00:00Today we're going to give our rescue dogs the best day of their lives but we're starting

00:06picking up poo and whilst we're picking up poo we did something a little different this morning

00:11we have got a bunch of food on a licking mat for Louie and basically the idea is that it's

00:19going to help him de-stress because he still looks a little stressed after his move and basically

00:25him being able to lick this and he's just going to find it soothing so he's a bit scared because

00:30we're in here right now so we're going to leave him to it and see how he gets on. So

00:33Ella is

00:34currently refilling the peanut butter on the spoon sorry about the conservatory by the way we need

00:39to get it cleaned it is an absolute mess but I'm sure as you can understand with eight dogs it

00:43is

00:43a bit crazy. So you can see how much more confident Jockey is than Louie but yeah it makes sense

00:50we've

00:51had Louie obviously for two weeks less than Jockey so she's a bit further in her journey than Louie is.

00:56Oh there she goes she's being brave wow the fact that she's even doing that is just amazing

01:05that is such good progress from Jockey so Louie has kind of like gotten into his corner he's got a

01:12shutdown but that's completely okay if he's scared you know we're not going to force him to do anything

01:16he's still decompressing he's been here for a little over a week in the words of Dilnaz and we all

01:22Dilnaz Ella has added some diff some distance and wow Jockey still comes over which is great oh

01:37I'm gonna speak very quietly because I don't want to spook her I'm really happy with this

01:41she's finished it I'm gonna take one tiny step back let's see

03:41they're playing look at him nicely Kobe nicely he plays so rough then we have got Mr. Bruno

03:50sort of like in his own little area just to give him a bit of space good boy so some

04:34the reason we're taking the dogs there is for them to enjoy it and Louie and Jockey will not enjoy

04:39having to force putting a lead on them having to force them into the car the car journey and to

04:44honest when they're in the field they're not going to enjoy it the last thing that we want to do

04:46is

04:47take some steps backwards and scare them more because they're starting to do really good and so

04:52we're going to go to the field soon and obviously the entire reason that we've done this well is

05:35from a horrible shelter before she came here where they were abusing dogs the dogs were fighting with

05:42each other over food and it's sad because obviously the that shelter has taken its toll because I think

05:49she's scared of people yeah there you go sorry I don't want to wake you up I'm sorry I'm gonna

05:52sit

05:53down maybe see if it chills her out a bit well you can see from that that she is scared

05:57of people

05:57which is really sad because it's not her fault unsure of her age she doesn't look young no offense

06:03oh look at her excuse me oh look at her she's rolling on her belly oh that makes me really

06:11sad

06:12because you can see like she's such a playful happy dog and unfortunately it looks like

06:17and the damage has probably already been done she looks like she's got such a kind face yeah

07:29the last thing we want to do is push him and make him feel uncomfortable like we don't even know

07:35he'll enjoy sort of like having a big open field he may be a little bit freaked out by it

07:42we are going to do is we are going to do something especially for bruno just for bruno after we

07:48have

07:48taken the dogs to the field so that he still gets something really nice and we can do the same

07:53louis and jockey as well so sorry guys if you were really excited to see bruno in the field but

08:01the dog's welfare is always our number one priority and like i said the last thing we want to do

08:06is put

08:07him in a situation that could make him feel uncomfortable because honestly we're not entirely

08:11sure how he'll act he may be a bit traumatized like going into the car and stuff like that whereas

08:16with

08:16kaya zaza becca kobe and mochi we know for a fact that they're going to absolutely love this hope you

08:24guys aren't too disappointed with that but like i said you know we just want to make sure that the

08:29dog's

08:29welfare is always our number one priority enough of me yabbing on let's now go to the field and let

08:34the dogs enjoy running around and just being crazy so we have rented this entire field for the dogs

08:41you can see it's fully enclosed and absolutely massive so thanks to you guys these dogs have got

08:47everything to play with we brought a bunch of toys and treats dogs are about to have the time of

08:53their lives they've all got lots of new smells lots to sniff they are loving this oh this makes me

08:59so

09:05right we're gonna go on a little walk because this place is absolutely huge why not make the most of

09:10the space come on kaya good girl kaya is amazing off the lead oh look at them they are having

09:17their lives mochi and kobe of course have had this before but obviously all of the rescues like

09:23this is just so nice to see oh i would not be surprised if we could let kaya off the

09:27lead like

09:28the fact she's just staying around us is amazing mochi's going nuts i think mochi is the most thankful to

10:03exhausted and so when we get home me and ella are actually going to be able to have some downtime

10:08let's see ella's just called them they've gone sprinting off mochi's just ran the entire field

10:15look how far they are and then all of these rescues they're like no chance how funny off the lead

10:21thought they'd be like completely oblivious to us granted obviously there isn't many distractions here

10:26apart from a bunch of new smells something like this is actually probably one of the perfect places

10:30to practice awfully training and actually them being off the lead oh becca's tired

10:43guys not exploring more i know she's well good off the machine come on kobe surprise mochi's not

11:02these two are going to be absolutely exhausted look at them oh there goes our too

11:12okay so whilst we're here we thought we would check donations so we are currently at just below 34 and

12:01our house with all of the dogs on them there's going to be like a silhouette of all the dogs

12:15oh good girl quiet so we're now going to take the dogs back because of course we still need to

12:21something for bruno louis and jockey also we renamed louis to bagel but we keep forgetting so louis or bagel

12:29same dog so we've just come back hello louis jockey and bruno looks like they have had an amazing rest

12:36there's bruno he's happy to see everyone back and so this is exactly why our good girl kyle

12:42we didn't want to bring them because i mean look at them they look so happy but of course as

12:48promised

12:48you're going to do something special for these three as well good girl chucky girl

12:56so we are going to give bruno a sausage so we're not going to be giving bruno oh what's he

13:02doing

13:02we're not going to be giving bruno a lick mat because he's quite tired today we don't want to

13:06tire him out more stimulating his brain with a lick mat so something as simple with a sausage he's kind

13:11of like headbutting yet i'm not entirely sure what he's doing there there he goes oh

13:18yeah we don't want to give him like a super hard chew either because again we think it would just

13:23tire

13:23out a bit too much i mean to be honest even this sausage looks like it's tiring now and before

13:28the comments start coming for us it is like a sausage for dogs it's not just a normal sausage

13:32okay so amazing we've just realized there was like plastic around it don't know why they've done that

13:37that seems a bit stupid but anyway right plastic's off so maybe that's why i didn't like it bruno boy

13:41let's see what he's like now now that the plastic's off maybe he'll prefer it stop headbutting it right

13:46i'm going to actually put that down before you chew my fingers off by accident there he goes bruno why

13:51bring it near all the dogs and we've purposefully moved you over here so you've got your own little

13:56section away from the dogs you're teasing them i've never seen a dog so confused about a street

14:02oh there he goes i think he's just realized that he's supposed to eat this oh there it is so

14:10although

14:10he didn't get to go on his walk you can see he looks much happier now he's had a good

14:14rest hopefully

14:15it means he's going to be very happy throughout the day as well and he still gets something really nice

14:20so let's go and do something really nice for jockey and louis as well so because they've had a bit

14:25of a rest i wonder if they're gonna be a bit more dogs we're not gonna hurt you we're offering

14:46oh they're a bit scared bless them and so this is exactly why we don't want to take them out

14:51if we throw this one for jockey right and then maybe if we step back so we they don't feel

14:55we're watching them entirely jockey's fine jockey's eating it which is great but we tried with louis he's

15:00he's still decompressing yeah so we've managed to get louis in the conservatory yes i managed to get

15:06him a sausage so he still gets his sausage oh bless him he's taking it somewhere right i'm gonna stop

15:12filming him because he's getting all shy but louis still gets his sausage guys tomorrow zaza has got a

15:17meet and greet so she may be another dog that is gone let's see how it goes and we'll see
