00:11to build 38 houses on a site at Turkey Hill. The two-phase project would include the demolition
00:17of farm buildings and the building of four semi-detached houses. A further 34 affordable
00:24homes would be built as part of the scheme which is being proposed by Springrock Homes. More detailed
00:30design proposals would need to be agreed with the council as part of a further reserved matters
00:35planning application. The proposals are out for consultation until the 26th of June.
