00:25it's time once again for tanks cooks grilling days are here again and I'm getting ready to go out and
00:31make a Florentine steak Florentine steak and fingerling potatoes so I got the potatoes boiling
00:38here I gotta put the lid on and just let it reduce the heat for about 10 minutes to get
00:46them prepped
00:47and ready because we're going outside it's time for tank cooks let's go grilling again as we soften up
00:54our fingerling potatoes that which we're gonna be roasting out there let's get some a little bit
01:00of a sauce that we're gonna put on them we're gonna put a little bit of olive oil okay we're
01:10gonna put
01:10in some parsley a little bit of rosemary a little bit of thyme I like to of course a little
01:31extra
01:32things I like to put a little bit of paprika a little bit of a little bit of this coarse
01:43kosher salt in there too
01:47all right
01:50of course I put the paprika a little bit of accent you can't forget the accent
01:56and some garlic powder
02:02I'm gonna put a little bit of pepper there the problem is my pepper is being held by the uh
02:06it's holding up my camera so let me
02:08switch that out and here we go
02:16all right we'll mix this up
02:22and get ready to bring it out there I'm also going to put a little bit of butter in there
02:27so when I put the add the potatoes it'll melt the butter and create like a nice little coating on
02:33them
02:33all right let's get these uh potatoes off the heat
02:40and into that little bowl there
03:01and we'll let them get mixed up as we walk outside and grill this up
03:12fingerling potatoes will they be finger licking good we'll find out when we go out and grill

03:32let's get ready to go out and grill
03:35yes it's gonna be a thrill
03:36because I'm going back to the grill
03:38all right back in the grill back in the yard
03:41and I'm going to put my potatoes on first
03:45let's get the camera showing our nice little grill
03:48here's our fingerling potatoes
03:51that we just uh made up
03:54we got a very hot grill too
03:57there it is
03:59here's all that oil and all the mixture that we put on there
04:02we're also going to put on some uh on some uh grated cheese
04:10grated cheese
04:11just a little grated cheese on top of our
04:13fingerling potatoes our finger licking fingerling potatoes
04:18all right and then we're going to put on our corn
04:21before we put on our nice florentine steak
04:24so let's spray up the corn
04:28and spice up as well
04:31yep with the paprika
04:38there it is beautiful
04:40let's close the grill up and we'll put our steak on next
04:44get our fingling potatoes cooking yep they've already been boiled a little bit parboiled
04:55and we're just making something a little bit a little different a little different than what
04:58we usually make let's turn the corner a little bit around and put some more paprika on
05:16let's get more paprika i'll toss a little accent on here too why not
05:23here we go you know you can also throw a little bit of
05:29cheese on the corn but we'll do that later here we go they were starting to melt here this butter
05:35starting to melt so let's put this in all right as this melts let's add a little bit of this
05:46moncroy
05:47off seasoning
05:51and uh
05:54some oregano oregano again you know a little bit of action in there too just for some shits and giggles
06:04all right let's stir this up beautiful all right okay what we're going to do is we're going to take
06:13our garlic butter that we usually put on and we're going to add a little bit of extra spices to
06:17it and
06:17we're going to melt it too so let's get a couple of spoonfuls of our garlic butter put it in
06:28our pan
06:28this is already got some herbs in it but i'm going to put a little bit more just a little
06:33bit more
06:35and we're going to melt this right here turn these potatoes around a little bit
06:40try to get uh even cooking before and before swimming in that oil okay our garlic butter looks
06:47nicely cooked so let's take that off the grill and put that to the side and let's get the steak
06:54on
06:55yep yep yep so toss this this steak on now with uh steak 14 you either use a uh porterhouse
07:03or a uh
07:04t-bone this is a nice porterhouse so let's put it on and let's go it's time to turn the
07:11meat around
07:12so what we're going to do is we're going to take some thyme and uh rosemary and we're going to
07:18brush it
07:18on our steak before we flip it here we go and now it's time to turn the meat around turn
07:27the meat
07:28around cook on other side now turn the meat around yeah there it is we're going to flip it yep
07:39there it
07:40is nicely flipped beautiful and then we'll do that based all over again rosemary tine let's do the
07:52tine and we'll toss it on top of it and there we go that look nice yep keep those
08:20beautiful look at that fire just kissing everything all right i think we're getting pretty close to
08:26being our finish time so let's flip this one more time
08:34we got a nice sear going on oh look at that a little flare up
08:47my heat probe is overheating that must mean we're getting close to being done so
08:57let's take it off the uh grill and uh rest it for uh 10 minutes as we cook up our
09:02other items let's
09:03get our corn on the fall beautiful beautiful
09:10let this steak rest for five to ten minutes so let's really spice up these potatoes and put them
09:17directly on the heat for a little while just to finish them off get a nice little crunchy outside
09:23yep
09:28the crunchy outer layer i would say
09:37yep there we go so we'll let this heat up you know what we'll even do we'll close some of
09:44that little
09:46grease on there too
09:49nice little flare going yes there we go
09:55and now we'll close the grill
09:58that fire is getting kind of high we'll close the grill
10:03better close it on the side that the fire is not at
10:08there we go all right there we go our potatoes are almost done
10:12it's almost time to sit down plate our meal and eat

11:14um nothing like grilled corn but what and look at this new uh i could it was just appropriate i
