00:08Welcome to Avio, home of the world's first AI booking engine.
00:15To log in to Avio, go to avio.com.
00:20In the top right hand corner of the website, you will see the login button.
00:25Click here to get started.
00:29If you don't have an account or have trouble logging in, please contact support at avio.com.
00:39The first page you are brought to is the home screen.
00:44This has a new section with updates from Avio about a wide range of topics such as our upcoming webinars,
00:52new releases and our white papers.
00:57Across the top of the page, you will see a navigation bar listing the various Avio services your property has
01:05access to.
01:08If your account has access to multiple properties associated with it, click on the drop down list and select the
01:15applicable property.
01:17You can also access the Avio help desk from this screen, which has an abundance of articles to help you
01:23get the most out of your Avio account.
01:27Let's take a quick tour through the Avio services.
01:33Booking engine is where you control the primary functions of the Avio system.
01:37In this section, you will find where to manage your room types, rates, inventory and set sell restrictions.
01:49Insights contains all the dashboards, reports and statistics you need to make an informed decision about driving direct bookings for
01:57your property.
01:59In the CRM service, you have a number of customer management tools such as promotional codes and discount policies, flash
02:09sales, newsletter signups, closed user groups and corporate user accounts.
02:18Vouchers allows you to sell and manage your online gift vouchers.
02:26Media Centre is where you upload and store images that can be used for the booking engine and voucher services.
02:34AI is where you'll find our LoRa suite of products such as learning models and the recommender engine.
