00:34recipe sent to me by matt penny and um it's called lemon chicken potato casserole so
00:46we start off with some chicken breast
00:50and uh we're gonna cut this baby into cubes
00:53of course we're gonna be using our trusty kitchen shears get this bowl out of the way
01:05kitchen shears yep we're gonna be cutting them into one inch cubes kitchen shears don't have any
01:16tears when you use the kitchen shears look at kitchen shears kitchen shears cutting the chicken up
01:34right and he basically like this

06:12next up we're going to take some potatoes and slice those babies up too
06:17so let's slice these two

06:43some toss them in our bowl onions
06:58i think this is enough potatoes all right we got this bowl here
07:17here we're going to get some um we're going to add our chicken in with the uh
07:27meat and potatoes or the i should say the potatoes and onion and now we're going to put in this can

07:54get the wooden spoon just scoop out the rest of the soup

08:50you know what we're going to do to really mix it well
08:55a little more out scoop a little more soup
09:00from our chicken cream of chicken soup scoop it's called scoop the soup
09:06now we're gonna shake the soup

09:23in here but i think we should put a little bit of water in here just to
09:27vicaricinae add a little vicaricinae here
09:30so just pour just a little bit of water in
09:34it'll also help us get it out a little more soup

09:38all right there we go we got another nice mixture let's spin this around a little bit more

10:10all right now we get ready to put this all together in a nice casserole dish
10:17all right we got our casserole dish out we have to spray it so it doesn't stick
10:21all right now we pour in our mixture

11:09there we go now our final step the last step we have to do
11:13we have to take some lemon and pour that lemon pieces and slice them up too put them right on top
11:22so let's slice the lemon slice the lemon slice the lemon
11:39don't slice the finger slice the lemon
11:46there we go nice lemon slices
11:51all right now we're gonna put the lemon on top of our mixture our concoction
12:01all right we got an oven that's been preheat to 425
12:05we're gonna cover this up with some aluminum aluminum foil
12:14and we're gonna put into the oven for one hour
12:17at 425 so let's stick this baby in the oven
12:22alexa set a timer for one hour all right we've been in the oven for an hour let's take it out
12:33and take the net the last step before we get to plate this meal
12:40gotta take it out the oven turn it off the oven
12:44oh it's steaming up my glasses it does all right let's take it up and out
12:54now we're actually putting it into the broiler for a few minutes
12:58so let's hit the broil
13:03and let's roll this up because we want to spice this uh crunch this up a little bit
13:09let's see how it actually
13:15all right take off the foil
13:19we have to remove these uh lemon wedges
13:26so let's remove the lemon wedges
13:28we're doing
13:35is it made it like you see it made it real lemony you see the yellowest lemony

13:44now we're gonna just put it in it says three to four minutes i'm actually gonna put it in a little bit
13:50longer come on
13:54and we're gonna roll this up
13:55to create a little bit of a crunch on top
13:58So we're going to broil it up for six minutes, and that's what we're going to do.
14:08So we've got it on the broil now, put it back in for six minutes.
