00:00One of the dishes na pwede nating paggamitan dun sa isang mga products nila dito sa Chad's Nature Farm
00:04ay ang ating crumble.
00:07So basically, pwede ito ng stovetop lang.
00:11The best part is you could use kung anong in-season na fruits na meron sa inyo.
00:16So in this case, what we'll be using ay yung ating pineapples
00:24and mangoes.
00:28So kakat lang natin siya into dice.
00:37So yung dish natin na ito would have two components.
00:40What we're doing now is yung first, which is yung ating filling.
00:43So after inyong madice, yung inyong fruits,
00:49let's just mix in some cornstarch and yung ating honey.
00:58Pagsasamahin ko lang ulit yung lukot at saka yung laywan.
01:06Then, katransfer natin dun sa ating cooking vessel.
01:13Once okay na yung ating first part,
01:15doon naman tayo sa ating streusel topping.
01:17Yung streusel topping natin would be comprised of equal parts ng ating APF or all-purpose flour.
01:28So, gagawa ko ng 3 to 2 tablespoons.
01:32Oats.
01:35And some butter.
01:38Yung butter natin dito, importante na hindi siya melted.
01:41We'll mix it together with an egg yolk and honey.
01:44Yan.
01:47And yung ating honey.
01:51So, what we'll do here is basically,
01:54ita-cut in natin yung butter doon sa pinaka-butel ng ating all-purpose flour,
02:00ating mga oats.
02:02What we're aiming for is basically yung consistency ng,
02:06siguro mas dry lang ng konti sa cookie dough.
02:08Now, once you have this mixture,
02:10ita-top natin siya doon sa ating fruit filling.
02:13You don't necessarily have to cover yung entire surface ng ating filling.
02:19Kasi eventually, babagsak din naman yan.
02:21And yung uneven na itsura niya would actually give character doon sa ating dish.
02:29Buksan lang natin yung ating apoy.
02:31And set it doon sa pinaka-mahina.
02:35Sa ganto-kalit, more or less mga 20 to 40 minutes.
02:40Pero ang pinaka-importante doon,
02:42ang pinaka-indication na good na yung inyong honey crumble,
02:46is kung makita ninyo yung syrup natin na yan,
02:50medyo cloudy pa.
02:52So, once na nag-clear na siya,
02:53that's a pretty good indication na good na.
02:56And of course, yung topping natin,
02:59eh, tumusta na siya.
03:08So, hindi lang nag-clear yung tanyang syrup,
03:13nag-cramelize pa siya,
03:15but it's a pretty good indication na okay na yung crumble natin.
