04:20Now after these things had happened, during the reign of King Arctaxerxes of Persia, Ezra came up from Babylon.
04:31Ezra was the son of Ahitabi, who was the son of Ahitab, the son of Amariah, the son of Azariah,
04:47who was the son of Merioth, who was the son of Zerahiah, who in turn was the son of Uzi,
04:55the son of Buki, the son of Abishwa,
04:57who was the son of Phinehas
05:00the son of Eleazar
05:02and he was the son
05:04of Aaron the chief priest
05:08this was the Ezra
05:10the one who came up from Babylon
05:14he was a scribe
05:15who was skilled in the laws of Moses
05:17which the Lord God of Israel
05:20had given
05:22the king supplied him with everything he requested
05:24for the hand of the Lord his God
05:26was upon him
05:29in the seventh year of King Artaxerxes
05:31Ezra brought up to Jerusalem
05:34some of the Israelites

05:43he entered Jerusalem

23:55and so that he may send the Messiah
