A hexagonal tower block of 464 flats along with two office buildings of 15 and 16 storeys

Leeds Civic Trust raised concerns about its appearance and cramped outdoor spaces for
00:28
residents. A plans panel heard at the scheme includes a central landscaped space and children's

play area.

Meanwhile, Latitude Yellow has also been given the green light to be built on the last plot

of the old Doncaster Monk Bridge works off Whitehall Road. It will include Grade A offices,
00:46
a roof garden, green walls, a gym and a space for a cafe or co-working facility. It will
00:51
be geared to run completely on renewable energy with air source heat pumps and PV panels.
