00:17Bonja, monja, bon appétit, let's eat, it's time for Tanks Cooks.
00:23It's time, it's time, it's time once again for Tanks Cooks.
00:27All right, you know, sometimes when you grill, I'm going to do a little prep.
00:33And that's what I'm doing right now, I'm doing some prep.
00:36So I'm going to be grilling up these here pork chops.
00:43That's pork chops, folks.
00:46Yep, I'm going to be grilling these nice pork chops.
00:49But I'm going to do an overnight marinade.
00:52And it's going to start off with a half cup of soy sauce.
01:04Soy, soy, soy.
01:08Yep, get that soy sauce in there.
01:12La, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la.
01:20Half cup of soy sauce.
01:23Now we're going to get a half cup of brown sugar.
01:28Of course, you've got to use this cup.
01:29for that. Toss into our soy sauce. Start mixing that up. Soy. Dissolve that. Marinate. It's
01:47a marinade. Amazing marinade. Look at that clump actually got stuck in here. Jackass.
02:01That damn thing just won't get out of here. Look at that. It's like stuck in the middle
02:04of the damn whisk. How's that? How's so much that happen? Jeez. What a pain in the fucking
02:10ass. Yes, of course, I cut my, of all the people that think I, I, I, I, my knife safety
02:17skills. Well, I cut myself. Washing your goddamn knife. Next up, we're going to add a teaspoon
02:27of minced garlic. I'll put a little bit more in there. Just a hell of a bit. All right.
02:36Then I'm going to put in some black pepper. Look at this thing. Beautiful. Fresh black pepper.
02:42La, la, la. La, la, la. Look at that thing. Look at that. Raining pepper. It's raining.
03:04I could do that with salt too. I got, I got the nice little salt thing too. Fresh salt.
03:14All right. Let me continue mixing this up. That brown sugar is dissolving. Of course,
03:21we'll put in our usual spices of accent. It's the low end. It's the high end we want to put
03:33in. Is this blurry? Don't I have a little blurry? All right. Look a little blurry. There
03:41we go. Okay. We put the accent. Of course, we'll put in some lemon pepper. Lemon pepper. And
03:54some garlic powder. Mix this all around. And then we got our marinade ready.
04:11Here is our pork marinade. Marinate. Marinate. Marinate. All right. Now that we made our
04:19marinade, we'll get a nice little zippy-dee-doo-la. Zippy-dee-doo, zippy-dee-dee, ziplock
04:25bag. Zippy-dee, ziplock, zippy-dee-dee. Zip all your food away. Okay. We'll put the two pork
04:35chops we're going to marinate in here. One pork chop. And two pork chops. Nice thick pork
04:46chops. These things should grill up quite nicely. Take our marinade that we made. Marinate that
04:55we made and put it into the bag. Don't let the bag sag. There we go. Ooh, yeah. Drop every
05:05last drop in. Now we'll zip it up and shake it around. Shake, shake, shake, shake the bag.
05:19Shake the bag. Shake the bag. Lag, lag, lag. Don't. Lag, lag, lag. Lag, lag, lag. Let's shake
05:27the bag. Wee. Wee. All right. There you go. There you go. Let's. This will marinate
05:38overnight. Probably closer to like 18 hours by the time I actually get around to cooking
05:43it tomorrow. But there's our sweet marinade for his pork chops. Let's snap our fingers
05:50and we'll be outside grilling. All right. We're out here. We're getting ready to grill
05:54up these pork chops. We've got our grilled preheating. We'll throw on some roasted potatoes and our
06:03corn. And get ready to enjoy these simple grilled marinated pork chops. First we'll get on the corn
06:20which we've had a little bit of paprika on. Put that onto the fire. Under the fire. Then we'll
06:33get our roasted potatoes. We have a nice little soaking. We gotta use our little potatoes. Toss them
06:48into a nice little roasting tray. Well, fucking god damn it.
06:59Well, I didn't lose them all. Half of them stayed in the bowl at least.
07:15All right. Yeah, we did salvage most half those potatoes. Bowl fell just enough so nothing fell
07:21out. Just this fell out. What a fucking mess that was. God damn it. Fucking sons of bitch.
07:27Well, it's time to put the pork chops on. So let's get that ready.
07:37One pork chop. There we go with our little meat probe in there. And two meat pork chops. There we
07:43go.
07:45All right. We'll close this grill up and cook this up. All right. Time to
07:50turn the meat around. Flip these pork chops. Yep. Turn the meat around. Cook on other side now.
08:02Turn it upside down. Yeah, we got a very small amount of potatoes left. After our near disastrous
08:10spill, luckily the bowl survived and half of them survived. And got some nice little flare-ups going.
08:16It's cooking quite nicely.
08:23Yep. Oops. Oh, come on. Don't do that to me. Pork chops look very nice. All right. Let's
08:36take another look inside. Pork chops. Pork chops. Cooking up the grilled pork chops.
08:48It's almost time to pull this off.
08:52All right. Something fucked up. I don't know what the fuck happened, but as I was getting ready to plate
08:58the goddamn motherfucking meal, the thing broke on me. Well, here's the pork chops. Didn't they look really
09:04nice? Look at that? There's a... Let's use that for the fucking thumbnail. But it's time to plate the
09:09meal. Time to plate the meal. Time to plate the meal. Time to plate the meal.
09:27Well, here they are. The grilled pork chops. They came out really nice. Look at that.
09:32Here they are. A nice little delight. I got my corn. That came out good. Mmm. The corn was really
09:37good.
09:38You know, you gotta put a lot of spices on the corn. It always comes out good when you put
09:42the spices,
09:43especially the paprika. Of course, Jake calls it asbestos, but it's the bestest.
09:48Now, here's the pork chops. Let me get the cooking probe out of there. There we go.
09:52I tell you, those cooking probes really do come in good. They tell you exactly how to cook,
09:57and they're very, very... Make the cooking process a lot easier. But let's see these pork chops. Of
10:03course, I'm going to put a little salt on there and a little bit of salt on everything. You just,
10:07you know, you just need a little bit. And then you put a little bit of pepper, you know,
10:11some pepper on there just to add a little more spice to it. Some extra spice is nice,
10:16but let's see how these pork chops came out. And as I... Look at that. There it is. See,
10:21look at that. That's how nicely grilled they are. Came out very good, you know. That shows you there's
10:28more to pork chops than shake and bake. You know, these pork chops are excellent. You know,
10:33every time you go out and grill, it's a total thrill. You know, it's a lot of fun when you
10:37get
10:37to grill. And if you have any other recipes that you know I should cook next, let me know. You
10:43could
10:44email me at njtank99 at gmail.com. You can come up with... Who knows? I might cook it next.
10:50So, let me just grab another bite here. And it's been a delight. So, until next time, that napkin
10:57almost blew away. It's a little windy out here. That's the thing about eating outside. Mange,
11:01mange. Bon Appetit. Let's eat.
11:13Bye.
