00:00Hi, I'm Liliana. I'm preparing for the birth of my fourth baby, the third to hold healthy in my arms,
00:04Lord willing, and I want to tell you some things that I do in regards to holistic pregnancy that
00:08are maybe a little weird and a little different if you don't do birth pregnancy or postpartum
00:12holistically. As you can tell from these first couple clips, I still move my body. I am working
00:16out. I'm doing strength training. I am doing yoga. I'm moving my body in the garden outside with
00:21sunshine on my skin and the fresh air, and yes, I'm listening to my body, and if something feels
00:25uncomfortable, I don't do it or I do it differently, but still moving like this is really, really
00:30crucial. I am prioritizing the most nutrient-rich foods that I can get my hands on. Animal fats,
00:35animal protein, raw milk, fresh fruit and vegetables, all of the good things to nourish me and this baby
00:40really, really well. Then in regards to supplements, I don't retake blanket prenatal. I don't think it's
00:44helpful, but I do intentionally consume whole food supplements to fill in the gaps where I'm deficient
00:49in something. I prioritize my peace. I take the time to recognize when something or someone
00:55just is not feeling right with me in this season, and I'm okay with saying, hey, this is not going
01:00to be a part of my world right now. That's really crucial from Pride and Mamas. I am really, really
01:05intentional about consuming minerals, and I am really, really intentional about not consuming
01:09toxins or polyunsaturated fatty acids or hormone disruptors or any toxins that are going to mess
01:14with me or baby. No, thank you. And I prep for postpartum. I make sure that there is food and
01:19rest
01:20and everything that I need to go into a cocoon with my brand new baby to heal and recover
01:25and readjust to new life. Pregnancy, postpartum prep when you're pregnant is crucial.
