
04:24Come on, buddy.
04:25You got it.
04:25More than one seat.
04:26A little more throttle.
04:27Almost there.
04:28He was working at all.
04:29It just didn't work.
04:30Let's go live to Clayton County.
