00:13So first, I'd like to ask you,
00:15how have you seen the Group's innovation strategy
00:17evolve over the past decade?
00:19Innovation is in our DNA.
00:21At Caisse des Dépôts, it's not just an option
00:22but a strategic imperative.
00:24For over 200 years,
00:26as a public financial institution,
00:28we have pioneered innovation
00:30to serve the Paris Financial Center.
00:32Over the last 10 years,
00:34we have developed expertise
00:35and worked, for example,
00:38on blockchain technologies and digital assets
00:40by launching LabChain in 2015,
00:43shaping the future of finance.
00:45But also on AI,
00:46we have worked both internally
00:48and with startups
00:50to benefit from cutting-edge innovations.
00:52This happened at the European scale too,
00:55in close collaboration with the ecosystem
00:58and now for the next 10 years,
01:00we will accelerate on digital assets,
01:03which will be a real game changer for finance,
01:06quantum technologies,
01:07securing our services for the future.
01:10And we will do all this
01:11while reducing reliance
01:13on non-European players
01:15and keeping human at the center,
01:18particularly in the deployment of AI.
01:20So tell us then about how the organization
01:23is keeping the culture of innovation alive.
01:26In 2023, we structured innovation
01:28at the scale of the Caisse des Dépots group
01:31because collective action has more impact
01:34than individual efforts.
01:36Innovation never happens in isolation.
01:39We built a network of innovation leaders
01:41to foster synergies and create a shared vision.
01:44This year, we organized our first group-wide innovation day,
01:48an internal VivaTech,
01:50proving the power of connection.
01:52It worked because our innovation creates performance
01:55for our business lines and clients.
01:58They fuel the development of our broader ecosystem
02:01and they provide our investment teams
02:03with long-term insight into promising areas.
02:06Innovation must do more than inspire.
02:09It must deliver.
02:10It's prepare us for all transformation
02:12while creating value for our group,
02:15startups, and partners.
