Warmer weather is taking hold in the Northeast, but rain remains on the radar.
Transcript
00:00We're at 89 in Green Bay. Really, really warm there. On the cool side, you actually have to head south
00:06into areas around, well, to Cleveland, but also even Louisville.
00:10But Cleveland's only at 72, so nice and cool along the lakeshore. Very comfortable there.
00:14We are facing some showers in some areas. Most of this is south of Pittsburgh.
00:18It's kind of a cloudier time there in Pittsburgh, as we saw with that EarthCam view.
00:22But the rain is on the map here just to the south.
00:25A couple of sprinkles breaking out into Washington, Fayette Counties, and into central and southern parts of Ohio.
00:30We'll be tracking these storms as they roll east, and showers mainly staying south of the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
00:35But it's warmer out there, and you can see the Wednesday map showers and thunderstorms.
00:39We are concerned about some severe thunderstorms from D.C. down into areas around Richmond.
00:44That area will face some stronger thunderstorms.
