00:00This training video will provide an overview of the Avio Voucher module New Transactions function.
00:06On the top navigation, select Vouchers, and under Voucher Transactions on the left navigation, select New Transactions.
00:14For the purposes of this training video, screenshots have been used in order to protect personal information.
00:21Once you have clicked on New Transactions, you will then see all voucher transactions that have not yet been processed
00:28with the number of new transactions outlined on the left navigation.
00:34Each voucher transaction will provide you with the following details.
00:39Transaction Status shows the current status of the voucher.
00:43This will show as a closed envelope icon for new transactions.
00:48Transaction Reference shows the reference number of the transaction.
00:53Booked shows the date and time in which the voucher was purchased.
00:58Voucher Reference shows the reference number for the voucher.
01:02Customer Name shows the name of the customer.
01:05The flag icon represents the country in which the purchaser is from.
01:11Voucher Code is the voucher code you have set up for your individual voucher types,
01:16letting you see at a glance the voucher type that has been purchased.
01:21Value.
01:22The actual value of the voucher purchased.
01:26Cost.
01:27The actual cost of the voucher purchased.
01:29For example, if you were offering a 10% discount on your voucher,
01:34you could have a scenario where the value of your voucher is €200, but the cost is €180.
01:43If you have any experiences included as upsells within your vouchers,
01:48the amount, if purchased, will be shown here.
01:52Total Excluding Fee.
01:54This is the total cost of the voucher, including any extras,
01:58but excluding any delivery fees.
02:02Fee.
02:02This is the amount of any delivery fee.
02:06Total.
02:07This is the total cost, including any extras and delivery fees.
02:13Currency.
02:13This is simply the currency of the voucher.
02:16Vouchers.
02:17This is the amount of vouchers sold per transaction.
02:22Delivery.
02:23This is where you'll see icons outlining the delivery method of each voucher.
02:27For example, the envelope icon represents that the delivery method for this voucher is standard mail.
02:35The laptop icon represents that the delivery method chosen was online PDF delivery.
02:42And the truck icon represents that the delivery method chosen was express mail.
02:49In real time, you can hover over any of these icons to see what they represent.
02:57Status.
02:58The orange clock represents that the voucher is pending processing.
03:03And the green tick will outline that the voucher has been processed.
03:07Again, similar to the delivery status icons, you can hover over these icons to see what they stand for.
03:15You can also click on the individual headings to filter the transactions.
03:23If the voucher is being sent via email, you can click on the checkbox next to the voucher in question
03:29and simply mark it as processed.
03:32If you are sending a physical voucher to a customer via mail, then you must be sure the voucher is
03:39sent to the customer before you mark it processed.
03:43Within the details button for each voucher, you can see further customer details such as address, email address, contact telephone
03:53number, payment method, etc.
03:55Again, personal information has been removed for the purposes of this training video.
04:01Within the details tab, you can mark the voucher as processed, delivered, redeemed or cancelled by simply clicking the checkbox
04:12and selecting the relevant option.
04:15Within the Manage Status tab, you can change the delivery or redeemed status should they have been marked in error.
04:23You also have the option to resend online vouchers.
04:27If, say, for example, the customer accidentally provided an incorrect email address, you could update the email address here and
04:36resend the confirmation email and or the online voucher.
04:40You could also resend the confirmation email to the hotel should it have been misplaced.
04:48Within the details tab, you can download the voucher if required.
04:53You can edit the internal voucher reference number and you can also edit presented to, dedication and presented from information
05:04if required.
05:05Finally, you can leave internal comments regarding the voucher here.
