00:15Last year where we talked, everything was going good.
00:18We had a contractor with tractors and come in and just so everything cut out.
00:24I don't know why, but we need a contractor where we could control this thing in the whole of Maloney.
00:32Not only here alone.
00:42See, hiring the contractors, you know what I'm saying?
00:46But the contractors are not doing the work they're supposed to do.
00:49It's not agency fault. It's dealing with the contractors who will get paid to do this work.
01:07In the early days, I used to work with the fellows on them as well.
01:09And we used to bring in different type of trucks.
01:13When they come in with the trucks, the trucks are still loaded right here.
01:18So we pick up the bags and then we pick up all these other things.
01:21And we put it on our next truck and we carry it up on the dump.
01:23The place is to be clean.
01:31This here, just looking at us, you're just feeling sick.
01:34You don't even want to come down in the morning.
01:36People don't want to come and buy because why the smell and the vibes and the whole environment
01:41kind of depressed because of the rubbish, because of the vibes, because of the condition that we're living in right
01:47now.
01:57They removed all the, you know, because of these buildings, they used to have large receptacles,
02:06very large bins for people to be able to put their garbage in those bins.
02:10Then the contractor would come and empty the bins.
02:14But they removed the bins.
02:16The new contractor has not replaced any of the bins.
02:21And so people just have to dump their garbage in the area where the bins were.
02:29And it's becoming a health hazard because we're getting rats, we're getting roaches.
02:35We were able to get the corporation to do some collecting for us.
02:41But you see, those areas are not within the corporation's remit.
