01:41Did you get what I asked for?
01:43Yes, that's what you need to find
01:47Perfect
01:47The name of the boat
01:48But I can't do that, they'll kill me.
01:51When they find out you betrayed them
01:52That's what they'll do, whether you tell me or not.
02:06You disappoint us greatly, Doze
02:10Take hold of him
02:13Come, kill me
02:14No
02:16Forget about the cop
02:17Doze is the one we need.
02:41Hurry up, Milou, we're going to be late
02:43The Duponts are waiting for us
03:00And yes, that's what happens
03:01When you stick your nose where it shouldn't
03:05Do I rummage through the garbage?
03:09No, well then
03:25Dupont, this is insane, where have these documents gone?
03:28But Dupont, come on!
03:31Perhaps on the desk?
03:32I'm here
03:33They might be on the desk
03:35Exactly
03:35What is this?
03:38Ah, that was sent to us by security.
03:40Found on a walnut tree
03:41The one we will not be able to identify
03:43I'm sure I've seen this somewhere before.
03:46Very strange, if you don't mind?
03:47I'll be right back
03:48See you
03:49See you soon
03:51What's gotten into him?
03:53I will follow him
03:56I would even go further, we are going to follow him
04:00Hey, it's urgent, he forgot his wedge
04:03It's urgent, I forgot my wedge
04:10She's definitely in that bin, Milou.
04:15Tintin, but who is it?
04:18The only thing is, this piece of label came from a box of crabs that I had in my hand.
04:21just now
04:21But it was in that bin that I threw it.
04:23That's it, yes
04:24Yes, that's it.
04:25Well ?
04:27Well, she's no longer here.
04:29Undoubtedly
04:30In the name of the law, no more gestures
04:33But...
04:33Open this bag immediately
04:35Excuse me, sir.
04:35Can we take a look in your bag?
04:38We are looking for an empty crab tin
04:39Oh well, go ahead, don't hold back.
04:44No, she's not there either.
04:46Thank you very much, sir.
04:47Sorry to have bothered you
04:51Bizarre and strange
04:52I would even say stranger
04:57May I keep this piece of paper?
04:59If you insist, Tintin
05:00I would like to examine it
05:03No, but did you see that?
05:04These guys are completely nuts
05:06They are looking for an empty tin can
05:08Oh !
05:08As I can see, Mr. Tintin
05:10Doesn't seem to realize the trouble he's getting himself into
05:18There is an inscription, half of which has been erased by water.
05:21If only I could read it
05:26I'm going to trace over the letters in pencil.
05:28And we'll see what happens.
05:30K
05:31HAS
05:32R
05:33HAS

06:54Oh! My God! My God!
06:55You haven't broken anything, Mr. Tintin!
06:57Oh! Can you imagine, the poor man!
06:59He was there to deliver a letter when they attacked him!
07:03You mention a story, but what is happening from where?
07:06I don't know, Madam, but I intend to get to the bottom of this!
07:12A box of crabs, the word "carabougeant"...
07:16A walnut tree...
07:17A letter and a kidnapping right in front of my house!
07:21What could this possibly mean?
07:25Hello, yes?
07:26Hello, Tintin!
07:26Himself?
07:28Oh! It's you, Dupont!
07:29How are you ?
07:29How am I? I've felt better before!
07:32Any news?
07:33Our case...
07:34Ah!
07:35We managed to identify the walnut tree on which we found this mysterious piece of paper!
07:39The label!
07:40It's a man named Herbert Dawes, a sailor on the bustling cargo ship!
07:44Ah!
07:45The carabougeant?
07:46Yes, he is swamp number 4!
07:48Dupont and I are going there to ask some questions and...
07:52Huh? Hello?
07:53Hello ?
07:54He picked it up!
08:06Ah! Here comes the carabougeant!
08:08Is that him?
08:10Yes, that's him! His name is Tintin! He's a reporter!
08:14He won't have much left to say soon!
08:16Look, Milou! Did you see all those seagulls?
08:27Attention !
08:31You missed it, you idiot!
08:36Are you injured? What happened? Are you okay?
08:39Ah! Just in time, thank you!
08:41Well Milou, if we hadn't been careful to pull those seagulls, we would have been flattened!
08:45And now, how do we get on board?
08:48Oh ! Quentin! Quentin! Quentin!
08:49We're going aboard the carabougeant for the case of the mattress that drowned!
08:53Really? Can I come with you?
08:55Oh! With great pleasure, my dear friend! Isn't that right, Dupont?
08:58I'd go even further!
08:59Thank you, gentlemen!
09:05Police! We've come about Herbert Dawes!
09:07Welcome aboard, gentlemen! I am the lieutenant of this ship, my name is Alan!
09:12Pleased to meet you, Detective Dupont with a T!
09:14Detective Dupont with a D!
09:19Would you like to come to my cabin? We'll be able to talk better there!
09:22Very well, go ahead! Milou and I will go for a walk on the bridge!
09:26So, in that case, we'll see you here in half an hour!
09:29Okay, see you later!
09:30See you later !
09:32This way, gentlemen, watch your step!
09:35Ah yes, I see!
09:36And the door is low!
09:43Take care of him while I receive him, he mustn't come back down!
09:48Don't you think Alan is unpleasant?
10:00Who is he, Milou?
10:07Who is he, Milou?
10:20Ah! That's something, for example!
10:24Crab tins!
10:26What if they contained something other than crab?
10:44Who is he?
10:58You again?
10:59This time, I'm going to throw you in the water.
11:07Come back here.
11:13Wait.
11:16Now the matter is clear.
11:19Your sailor was drunk and drowned accidentally.
11:22I would even say higher.
11:23An accident involving drowning.
11:25You are right.
11:26It's a deplorable accident.
11:30By the way, where did Tintin go?
11:32Ah yes, he couldn't wait for you any longer.
11:34He left ten minutes ago.
11:35But in the end, he didn't even say goodbye to us.
11:39Thank you very much, gentlemen.
11:40And watch your step.
11:42Wait.
11:43With pleasure.
11:51Raise the footbridge.
11:53Drop the piles.
11:53Come on, hurry up, we're weighing anchor.
12:23Ah, those bandits, they threw me in the hold!
12:36So, Mr. Tintin, are you enjoying this little cruise?
12:40Many, Lieutenant, forgive me if I don't stand up.
12:44Shut up !
12:46What do you know about the cargo?
12:48Is this little joke going to last much longer?
12:51Yes and no, my dear sir.
12:53It doesn't matter, once you're at sea they'll send you to the bottom, Tintin
13:04Very charming, but unless a miracle happens, I'm completely lost.
13:10Milou!
13:11Oh, I'm so glad to see you, well done, come on quickly and untie me now
13:15Once we're free, we'll have to find a way to leave this damn boat.
13:19We've gotten ourselves into a real mess, Milou!
13:34Wait, where are you going?
13:43Are you the man they kidnapped outside my house?
13:45My name is Banji Kuraki, I work for the Japanese police
13:49What exactly do you know, Mr. Kuraki?
13:51I've been working on this case for months.
13:53The crab tin you're looking for is one of those that Alan and his men use to conceal
13:57opium
13:58Drug traffickers?
13:59I tried to warn you, and that's when they abducted me.
14:02We are dealing with an international organization
14:05They are ready to do anything to defend themselves, even kill
14:09Herbert Doze
14:09Yes, he was the one who provided me with the information.
14:12I can't break free from these chains
14:15Don't worry about me, try alerting the police instead.
14:18But I can't leave you here
14:20We have to, it's our last chance
14:35There's no point in insisting, he managed to barricade himself in.
14:38The police officer didn't move.
14:40So what do we do, Tintin?
14:42There's nothing to eat in there.
14:43We'll get it eventually
14:45Lieutenant Alan, the captain requests your immediate attention.
14:48That old sperm whale, he surely wants his whisky
14:51Make sure there are none left over
14:53All right
14:54As long as he drinks, I'll be the only one in charge.
15:06Milou, I'm going to take advantage of the darkness to put my plan into action.
15:23Who goes there?
15:24Who would dare to attack Captain Doc?
15:28Person ?
15:29Ah, maybe it's the whisky
15:51Don't say a word
15:53Who are you ?
15:55Someone who was forcibly put on that damned cargo ship
15:58Damn cargo ship?
15:59I know I'm the captain.
16:00And that I can have you put in the iron
16:02Damn cargo
16:03Thank you, I just got some
16:05I've already spent far too much time in your opium-filled holds.
16:09Opium?
16:10In my holds?
16:12You don't know?
16:13But what do you think?
16:14I am an honest man
16:15Who could have possibly done something like this to me?
16:17Your dear Lieutenant Alan, for example
16:20Don't talk nonsense.
16:21Alan is a good sailor
16:22He is loyal
16:23Devoted
16:24And generous with the whisky
16:29Face the facts, Captain
16:31You have been deceived
16:31By making you drink
16:33Alan can do whatever he wants with your boat
16:35Including drug trafficking
16:39The air of Brest
16:40I was tricked
16:42And by my own crew
16:44In addition
16:45I am a disgrace to the navy
16:51Alan, come on, captain!
16:52They don't want to put you in that state
16:54They won't get away with it that easily, believe me.
16:57Listen, you have to help me
16:58But first, you're going to promise me you won't drink any more alcohol.
17:04Captain, please.
17:05Think about your reputation
17:07And what would your mother say?
17:08What would she say if she saw you in this state?
17:11Mom ?
17:13Mom ?
17:14What is this vatard?
17:15Come on, Milou, let's go!
17:19Is that you, Mom?
17:21Well, what's going on here?
17:23Eh ?
17:28Oh, I am not like misery
17:31Come on, Captain, have a drink!
17:33After that, things will get better, you'll see.
17:37No
17:38I promised him I wouldn't drink anymore, and I won't drink anymore.
17:40To whom? To whom did you promise that?
17:42But I don't know the young man who came here.
17:46Silly
17:48Tintin, quick!
17:49He had to go back down into the hold
17:51You're going to stay here and stand guard, trying to come back.
17:55You, come with me
18:09But he's shooting at us
18:14Champagne!
18:38What? What else is there?
18:39Where is Tintin?
18:41He jumped on me, chief
18:42It must have been hidden under the bunk.
18:44Lieutenant Alain
18:45The captain and the young man
18:47They attacked me
18:48I believe they sent a radio message
18:50Lieutenant, one of the canals has disappeared
18:52Ah, you good little idiot
18:53Chief, I can't see them
18:55Are we turning back?
18:57No
18:57I have a better idea
18:59This time, I'm going to be done with this Tintin thing.
19:07We can no longer see the smoke from Jean's carabou.
19:10The coast must be about sixty miles away.
19:12And we have nothing to eat and nothing to drink.
19:15We're doomed.
19:17Come on, calm down, Captain
19:19Milou and I have already gotten ourselves out of more difficult situations
19:22Calm down, captain
19:23Calm down, easier said than done.
19:24We are in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, not on a boulevard.
19:27Courage, Captain
19:28I sent a message to the police
19:30We should be helped soon.
19:34A seaplane?
19:35We are saved
19:36I told you not to worry about it.
19:42Oh !
19:43This way!
19:45He's going way too fast for Améry
19:47Not fast enough for me
19:51Attention !
19:57CN 3411, a carabou from Jean, answer
19:59Here is Jean's carabou, CN 3411
20:02What is your position?
20:03To you
20:04Instruction completed
20:05Goal achieved
20:06To you
20:07Survivors
20:08No, lieutenant
20:09No request for permission to return
20:11To you
20:12Permission denied
20:13I want to be sure
20:15Sit down and check
20:16To you
20:17Message received
20:18Finished
20:35That should do the trick, Tintin
20:37His account, this time we're safe.
20:41But where did this mutt come from?
20:43From Brussels, why?
20:49Good work, Milou
20:51Brice, you did it!
20:53What a devil of a boy, nothing can stop him
20:58We need to meet up with Jean's carabou at the port of Bagarre
21:01CN 3411, reply
21:03CN 3411, I'm listening
21:05So, where are you at with this?
21:06Did you bring them down?
21:08Mission accomplished, finished
21:24I can't wait to see Alan's face when he sees the welcoming committee we've prepared for him.
21:27reserve
21:28I'd give anything to get my hands on him before the police do.
21:31Are you sure we're heading towards Bagarre?
21:34Yes, I think so.
21:35But we're going to get a real beating.
21:40We are in the middle of a storm.
21:41Do something
21:43We're going to crash
22:09We're going to crash
22:24TANTA
22:27TANTA
22:28TANTA
22:41TANTA
22:42Please, wake up!
22:45Oh no!
22:48Oh no! I need to restore the balance!
22:53Tighten it up, dammit! Tighten it up!
22:55This is the party!
23:22Quick, it's going to explode!
23:36We had a close call, didn't we?
23:39Say, Captain, are you quite certain we're close to a fight?
23:43We should be there
23:46What a bone! Do you still see yourself digging that up?
23:53A dromedary camel, it died of...
23:55Dying of thirst, naturally
23:56The land of thirst, the land of thirst
24:10Come on, courage, captain!
24:11All is not lost
24:15The Land of Thirst, Cabin Boy
24:17The land of thirst
24:21Courage, Captain
24:22We absolutely must not stop
24:27No, no, I'm not going anymore
24:31Drink up, drink up!
24:34Okay, we'll rest a bit in the shade of this dune.
24:37But we cannot stop for long.
24:40To drink
24:41I wonder how we're going to get out of this, Milou
24:45Oh, a bottle of champagne
24:51I'm going to unclog it, I'm going to unclog it
24:54Hey, hello devil, are we gonna jump?
24:58I'm dying of thirst.
24:59Captain
25:01Damn, no more jokes
25:03I am not a bottle of champagne
25:05Look over there, a lake
25:07Water, we are saved
25:11Stop, you wretch, it's a miracle
25:21There is no lake
25:27Water, water
25:55But where are we, Milou?
25:56What happened to us?
26:00Come on, come with me
26:01This way
26:08Ah, here I am, young man.
26:09Come in!
26:11Lieutenant Delcourt, commander of the Abgar post
26:14Pleased to meet you, Lieutenant
26:15My name is Tintin
26:16Please, have a seat, Mr. Tintin.
26:18I'm glad to see you're back on your feet.
26:20It's a real stroke of luck that we found you
26:22My men spotted the wreckage of your plane.
26:25They followed in your footsteps
26:26And they found all three of you unconscious.
26:28And my companion, the captain
26:30How is he?
26:31Give me a drink!
26:33He's doing very well
26:35Divine goodness
26:36What was my head thinking?
26:37What would you like to drink, gentlemen?
26:40No thanks, I never drink alcohol.
26:44No, really
26:45No thank you, lieutenant
26:47Okay, let's not talk about it anymore.
26:48So tell me, what brings you to this remote country?
26:52We're interrupting our programming for a special news flash.
26:54The violent storm that raged yesterday caused the loss of several ships.
26:58The steamship Tangalika sank
27:00The cargo ship Jupiter was wrecked on the shore
27:02The crews were rescued.
27:03Furthermore, an SOS signal was received from the cargo ship Carabouge.
27:06A rescue ship cruised all night
27:08Without seeing any wreckage or shipwrecked person
27:10Oh no, Bungie!
27:12This suggests that the Carabouge
27:14How good it is to perish
27:15It's absolutely possible art
27:17Yes, well, don't get upset, stay calm.
27:19The Carabouge is not a nutshell, for goodness sake!
27:23It couldn't have sunk like that!
27:24Yes, that's what I think too.
27:28Lieutenant?
27:29We must go and fight immediately.
27:32Ah good ?
27:49As soon as we arrive, we will go and find out more.
27:51At the port captain's office
27:53They will surely be able to tell us
27:54If the Carabougeant sank
28:00A trillion thousand hooves
28:02Releaseable!
28:03Quickly, behind the night!
28:16Oh, the grottailles will pay dearly for this.
28:20Oh, my last bottle
28:28Revenge !
28:29Revenge !
28:31Revenge !
28:32Captain!
28:33In place!
28:34Not with your foot!
28:35Fixed!
28:36Choc-choc-nougat!
28:37Captain, stop!
28:39You're going to get yourself killed!
28:40Mouladon!
28:41Pricole de place de chanapan!
28:43Ectoplasm!
28:44Maratond 12 oriformes!
28:45Salam, Milou!
28:46He scared them away!
28:48And if you dare come back, you bunch of cowards
28:50You will become acquainted with this stock!
28:59Well done, Captain! Magnificent!
29:01What would I have done to those savages?
29:03If they had waited for me?
29:04But they have wings like rabbits!
29:07Go ahead! Chase them!
29:08And bring back the prisoners!
29:09Lieutenant!
29:10Just after you left, I received a radio message
29:12We are reporting the presence of looters in the area.
29:14It looks like I've arrived just in time!
29:16But then...
29:17But then it wasn't me who put those barbarians to flight!
29:20We will wait for my men to return, Captain
29:23And to avoid further incidents, we will accompany you until the fight.
29:26Thank you, Lieutenant!
29:41Are you sure, Tintin, that we are heading towards the port's harbor master's office?
29:44All these streets look the same!
29:47Rest assured, we shouldn't be very far away now.
29:49We will continue in this direction
29:51Milou! Is something wrong, Milou?
29:55Ah!
29:59Alain!
30:02Let's go, Milou! Let's follow him!
30:06And where are you going?
30:11Back, we've got it!
30:15Careful, let's not lose sight of him, Milou!
30:21With a bit of luck, he'll lead us straight to his accomplices.
30:46Oh no!
30:52Oh, he's disappeared!
31:06Because of those savages, I lost Tintin!
31:08How can I find it?
31:10Oh !
31:11A thousand million thundering typhoons!
31:14But it's the caraboujant!
31:16Hey, you over there!
31:17The radio announced the sinking of the caraboujant and its crew.
31:20Tenant from Brest, what is he doing here?
31:22That's the Chevel Amila! Can't you read?
31:26Ah, of course I know how to read!
31:28But it's still the caraboujant!
31:30Hey, you!
31:32You miserable little traitor! Tell him the real name of this ship!
31:35Do you know this guy?
31:37No, unknown to the battalion!
31:39Police! Police, help!
31:41Police! Police!
31:44There, there, there! What's going on here?
31:46This officer's boat is the caraboujant!
31:48They say it sank, but that's not true!
31:50I know it like the back of my hand, I'm the captain!
31:53It is filled with wood from...
31:54Finally, I mean opium!
31:56We flew through a tornado and our plane crashed in the desert!
31:59The land of thirst! Can you believe it?
32:01Oh, so you'll be coming with us!
32:03But, but, but...
32:05But I'm telling you, it's the caraboujant!
32:08What ?
32:10Is the captain here? Are you sure?
32:13And he recognized the boat?
32:15So, I'd bet that Tintin is around here too!
32:19I need a doctor, and a living one! That's perfectly clear!
32:26And don't come back there, or else it's your turn!
32:29Paper grease!
32:31Anthropopithecus!
32:32Incompetent bunch!
32:33A crime could be committed right in front of you and you wouldn't even see it!
32:36And he calls himself a policeman!
32:43Help!
32:45But...
32:46Don't go out!
32:47The captain...
32:49Bustiers!
32:52Captain...
32:52Uncle!
32:55Milou, our only chance of finding the captain,
32:58It's about going back to where we lost Alan!
33:01The radio message was clear, but the caraboujant sank and Tintin is nowhere to be found!
33:04I'd go even further!
33:06The caraboujant is nowhere to be found and Tintin has sunk!
33:11Oh, hey! Dupont and Dupont!
33:13No, no, no, apologize, my good man, there's been a mistake!
33:15We're not the Duponts, just local people!
33:18Come on, gentlemen!
33:20It's me, Tintin!
33:21Tintin, you're alive!
33:22How did you manage to recognize us?
33:24Your timing is perfect!
33:27How to do it? Your only clue is this box of crabs!
33:29And you're saying that the oblium is hidden inside, is that right!
33:32Yes! The label is yellow with a red crab on it!
33:36Crab tins? Wait a minute, I'm sure I've seen some!
33:39Where?
33:40To tell the truth...
33:42Well, I wonder where...
33:43You know, Tintin, there are quite a few shops around here!
33:46There !
33:48And where is he going?
33:53SO ?
33:53It's crab!
33:54Hey there, what are you doing?
33:56Excuse us, we owe you this box of crabs!
33:58Absolutely !
33:59I would like to know the name of your supplier!
34:01But most definitely!
34:03These boxes come from Omar Ben Salahad!
34:05He's the biggest fight dealer!
34:07He is rich, very rich!
34:08Thank you !
34:09It was nothing !
34:11We should investigate this Omar Ben Salahad, but very discreetly, okay?
34:14Meanwhile, Milou and I are going to try to find the captain!
34:17It's hot, us!
34:18My God, it's good, I tell you!
34:21Oh !

34:39But to find the captain, we need to get our hands on Alan!
34:42He's already been here!
34:43With a bit of luck, he'll come back!
34:57Damn it, Pat, I could have hurt myself!
35:04Milou, I think we have no choice!
35:07He can see it there!
35:10Careful, don't show yourself!
35:13Let's be discreet!
35:23He must have come down that way!
35:32Where did he go? He didn't just vanish into thin air!
