00:10O Lord, open our lips, and our mouths shall sing your praise.
00:17O God, make speed to save us. O Lord, make haste to help us.
00:26Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning,
00:32is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.
00:39Let us praise the Lord. The Lord's name be praised.
00:49I believe in one God, the Father Almighty, maker of heaven and earth, of all things visible and invisible.
00:59I believe in one Lord Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God, born of the Father before all ages.
01:09God from God, light from light, true God from true God, begotten, not made, being of one substance with the
01:19Father.
01:20Through him all things were made.
01:23For us men, and for our salvation, he came down from heaven, and by the Holy Spirit, was incarnate of
01:31the Virgin Mary, and became man.
01:35For our sake, he was crucified under Pontius Pilate.
01:39He suffered death and was buried, and rose again on the third day in accordance with the Scriptures.
01:46He ascended into heaven, and is seated at the right hand of the Father.
01:52He will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead, and his kingdom will have no end.
01:59I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the giver of life, who proceeds from the Father,
02:06who with the Father and the Son, is adored and glorified, who has spoken through the prophets.
02:14I believe in one holy, catholic and apostolic church.
02:18I confess one baptism for the forgiveness of sins,
02:23and I look forward to the resurrection of the dead, and the life of the world to come.
02:30Amen.
02:33The Lord be with you, and also with you.
02:39Let us pray.
02:42Lord, have mercy upon us.
02:45Christ, have mercy upon us.
02:48Lord, have mercy upon us.
02:53Our Father in heaven, holy is your name.
02:58Your kingdom come.
03:00Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
03:05Give us today our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.
03:16Do not allow us to fall into temptation, but deliver us from every evil.
03:23Amen.
03:27O Lord, have mercy upon us, and grant us your salvation.
03:35Bless your ministers with righteousness, and make your chosen people joyful.
03:44O Lord, save your people, and bless your inheritance.
03:51Give peace in our time, O Lord, because there is none other that fights for it, but only you, O
03:59God.
04:01O God, make clean our hearts within us.
04:06Do not take your Holy Spirit from us.
04:15The second book of kings, chapter 8.
04:19Now Elisha advised the woman, whose son he had brought back to life.
04:24You and your family should go and live somewhere else for a while.
04:28For the Lord has decreed that a famine will overtake the land for seven years.
04:34So the woman did as the prophet had said.
04:37She and her family went and lived in the land of the Philistines for seven years.
04:44After seven years, the woman returned from the land of the Philistines,
04:48and went to ask the king to give her back her house and field.
04:53Now the king was talking to Gehazi, the prophet's servant, and said,
04:58Tell me all the great things which Elisha has done.
05:03And while Gehazi was telling the king how Elisha had brought the dead back to life,
05:08the woman whose son he had brought back to life came to ask the king for her house and field.
05:16Gehazi said, My master of king, this is the very woman,
05:20and this is her son whom Elisha brought back to life.
05:26The king asked the woman about it, and she gave him the details.
05:31The king assigned a eunuch to take care of her request,
05:35and ordered him, Give her back everything she owns,
05:38as well as the amount of crops her field produced,
05:42from the day she left the land until now.
05:48Elisha traveled to Damascus, while king Ben-Hadad of Syria was sick.
05:54The king was told, The prophet has come here.
05:58So the king told Hazael,
06:00Take a gift and go visit the prophet.
06:04Request from him an oracle from the Lord.
06:07Ask him, Will I recover from this sickness?
06:12So Hazael went to visit Elisha,
06:14taking with him a gift,
06:16as well as forty camel loads of the fine things of Damascus.
06:21When he arrived, he stood before him and said,
06:24Your son, king Ben-Hadad of Syria,
06:27has sent me to you with this question.
06:30Will I recover from this sickness?
06:36Elisha said to him,
06:37Go and tell him,
06:39You will surely recover.
06:41But the Lord has revealed to me that he will surely die.
06:49Elisha just stared at him,
06:51until Hazael became uncomfortable,
06:54and then the prophet started to cry.
06:58Hazael asked,
07:00Why are you crying, my master?
07:03Because I know the trouble you will cause Israel,
07:07he replied.
07:08You will set fire to their fortresses,
07:10kill their young men with the sword,
07:13smash their children to bits,
07:15and rip open their pregnant women.
07:21Hazael said,
07:22How could your servant,
07:24who is an insignificant dog,
07:27accomplish this great military victory?
07:32Elisha replied,
07:34The Lord has revealed to me that you will be the next king of Syria.
07:39He left Elisha and went to his master.
07:43Ben-Hadad asked him,
07:45What did Elisha tell you?
07:48Hazael replied,
07:50He told me that you would surely recover.
07:55The next day Hazael took a piece of cloth,
07:58dipped it in water,
07:59and spread it over Ben-Hadad's face until he died.
08:04Then Hazael replaced him as king.
08:08This is the word of the Lord.
08:11Thanks be to God.
08:12The Lord has revealed to me that you will be the next king of the Lord.
08:17Blessed be the Lord my strength,
08:23who did my hands to war,
08:27and my people to fight.
08:31My love and my fortress,
08:34my castle and deliver,
08:37I remember in whom I trust,
08:46who subdued my people,
08:49that is not the king.
08:54The Lord has revealed to me that you will be the next king of the Lord.
09:04The Lord has revealed to me that you will be the next king of the Lord.
09:21These times cannot act as long,
09:25and of its favor of Oh,
09:31that is not the king of the Lord.
09:36The Lord has revealed to me that you have late throne.
09:46The Lord has revealed to me that you will be the next king of the Lord.
09:47Thank you very much.
09:48And the Lord have revealed to me that you will be the next king of the Lord.

15:25All He's gracious and merciful,
15:30nonstop a leader of great fullness.
15:38For all He's loving unto every man,
15:45and His mercy is above His blood.
15:52All Thy works praise Thee, O Lord,
15:59and Thy saints did rise unto Thee.
16:04They show the glory of Thy kingdom,
16:11and all of Thy power.
16:15That my power, my glory, and mighty earth of Thy kingdom,
16:26might be Lord unto them.
16:31Thy kingdom is an everlasting kingdom,
16:39and my dominion and joy through all the ages.
16:49The Lord of all the gods such a stone,
16:56and in death are all those that are done.
17:04The eyes of all wait upon Thee alone,
17:12and around Thee that's there,
17:14and where they teach Thee who'll steal.
17:18Thee who'll steal.
17:21Thee who'll steal.
17:42Thee who'll steal.
17:49The Lord is nigh unto the old man that stole upon him.
17:58He was not just full upon him faithfully.
18:07He with the filter is the hope that that he will be.
18:14He also will hear the cry and will help them.
18:25The Lord is nigh unto the Lord and that love him.
18:33Unstradled and the groan on the uncalled.
18:41I now shall speak the praise of the Lord.
18:48And let O flesh his hands unto his holy name forever and ever.
19:02Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Ghost.
19:14As it's what in the beginning is now and ever shall prove.
19:22The Lord is nigh unto the Lord.
19:47Amen.
19:49As long as I have any need, I wish in praises unto my God.
20:00O God, what a trusted princess.
20:05O in every child of man.
20:09O Lord, what a taste of the Lord.
20:30Amen.
21:03Amen.
21:22would be hidden from the free.
21:29The Lord knows the man out of prison,
21:36the Lord lives at skies to the blind,
21:42the Lord helpeth them not upon.
21:47The Lord helpeth the proper righteous.
21:56The Lord helpeth the saints,
22:02even the fathers that will live on.
22:10As for the way of the unknown,
22:13we need time if it's upside down.
22:19The Lord, my God, O child,
22:22shall be king forevermore,
22:28and who are two generations.
22:38Glory be to the Father,
22:43and to the Son,
22:47and to the Holy Ghost,
22:53as it was in the beginning,
22:56it is now, and never shall be,
23:01all without them.
23:05Amen.
23:16The Gospel according to Saint John,
23:19chapters 11 and 12.
23:23Then many of the people,
23:25who had come with Mary
23:27and seen the things that Jesus did,
23:30believed in him.
23:31But some went to the Pharisees
23:33and reported to them what Jesus had done.
23:36So the chief priests and the Pharisees
23:39called the council together and said,
23:41What are we to do?
23:43What are we to do?
23:43This man is performing very many
23:45miraculous signs.
23:47If we allow him to go on in this way,
23:50everyone will believe in him
23:52and the Romans will come
23:53and take away our sanctuary
23:55and our nation.
23:59Then one of them,
24:00Caiaphas,
24:01who was the High Priest for that year,
24:03said,
24:04You know nothing at all.
24:06You do not realize
24:07that it is more to your advantage
24:09to have one man die for the people
24:11than for the whole nation to perish.
24:15Now he did not say this on his own,
24:17but because he was High Priest for the year,
24:20he prophesied that Jesus would die
24:22for the Jewish nation
24:24and not for the Jewish nation only.
24:26but to gather together into one
24:29the children of God
24:30who were scattered.
24:32And so from that day
24:33they planned together to kill him.
24:38And so Jesus was no longer able
24:40to go around publicly in Judea,
24:44but went away from there
24:45to the region near to the wilderness
24:47to a town called Ephraim
24:49and stayed there with his disciples.
24:53Now the Jewish Passover was near.
24:56And many people went up to Jerusalem
24:58from the rural areas before the Passover
25:01to cleanse themselves ritually.
25:05And so they were looking for Jesus
25:07and saying to one another
25:08as they stood in the temple courts,
25:10What do you think?
25:12Will he come to the feast?
25:14Now the chief priests and the Pharisees had given orders
25:18that anyone who knew where Jesus was
25:20should report it,
25:22that they might arrest him.
25:29Then six days before the Passover,
25:32Jesus came to Bethany
25:33where Lazarus lived,
25:35whom he had raised from the dead.
25:37And so they prepared a dinner for Jesus there.
25:42Martha was serving and Lazarus was among those present
25:45at the table with him.
25:50Then Mary took three quarters of a pound
25:52of expensive aromatic oil from pure nard
25:55and anointed the feet of Jesus.
25:59Then she then wiped his feet with her hair.
26:03And the house was filled with the fragrance of the perfumed oil.
26:09But Judas Iscariot, one of the disciples,
26:12the one who was going to betray him, said,
26:15Why wasn't this oil sold for 300 silver coins
26:19and the money given to the poor?
26:22Now Judas said this not because he was concerned about the poor,
26:27but because he was a thief.
26:30As keeper of the money box,
26:32he used to steal what was put into it.
26:36But Jesus said, Leave her alone.
26:39She has kept it for the day of my burial.
26:42For you will always have the poor with you,
26:45but you will not always have me.
26:49Now a large crowd of Judeans learnt that Jesus was there.
26:53And so they came not only because of him,
26:56but also to see Lazarus whom he had raised from the dead.
27:01So the chief priests planned to kill Lazarus too.
27:05For on account of him,
27:07many of the Jewish people from Jerusalem
27:08were going away and believing in Jesus.
27:13The next day the crowd that had come to the feast
27:16heard that Jesus was coming to Jerusalem.
27:19And so they took branches of palm trees
27:21and went out to meet him.
27:24And they began to shout,
27:26Hosanna!
27:27Blessed is the one who comes in the name of the Lord.
27:31Blessed is the King of Israel.
27:34Jesus found a young donkey and sat on it,
27:38just as it is written.
27:40Do not be afraid, people of Zion.
27:43Look, your King is coming, seated on a donkey's colt.
27:49His disciples did not understand these things when they first happened.
27:53But when Jesus was glorified,
27:55they remembered that these things were written about him
27:58and that these things had happened to him.
28:02And so the crowd who had been with him when he called Lazarus out of the tomb
28:07and raised him from the dead,
28:09continued to testify about it,
28:12because they had heard that Jesus had performed this miraculous sign.
28:17The crowd went out to meet him.
28:20Thus the Pharisees said to one another,
28:24See, you can do nothing.
28:26Look, the whole world has run off after him.
28:30This is the word of the Lord.
28:33Thanks be to God.
28:40Collect for Peace
28:43O God, who is the author of peace and lover of concord,
28:48in knowledge of whom stands our eternal life,
28:51whose service is perfect freedom,
28:54defend us, your humble servants,
28:57in all assaults of our enemies,
28:59that we, surely trusting in your defence,
29:03may not fear the power of any adversaries.
29:06Through the might of Jesus Christ our Lord.
29:10Amen.
29:15Collect for our safe preservation.
29:18O Lord, our Heavenly Father,
29:20almighty and everlasting God,
29:22who has safely brought us to the beginning of this day,
29:26defend us in the same with your mighty power
29:29and grant that this day we fall into no sin,
29:34neither run into any kind of danger,
29:36but that all our doings may be ordered by your governance,
29:43to do always that which is righteous in your sight.
29:47Through Jesus Christ our Lord.
29:50Amen.
29:54Lord, let me accept calmly all that this day might bring me,
29:59and let me devote myself completely to your sacred will.
30:05Direct me and help me each hour of this day.
30:09Control my thoughts and feelings in all my deeds and words.
30:14When unpredictable circumstances arise,
30:17do not let me forget that everything comes from you.
30:23Lord Jesus, Son of God,
30:25it is better not to live than to live without you.
30:29I thank you, God, for the gift of this new day,
30:33and for all the good deeds you will help me do today.
30:39Holy Spirit, help me to dedicate this day to my Lord and Saviour.
30:44teach me to be just toward my brother and sister,
30:49never to provoke wrath or cause sorrow.
30:53Control my will and teach me to pray,
30:57to believe, to hope, to suffer, to forgive and to love.
31:04Amen.
31:08We pray for the work of your faithful servants throughout the world, Lord.
31:14Lord, in your mercy, hear our prayer.
31:21May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ,
31:23the love of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit
31:27be with us all today and for evermore.
31:32Amen.
