00:07Planning consent was needed to fix stonework on listed cottages,
00:11which are part of the Roundhay Fox pub site. Leeds City Council gave the go-ahead after
00:16Mitchells and Butlers drew up an application for listed building consent. Defective window lintels
00:22are among parts of the site in need of repairs, in order to secure the structural integrity of
00:28the building and its heritage significance. The building was part of a former row of cottages,
00:34stables and coach houses known as Park Farm, part of the Roundhay Conservation Area,
00:39with the plans not having any adverse impacts on the building's appearance.
