00:00Well, if you were ever in Jamaica, you'll know what jerk is. It is really a delicious, fiery
00:05Jamaican seasoning. And today we're going to make turkey burgers using about a quarter of a cup
00:10of jerk mix. You need two bunches of scallions, one teaspoon of thyme, garlic, about two cloves
00:17of garlic, allspice, very important, four teaspoons of ground allspice, one and a half teaspoons of
00:24salt, one tablespoon of black pepper. And don't forget the most important thing of all. This is
00:30a scotch bonnet pepper. Chop this up. I think I have everything in here. And we're going to add
00:36one quarter of a cup of this to our turkey and add your turkey burgers about six or seven minutes

00:44side. You want to make sure that you cook these through. Before they're finished, lay a piece of
00:50cheese. We're using Munster because it's nice and mild. And we'll want a mango, a nice ripe mango.
00:56Mmm, delicious. So now you have your onions, your mango, your tomato. You can put your beautiful
01:02turkey burger right on the bun. Onion, tomato, and mango. It's a great summer meal.
