00:10I feel a sense of relief because I am not the one eliminated, but at the same time,
00:15it's a bittersweet moment just because I sent home Carrie.
00:19You ladies are truly a blessing, and you each are all-stars.
00:26Carrie Kiddly.
00:27That was a lot.
00:28She made me realize that you have to live your life authentically 100% yourself and not hold
00:34anything back.
00:35She represented everything I wanted to be, and I was such a big fan of her before coming
00:43in here, and I feel horrible that I was the one that sent her home.
00:48It's just really, really hard just because I want to be in this competition so bad, but
00:53I do have this looming feeling of that I did something wrong.
00:58Carrie is a very rare, beautiful soul.
01:02We love you, Carrie.
01:03We love you.
01:04We love you.
01:05We love you.
01:05I want to be in our hearts.
01:06Jasmine's really upset to be the one that knocked Carrie out, but this is a competition,
01:10So, she needs to focus on the bigger picture
01:13and really just set her sights on the prize.
01:16Congratulations, Miss Dio!
01:19Finally, bitch!
01:21It feels really fucking good! It feels so good!
01:25You're like, bitch, I wanna win something shit.
01:28And to see you do, I think we're all just like, well-deserved, yeah.
01:31Well, I hope nobody takes offense if I've come off a little bitchy or whatever the past couple of weeks.
01:37I'm just really trying to keep my head in the game right now.
01:39Girl, you're here to win.
01:41I know, and I hope y'all bitches are here too.
01:43You know, because if you're not, then why the fuck are you here?
01:45That's just how I think about it.
01:47Daya is very open about how competitive she is.
01:50And that's something I appreciate because I'm not very open with how competitive I am.
01:54It is okay to feel a little cutthroat at times.
01:57Is anybody surprised or confused by any of the placements tonight?
02:00For the most part, I totally understand, like, the tops and the bottoms of the week.
02:04But the Safe Girls, kind of like, we're trying to do the math as well and figure out,
02:08because, like, we did say that Miss Deja might have been in the bottom.
02:13The Safe Queens opinions does not matter.
02:16I met this challenge head on.
02:18So their opinions, it doesn't matter. Fuck them.
02:21This is a really tight race.
02:24There's a lot of wins on the board right now.
02:26There's six of us that have a win right now.
02:28And Miss Angie has two.
02:30I'm the only one that has a win.
02:31I have a win either.
02:32But you have a win?
02:33I want a win. I need a win.
02:36I'm hoping that I can throw some, you know, pearls on the stage.
02:39I can trip someone.
02:41Something very subtle that I can get away with.
02:45I'm just kidding.
02:46I don't have, like, a strategy mindset. I really don't.
02:49Maybe I should.
02:51Oh!
02:51Oh!
02:52I knocked over someone's powder.
02:54I'll buy you a new one.
02:56With what? Win money? No.
02:59He's shady.
03:00He's shady.
03:01I've been a mess today.
03:02I dropped glitter.
03:03Powder.
03:03Choreography.
03:07You fucking bitch.
03:09I think it is an incredibly stupid idea to count anybody out.
03:13The moment you start, like, looking past somebody is the moment you're setting yourself up to be proven wrong and
03:18send your ass home.
03:20Read me to film.
03:21Well, we know Deja can't, so someone else?
03:24You two-faced Gemini bitch!
03:30The winner of RuPaul's Drag Race receives a one-year supply of Anastasia Beverly Hills cosmetics and a grand prize
03:36of $100,000.
03:37Powered by Cash App.
03:40With extra special guest judge, Nicole Byer.
03:52It is another day in the workroom.
03:56I am feeling so good coming off of a fresh win, but I am going to pretend that it didn't
04:02really happen.
04:02That way I don't get too caught up in it.
04:06Hello, hello, hello!
04:07Yes!
04:09And then there were eight.
04:11Yes!
04:12They say it's a man's world, but when it comes to snatching attention, nobody does it better than a drag
04:19queen.
04:20Yes!
04:21So for today's mini challenge, you need to photobomb some of the world's most famous men.
04:28Now, warning, your photo may go viral, but a quick trip to the clinic will clear that right up.
04:33Oh my god.
04:34And to help you stand out, feel free to use bold accessories courtesy of Snag Tights.
04:40Okay, ladies, you've got 15 minutes to get into quick drag.
04:43Ready, set, go!
04:46Oh my god!
04:47Oh my god, I look stupid!
04:50I look crazy!
04:52So today we're just going to be really embracing natural beauty.
04:54All right ladies, time is up!
04:57All right, first up, it's Diabetic photobombing Lil Nas X at the Tom Ford Fashion Show.
05:04I really want to squeeze his nipples.
05:06Oh, yeah!
05:08Nipples!
05:10Oh, yes!
05:11Get it all in there!
05:13Emote!
05:15Through your face, not your ass!
05:18She wants some big nods, eh!
05:22Angeria photobombing David Beckham.
05:24Mr. Posh Spice, if you're nasty, you realize any hole is a goal.
05:29Uh-huh.
05:30Bend it like Beckham!
05:32Lady Camden photobombing Sasha Baron Cohen.
05:36Can you bend those legs behind your head?
05:38Ah!
05:39Apparently I can!
05:42Bad Borat.
05:43Slap it!
05:44Yeah, cheeky bastard.
05:47Willow Pill photobombing Jake Gyllenhaal walking his dog in L.A.
05:51You know what we're going to do?
05:52We're going to do a washed up Mary Lou Retton for this.
05:55This is from the 1963 Olympics.
05:57Ah!
05:58Ah!
05:59Ah!
06:00Ride that dog like you really mean it.
06:02And sniff that dog's ass.
06:04Sniff it hard.
06:05Ah!
06:06Ah!
06:07Ah!
06:07Ah!
06:08Ah!
06:10Ah!
06:11EYE TO THE CAMERA.
06:12Now brown eye to the camera.
06:14Why did you take a picture to last longer?
06:17George's photobombing Leonardo DiCaprio.
06:20She's queen of the world!
06:23Ha!
06:23Jasmine Kennedy photobombing Billy Porter at the Met Gala.
06:27Strike a pose, darling.
06:29You look like a pterodactyl's..
06:31Ha!
06:31Ha!
06:31Billy and Jasmine now with wings Deja Sky photobombing Shawn Mendes at the MTV
06:39VMAs hi lady oh oh my god Deja why'd you have to be so sexy new couple alert
06:50can you finger him as you flip him off yeah Deja do you love it when he calls
06:56your senorita Wow the camera loves you all but one of you set the interwebs on
07:05oh yeah the winner of today's mini challenge is willow pill
07:14congratulations you've won a cash prize of $2,500 ladykins I've got good news
07:22RuPaul's Drag Con is back and better than ever our tribe gathers in person to
07:30celebrate love light and laughter in addition to the exclusive performances
07:35the sickening shopping and the star-studded meet-and-greet my favorite part is the
07:41Drag Con panels it's where today's most sizzling personalities discuss hot
07:47topics that we can all relate to now for this week's maxi challenge you'll work in
07:51two groups to tackle the highly fascinating and deeply complex topic of
07:57men's whether you want to talk about your sugar daddies your real daddy your
08:06blood brothers or your brother from another mother you need to lead a
08:11dynamic discussion that's both real and real entertaining now willow you won the
08:18mini challenge so you get to choose your team I'm really happy because I didn't
08:24want to get stuck with a group that I didn't want to work with but I'm also
08:28afraid that whoever's left is like oh I'm just like chopped liver but you know
08:33they're gonna have to get over it so I don't even care willow who do you choose
08:37first okay I've never gotten to work with Deja yeah willow picks me first
08:44baby baby girl Angie damn willow what you gonna do with all that air the last person I would like
08:54to work to work with Morris Camden wait those are your choices my thoughts exactly and that means
09:03Diabetti Bosco Jasmine Kennedy and Georges you are on the opposing team I have to say I have observed
09:14Daya's face she doesn't seem the most excited with the people on her team ladies as you prepare
09:26your panels each team needs to pick one queen to act as the moderator of your panel racers start your
09:35engine and may the best drag queen win I am a little nervous the other team they've all been playing
09:43the
09:43game super strong however willow puts me in a group of Jasmine Jasmine's like an energy vampire and
09:50that is not good hashtag team leftovers I'm fucking excited drag-con panel today's maxi challenge is we
10:00are actually gonna do our own drag-con panel on the subject of men I don't know about anybody else
10:05but I love men how about you there's more to men than just just not to me but to most
10:11people so we
10:12do need to assign a moderator have you thought about I am thinking I would like the moderator to meet
10:19you I was thinking the same thing yes I'm down I think you're the best person to keep us all
10:26together so you'll be kicking off each topic
10:29these are the moderator there's like a common with a character type thing or is this like no we're ourselves
10:35yeah okay I think the best way I'm gonna imagine it is as if I'm talking at home with all
10:40my friends
10:40yeah because I hate the three of you I do feel like we have good chemistry together I don't see
10:47the
10:47other team as members hanging out in their daily lives together I'm thinking that they might run
10:52into trouble with just general chemistry and flow so the idea of like a panel where does that take you
10:59immediately I'm thinking like instructional infomercials and like Steve Jobs revealing like a new iPhone type of
11:07situation I have never been on a panel but I'm not scared to talk to people I worked in customer
11:12service since I was like 13 there's an art form to being a very salty barista and I am an
11:18extremely
11:19salty barista select a moderator to drive the conversation first of all what's a moderate a moderator is
11:26someone who basically like delegates and puts like the direction of the conversation and like making sure
11:30that like we're engaging with each other um if possible I would love to take the moderator role
11:43no no no no not today no are you going to be able to cut off whenever it's not like
11:50you know
11:51because the moderator just has to get to the point yes yes in terms of that I'm like able to
11:55give you
11:55guys rooms and things like that and then if there's like a little like dead space I could always fill
11:59in
11:59time with things like that here's the thing Jasmine knows how to talk but a moderator also needs to
12:04know when to stop talking I feel like well yeah Bosco how what are you thinking about right now I
12:12am
12:12kind of feeling the moderator role um if that isn't stepping on anybody's toes no part and Bosco if you
12:19were to open it I feel like it would be very strong because that is what's going to lead us
12:23in on a
12:23positive note or we're gonna flatline fast yes and I feel more comfortable no offense no it's okay
12:31no I I'd rather work collaborative as a team and make it better than just try to take it just
12:35because
12:35I was in the bottom two last week and trying to like stand out great it has always been a
12:39challenge for
12:39me not to over talk or overrun a conversation since this is a talking challenge my biggest struggle in
12:45this is going to make sure that I am talking enough but I'm also not over talking others
12:51hey mommy kids now is it raining menses up in here
13:02team willow come on over so we're talking about menses tell me some of the topics that you will be
13:10covering with this panel well we wanted to do a mixture of having a lot of fun and interjecting
13:15a lot of comedy but also some serious stuff so like fatherhood is a great place for us to tell
13:21about our stories and so we want to have a great ebb and flow of entertainment but also realness
13:27ebb and flow they used to live down the street yeah they were whores so what is the theses of
13:34your
13:34father talk what's your relationship like with your father I don't talk to my father why not
13:38when we were 14 he up and left us um and my mother uh suffers with bipolar and schizophrenia
13:46so she couldn't take care of herself let alone two children and who so who took over the family
13:51after that we kind of separated um my mother and my brother moved somewhere else and then I was taken
13:56in by a guardian and he really kind of gave me the father that I've always longed for yeah wow
14:01so
14:02who's been to drag con raise your hand so and Jerry you've never been no get the fuck out
14:08now who's also been to panels I've actually done um a panel before at another con how dare you
14:17but I've done I've done uh panels in pageants before and how did that go I I did not win
14:22the
14:22category but why didn't you win my strategy then was to kind of wait and then speak the person that
14:27did win they were more straight out the gate this is what I think well I think that's a good
14:32point you
14:32brought up because a lot of times when people are in these situations this is comes up from people who
14:35may
14:36be shy you think oh I have to act a certain kind of just be yourself talk like you're talking
14:41to
14:41your friends it has to be fluid and conversational Camden I can see there's a tentativeness yeah in
14:50your demeanor what is it that you're afraid of people finding out about you I don't know like I'm
14:56afraid of like sometimes looking stupid okay that number one let's just sit on that for a minute
15:00you don't have time to be studying other people what they they're thinking but we let that other
15:03voice get in the way yeah just be yourself when you were performing one way or the other we're
15:09doing this thing where you and you were interpreting and all that stuff connect to that apply that to
15:15everything and you win yourself some more fucking challenges yeah this is one of those challenges
15:20where I could just recoil and tense up and like bomb I need to not do the homer simpson disappearing
15:26into the bushes this is an opportunity for us to really get in there and look under the hood and
15:31see
15:31how this engine of masculinity works still have fun with it but make sure that people walk away from
15:36your panel with some real tangible information I feel like Rue is looking at me going bitch she's
15:43looking for that same looseness in like crazy freedom that I felt I had as Freddie Mercury okay
15:49Bosco Diabeti Georges Jazmine so we're talking to him yes yes our favorite subject yeah I know it's your
15:58favorite subject what about you Diabeti have you been in a relationship yeah I've been in the
16:02relationship for five years with Satan with Satan uh-huh yeah what's Satan like in bed actually not
16:09that good it's very disappointing to be honest Rue are you all getting along well how are you two
16:15getting along we're doing pretty good I know we're uh we always are at each other's throat back and
16:20forth why is that we're not at each other's front of the ass we're not at each other's throat what
16:25are you sometimes she just doesn't know when to shut her mouth sometimes she likes to comment on
16:30things that don't need to be commented on she likes to talk over people exactly in a way she's like
16:34a
16:34little sister yeah that I want to bash her head into the concrete floor but there's a part of me
16:40that
16:40loves her so now this is interesting because there's a panel where you're all talking and stuff
16:44how will you be able to take a slice of the pie and then leave some for the rest of
16:49the kids um I
16:50think it's honestly by kind of how I'm formatting my situation I'm going to be not necessarily
16:55dominating the conversation but more kind of being like the person they come to with the question
16:59if that makes sense doesn't make sense um now have you workshopped this topic enough you know if
17:07you were in Lou Grant's newsroom don't question much you would go you know let's hear all the ideas
17:13put them all on the table and let's sort through to find out the ones that pack the most power
17:17now this has got to be fun too because this is rag con but you have to be able to
17:22hit some points
17:23so that the people listening have some takeaway from this in fact Georges have you learned anything
17:27about men in this workshop that you didn't know no honestly I would worry about that your relationship
17:35to femininity it's very clear cut where does that come from ever since I was five years old I always
17:41grew up dancing and like I watched ninja movies and I was always in tune with my body ever since
17:47I
17:47was younger there was baby pictures of me posing as a like no there are and I'm just like with
17:52my hip
17:52out did your father say boy don't you do that yes I used to walk around on my tiptoes and
17:58my grandpa
17:58and my dad we used to get so mad at me for doing that really and why do you think
18:02that is I feel
18:03like because they didn't want me to be feminine whatsoever I don't know why like I was just doing me
18:09I was
18:09just having fun I just felt comfortable with myself now this is good shit right here these are the kinds
18:14of things I want you to workshop I mean this right now is an opportunity for you to dig deep
18:17and sort
18:18it all out get it on the table give us some takeaway with this thing otherwise you might be lip
18:23syncing
18:23this week Ru's definitely stressing that this needs to be personal but at the same time she's also really
18:30stressing that this needs to be fun it's hard to say how this will go well thank you ladies we'll
18:36talk
18:36later thank you I'm leaving today thinking that this could be a moment for me however I don't know
18:45until I see what my teammates do like what is a moderator without content to moderate so this could
18:50very well blow up in my face or be my saving grace
19:01today we get to do our drag con panel in front of the judges I'm feeling so excited super confident
19:07our team is going to knock it out of the park I'm feeling very good I think our group is
19:23doing a lot
19:24better than we were yeah I was very confused at first on yeah now we kind of have an idea
19:28of how
19:28it's running and things like that so I just have to make sure I'm letting room for other people to
19:33talk
19:33and I think with how we practice it I did a good job is Jasmine learning am I growing and
19:38developing
19:38what is this I don't think my team has the utmost confidence in me in this challenge but I am
19:44very
19:44much for the team and I'm going to take their critiques and dial it back I feel like I am
19:50on the
19:51right track something I've definitely like learned a lot from like creating is to not get attached to
19:56anything if something's not working drop it your brain is capable of coming up with new ideas I
20:02definitely learned that being here honestly like a bitch we rehearse something or practice nothing
20:07and never turns out yeah sometimes when I get in front of a mic I get hella flustered I get
20:13hella
20:13nervous but honestly the head bitch is Bosco and bitch we got Jasmine we got diet and we got me
20:20a
20:20whole group of bad bitches so we got this so I'm wearing like a dark red wig and I feel
20:26like I'm gonna
20:26look like my mom today love that for you like my actual mom do you feel like you look like
20:31your mom at
20:31all when you're in drag sometimes yeah the first time I got in drag a lot of my mom's friends
20:35were
20:35like oh my god you are your mother you are your mother you are you I am your father and
20:41I am your
20:41father and I have to say Willow like thank you so much for choosing us because honestly like yeah I've
20:48been wanting to work with you for a while you did a great job and you know what I like
20:51about you a lot
20:52tell me what you like about me I am I'm gonna tell you I really like that you are quiet
20:57but you do not
20:58like play the back though like you're still gonna have a voice yeah I think you realize you don't
21:03have to be the loudest person in the room you know to still make a point I feel no need
21:08to bark yes I
21:09noticed that about you I want another win so bad I wasn't even happy like being safe last week I
21:16want to be back on top and I feel confident this week I just I need to bag another one
21:21see the drag queens in
21:27their natural habitat undisturbed quiet as a mouse as the eyeliner applies and the lash attaches careful as
21:38not to disturb her I don't like you as you look so creepy at me oh quiet careful not to
21:47disturb
21:49oh wow that lady that was Willow that's not a lady that's Godzilla that's God Willow y'all bitches are
21:57crazy
21:57maxi
22:14have a girl put the bass in your wall head to toe let your whole body touch yes dynasty
22:24Welcome to the main stage of RuPaul's Drag Race.
22:27She's never met a man she didn't like, Michelle Visage.
22:31Well, there was this one guy years ago in New Jersey in a park at night under the jungle gym.
22:38Now, I didn't get his name, so let's just call him Fluffy.
22:43Style superstar Carson Kressley.
22:45Now, Carson, what's your favorite thing about men?
22:48Yes.
22:51You learned that from Zsa Zsa.
22:54I sure did.
22:55And the men all paws for Nicole Beyer.
22:58Nicole, what's your favorite thing about men?
23:01Dick.
23:02Well, what qualities do you look for in a man?
23:05Dick.
23:07Who's your favorite Van Dyke?
23:09Dick.
23:11This week, we challenged our queens to infotaint us in DragCon panel discussions about men's.
23:18Racers.
23:19Start your engines, and may the best drag queen win.
23:23RuPaul's DragCon presents our first panel.
23:27Well, hello and welcome to our panel.
23:30Men, a work in progress.
23:32Now, we're going to be talking about the good, the bad, and the ugly.
23:36Speaking of ugly, do you want to meet our panelists?
23:39We have Miss Lady Camden.
23:41Hello, you sexy bitches.
23:42We have Miss Wewell Peel.
23:44Hello, darlings.
23:45And, of course, Miss Angeria.
23:47But you can call me Angie.
23:50Now, the topics at hand, we are going to be talking about hot men's, fatherhood, and relationships
23:55and sex.
23:57So, let me tell you, ladies.
23:58What makes a man sexy?
24:01Now, I can say for me, I love body hair.
24:03I like to be exfoliated when I'm giving him...
24:07A hug?
24:08A hug.
24:09Yes.
24:09I've heard you give great hugs.
24:10That's exactly what I was going to go for.
24:12Now, Willa, what makes a man sexy to you?
24:14Well, it's complicated for me because I'm an anarchist who believes men should be punished
24:17for their crimes against the world, but I do find them very attractive.
24:20Okay, okay.
24:21So, I really like a feminine man.
24:23And in the gay community, there's this whole mask for mask thing, which, if you don't know,
24:27means a masculine man looking for another masculine man, like Ross and Carson.
24:30Yeah.
24:31And, but I like femininity.
24:33There are people that actually like to call me a drag lesbian because I actually like to
24:37date other drag queens.
24:38Oh, kickity-cocked guys.
24:39Yeah, it's something that I think is so sexy about a man that I can share a wig with.
24:43It really is.
24:44Now, let's do something fun.
24:45Who is your celebrity crush?
24:47Blake Lively.
24:48Blake.
24:50That's a...
24:50You mean Blake Sheldon?
24:52Oh, Blake Sheldon.
24:55Didn't even get the man's name right.
24:59I love Dwayne The Rock Johnson.
25:01Baby!
25:03I need a man that can handle a love seat or a futon or two, if you know what I
25:07mean.
25:08I have noticed in the recent years, though, dad bod has kind of become the quintessential
25:12ideal body.
25:14And that's going to lead me to fatherhood.
25:16Now, Miss Anjuria, how was your relationship with your father?
25:19Well, I actually have an amazing relationship with my dad.
25:23He's accepted me being gay and doing drag.
25:26And that is a lot, especially where I come from.
25:29You know, I'm from Sparta, Georgia, baby.
25:31And that is very rare.
25:32And I just feel like there are men out there who are led to believe that loving your gay
25:37child somehow makes you less masculine.
25:39Well, I'm here to tell you that it does not.
25:41Period.
25:42What about you, Willa?
25:43Well, my dad died when I was 11.
25:45Oh, babe.
25:45And it was hard because we had a rocky relationship.
25:48I could tell that he knew that I was gay.
25:50And it's not hard when, you know, I run around wearing a sequined headband as a bra.
25:54Does it still fit?
25:55Yeah, I wore it for my inches.
25:57Completely.
25:58I just want to say to any parents out there, don't wait to embrace your child or figure
26:02out what's going on with them.
26:03Just do it now.
26:04Yeah.
26:04Because there might not be a later.
26:06Life took that away from me and my dad.
26:07What about you, Camden?
26:08You know, I'll admit I definitely hid a lot of who I am from my dad from a young age.
26:14And so I always lived in this fear of what he would say, what he was thinking.
26:18So I almost trained myself to be cautious.
26:21A lot of those feelings came back up when I started to do drag.
26:23I felt very like, I don't want him to know who this is.
26:27When he found out, he called me up and he said, I love you, but I'm so heartbroken that
26:33you held this from me.
26:34So I think sometimes it's up to the child to be open and willing and ready to receive
26:39that love because sometimes your fear is holding you back, which it was for me.
26:43I actually do not have a relationship with my father at all.
26:46I do remember specifically, I was eight years old and I remember calling a boy cute.
26:51My dad chased me around the yard, beat my ass and told me, you do not say that about
26:57a boy because I'm not going to raise a pussy.
26:59And that stuck with me up until maybe I was 18 when I came out.
27:03Even though the world knew, hello, I am gay.
27:06And I'm so glad we're having this conversation because it's not the child's responsibility
27:09to make their parents feel comfortable.
27:11Also, I want to see more dads in drag.
27:14Yes, totally.
27:15More drag queens that look like Deja.
27:17Yes.
27:19Now, who's single?
27:21Oh, okay.
27:22We all lonely.
27:23Got it.
27:23Now, Willow, is this my choice?
27:25Yeah, I mean, I've never had sex or been in a relationship because I only do anal.
27:28Okay.
27:29But, no, on a serious note, I do find dating difficult because out of drag, I'm not a very
27:35confident person.
27:36I have a chronic illness and it makes me look really young and a little, like, sickly.
27:40So, I feel like out of drag, I look like a sad Victorian doll.
27:43And then, in drag, I look like a sad Victorian doll, but with whore makeup.
27:46Ah.
27:47And then, I also have a disability in my fingers and my wrists.
27:50So, I give really bad hand jobs.
27:51Yeah.
27:52Which is tragic.
27:53I heard that about you.
27:53Yeah.
27:54You know something that I think is so difficult about dating these days?
27:58Hooking up.
27:59And I think it's because you don't see many men working for it.
28:02Getting sex these days is like ordering a pizza.
28:04You just call it in and it shows up at your door 15 minutes hot and ready.
28:07Yeah.
28:08Yeah.
28:09All right.
28:10Let's open the floor for some final thoughts.
28:11Well, we call this men a work in progress because it really is.
28:14I mean, this is all fun to talk and joke about, but this is going to be work for generations
28:19to come so that the people coming don't have to feel a lot of this pain that we've talked
28:24about.
28:24And we talk about it in a fun, humorous way, but the pain really is there.
28:27Absolutely.
28:28And we don't want that for the rest of the world.
28:30Not at all.
28:30And it's going to take a lot of work.
28:31Yeah.
28:31And to my dads out there that are listening, man up, take responsibility, and love your child.
28:38And if you need a date, call a date.
28:41If you're Blake Lively, don't call me.
28:42Don't call Camden.
28:45Well, thank you guys so much for joining us for our DragCon panel.
28:48I want to thank our panelists.
28:50Thank you guys.
28:50Camden, Willow, and Angeria.
28:52And of course, I was your host, Mastasia Skye.
28:54Good night.
28:55Good night.
28:57I think that my team knocked it out the park.
29:00I don't know what the other team is going to be giving, but they definitely got some competition
29:05on this one.
29:07RuPaul's DragCon presents our next panel.
29:11Welcome to the second panel of the day.
29:14Men, Electric Boogaloo, Part 2.
29:16Now with more men.
29:19When I think of men, so many questions come to mind.
29:22Questions like, why?
29:25For what?
29:27And honestly?
29:29So I'm going to need a little bit of help.
29:31Let's meet our panel.
29:32We have the multifaceted yet complex talents of Diabetes.
29:37Thank you for that introduction.
29:38You're so welcome.
29:38The incredibly quiet and subtle Jasmine Kennedy.
29:42You're me.
29:42I am.
29:43And maybe she's born with it, or maybe she's born for this.
29:46It's George's.
29:48Hello, this.
29:49And I will be your moderator today, Bosco.
29:52Let's talk about how men navigate the world in a section I'd like to call, you've got
29:57male privilege.
30:00Jasmine, do you think it's easier for men than...
30:03Oh my God, yes.
30:04Oh my God.
30:04Men have it so much easier than women.
30:07I can go on a tangent, but I'm going to keep it short and sweet.
30:11But basically, male privilege is kind of this thing that's kind of fundamental in society.
30:15It's taught to us at a very, very young age.
30:18If you can think back to like middle school, men have the privilege to kind of wear and
30:21get to do whatever they wanted to do.
30:23But women, I mean, God forbid if they wore a spaghetti strap or a skirt a little too low,
30:29you know, I think right now in society, we put too much pressure on how women or children
30:33or women are supposed to look.
30:34It like the dress code isn't there technically.
30:37So I think it should really be taught that a woman can wear whatever she wants and she
30:41shouldn't be judged for it.
30:42I remember being at parties, hearing guys talk about, you know, their numbers, how many
30:47girls they slept with, and everyone was rallying around them being like, yeah, bro, you know,
30:51that kind of thing.
30:52And if a girl were to be doing that, she was slut shamed immediately.
30:55And that's kind of something that is taught at a young age and brought into adulthood, unfortunately.
31:01So what we're trying to say is this is something that follows them from boys to men.
31:05Yes.
31:05Nineties to after.
31:07I don't think every manager is like walking around, like utilizing their male privilege
31:11as a weapon.
31:12I feel like a lot of it comes from like a societal expectation.
31:15And I feel like sometimes that expectation is internalized and turns into something that
31:19Britney Spears might call toxic, which is going to bring us to our next topic, which
31:23is toxic masculinity.
31:25I feel like drag queens have a very nuanced relationship with toxic masculinity.
31:30Georges, I want to talk to you in particular.
31:31You've told me that your dad is like a really big fan of you and your drag.
31:35Has he always been so supportive of your feminine side?
31:37Honestly, I knew about toxic masculinity at a very young age.
31:42I mean, when my mom was crowning with me, little did she know she was going to get a big
31:46old
31:46queen.
31:47And I used to walk around my house on my tiptoes with my hip out, dancing all over the place.
31:51And my dad and grandpa really tried to suppress that at a really young age.
31:55And I never really understood why until doing this panel and being here at DragCon, it was
32:01all out of fear.
32:02And honestly, he came to one of my shows.
32:05He saw how happy it made me.
32:07He saw that the people that I was around were so positive.
32:11And he saw the money that I was making, too, to take care of myself.
32:14And after the show, he was like, you know what?
32:16That's my boy.
32:17Like, I'm so very proud of him.
32:19When I came out, my parents were like, okay, we can still love you, but, like, don't talk
32:23about it.
32:24My dad in particular is like, don't talk about it.
32:25I don't want you to be unsafe.
32:26I don't want your siblings to be unsafe.
32:28Yeah.
32:28I feel like that came from a place of fear.
32:30And that made him feel insecure in his masculinity.
32:33And it made him feel scared for me.
32:35And, like, I feel like my dad's, like, on the right track.
32:37Like, he loves me.
32:38He's supportive.
32:39But, like, he's still not quite there.
32:41Like, he still calls Drag my dancing.
32:43He hasn't gone to my shows.
32:45So, I feel like Drag is, like, the antidote to this toxic masculinity, though.
32:49I think he just needs to see all of this.
32:51And then, like, we'll really get to that next step.
32:54Bitch, if you're toxic and masculine bitch, meet me outside in the parking lot.
32:57I have a couple of words to go.
32:58You're so small and feisty.
32:59You're gonna work.
33:00Well, I feel like we've spent a lot of time kind of bashing on men so far.
33:03So, I want to flip this around.
33:04So, we've talked about turn-offs.
33:06Let's take this to turn-ons for our final segment.
33:09Ha-men-z-z-z-z.
33:11I believe that's plural.
33:13Let's turn this over to our resident dick dog, Diabetic.
33:17That's me.
33:18Yes, you're an expert on this, girl.
33:19Tell me what turns you on.
33:20Well, okay, the first turn-on I remember was watching WWE.
33:24You got the Chris Jericho's, the Dwayne The Rock Johnson, Beja.
33:29You know.
33:29John Cena.
33:30I was always so enthralled watching them on the TV, getting nose-to-nose, drenched in sweat.
33:37You know, they wore little tiny outfits.
33:39And I always noticed they had rock-hard nipples.
33:43I made it my mission.
33:44Like, the first week in college, I'm like, I'm gonna find my WWE SmackDown wrestler.
33:49And now, right now, at this point of my life, I need a man with a mind like Bill Nye,
33:54the science guy.
33:55And then someone with nipples like Carson Kressley.
33:59Thank you for noticing.
34:01Jasmine, what about you, my friend?
34:02My turn-ons?
34:03Yeah, tell me what turns you on.
34:04I mean, I know this is, like, geeky, but I love a gamer.
34:07I love someone who gets down, you know, at 12 o'clock at night, just gaming all night.
34:11It's just like, I don't know.
34:12It's my favorite.
34:13Miss Georges.
34:14Oh, my God.
34:15Tell me about your turn-ons.
34:16I love a guy who's way taller than me.
34:18I like to feel small, itty-bitty, petite.
34:19How are you gonna find a guy taller than you?
34:21And you're really asking for the world over here.
34:24But I love my guys with, como se dice, sabor, you know?
34:28I like my guys a little bit, like, heftier and furrier.
34:30Like, if y'all are building a man, I'm building a bear, for sure.
34:33Like, that's what it does it for me.
34:35I like somebody who's, like, a love seat that walks around.
34:37That's what it does it for me.
34:39Thank you so much for joining us for our panel, Men Electric Boogaloo 2.
34:43Now with more men.
34:44Ooh.
34:44My name is Bosco.
34:46We have Georges, Jasmine, and Diabetti.
34:48Thank you so much.
34:49Thank y'all.
34:50Thank y'all so much.
34:53The world is your own way.
34:57Category is shoulder pads.
35:00Up first, Deja Sky.
35:02Woo!
35:03Yeah.
35:04She plays linebacker for Team Coco Chanel, darling.
35:08Woo!
35:09I am giving a nod to Chanel, a nod to linebackers.
35:14I'm trying not to walk like the Tin Man, because the jacket is very stiff.
35:19I feel absolutely silly and slamming.
35:23I'm talking square bits to you, baby.
35:26I own 51% of this football team.
35:31Lady Camden.
35:32A nutcracker.
35:33That's what they called me in high school.
35:35Get those nutcrackers away from my face.
35:38I am giving you every ballet dancer's nightmare.
35:41The nutcracker.
35:43Yes.
35:44I'm transforming from little old man nutcracker to beautiful temptress of the night.
35:49I am just glistening, glittering.
35:51New set of lips.
35:53When all are asleep and there's no noise in the house, not even a peep from a mouse, she
35:58comes to life, honey.
35:59She comes after your man.
36:02Honey, she's going to ever let you have it.
36:06Willow Pill.
36:07Apparently, the stock market has spiked.
36:12I wanted to bring a look that was like menswear in the year 2079.
36:16It's like I'm the manager of an evil pop group that's taking over the world, and our
36:20name is Willow and the Pills.
36:22Something that screams edge and punk, and is equally in the past and in the future.
36:26It's business, it's sex, it's power, and of course, there's always an element of camp.
36:32Yes, honey, I think she's on those Willow Red Pills.
36:35Out of shade, you stay.
36:39And Jerria.
36:40Shoulder pads, check.
36:42Houndstu, check.
36:43Crown, check.
36:44Ooh, I'm seeing a pattern here.
36:47I want to show the judges right now that I can go all the way outside of my box.
36:51So I am giving you a full club kid houndstu fantasy.
36:55I done put on me a nice, sickening black lip for the kids.
36:59I really want to sell this whole fantasy.
37:02Who let the hounds out?
37:06Bosco.
37:07When it rains, it whores.
37:10My shoulder pad looks is neon Blade Runner.
37:13I'm feeling very futuristic 80s.
37:15I've got my Dragon Ball Z shoulder pads on.
37:18It's like if the Morton Salt Girl, Dick Tracy, and a villain from Power Rangers got rolled
37:23all into one look.
37:24Ladies and gentlemen, Del Basio.
37:26Nobody walks in L.A.
37:28I'll see you on the Weather Channel.
37:31Gorgeous.
37:32She wore blue sequins.
37:36Pompadorable.
37:38Bitch, I'm giving you Selena meets Prince.
37:41I'm giving you pompadour realness.
37:43Natural edges, of course.
37:44I'm giving you some of the Selena moves.
37:47Girl, I'm living my best Selena fantasy right now.
37:50Y'all can't tell me nothing at this point.
37:52I guess Blue's clue was, it's stunning.
37:56Jasmine Kennedy.
37:58The puce is loose.
37:59Okay.
38:01Ooh, day glow she better do.
38:04Today, I'm giving you very supermodel, very serious, hands on hips, smug face, just mean
38:10mugging the judges, letting them know that I can do simplicity.
38:13I don't have all the accoutrements and accessories going on right now.
38:16I'm giving you Powerpuff Girl Villain, and I am just letting them know that I am
38:20not taking anybody's bullshit.
38:22Radio attractive.
38:25Reclaiming her lime.
38:27Reclaiming her lime.
38:30Diabetti.
38:32Tank girl.
38:33Mad Maxine.
38:35Don't ask, do tell.
38:37I stomp down the runway looking like a really fierce G.I.
38:42Joe doll mixed with a gladiator bitch from hell.
38:45Ooh, you might need that.
38:46I love a little bit of androgyny with my look.
38:48Bitchy Betty is tough and ready.
38:51She's enlisted in the Hair Force.
38:54Uh-huh.
38:54Reporting for duty, G.I.
38:56Ho.
38:56Oh.
38:58Welcome, ladies.
38:59This week, you competed as teams.
39:02But tonight, you'll be judged as individuals.
39:07And when I call your name, please step forward.
39:10Deja Skye.
39:12Willow Pill.
39:14Bosco.
39:16Georges.
39:18Jasmine Kennedy.
39:20Diabetti.
39:23Ladies, you represent the tops and the bottoms of the week.
39:28Lady Camden, Angeria, you are safe.
39:33You may leave the stage.
39:40Now it's time for the judges' critiques.
39:43Up first, Deja Skye.
39:45Deja, you coming for a whoopies gig at The View?
39:49Because you kept it moving, but also it was funny.
39:51Also, it was, like, educational and heartfelt.
39:53I was, like, tee-hee-hee, ooh, wow, you know?
39:56I think you did a really good job at keeping it moving.
39:59There were moments that you felt a little stiff to me,
40:01but when you gave into it, it was great.
40:03Keep loosening up.
40:04Keep giving into it.
40:05Carson, did Michelle say, keep loosening up,
40:08keep giving into it?
40:09Yes, yes.
40:10I feel like I say that a lot.
40:12Where'd my stool go?
40:14Here you go.
40:16This look is what I live for,
40:18because this, to me, is, like, high drag.
40:21Because you're giving us camp,
40:22you're giving us a sense of humor.
40:24You have the ridiculous shoulders,
40:25and that was the whole thrust of the challenge.
40:27We look for the ridiculous.
40:29That extra wink, that's what turns me on personally.
40:32When we had a shoulder pad storyline,
40:35this is what I expected.
40:38Up next, Willow Pill.
40:40With something like shoulder pads,
40:41that's Mama Ru saying, do it big.
40:44So I feel like you could have gone bigger with this look.
40:47It's gorgeous.
40:48I love the construction of it.
40:49Of course, I love the crystal pinstripe.
40:52I just want more shoulder pad, too.
40:53And then during the panel,
40:54you know how to tell a joke.
40:56I give really bad hand jobs.
40:57Like, you know a setup, and you know a punch.
40:59And, like, you were honest.
41:01You were just so relatable.
41:02You still allowed natural room to laugh and joke about it
41:05and not take your situation too seriously.
41:07And I learned so much more about you,
41:08which is what we wanted to happen.
41:11So on point with your outlook on life.
41:13Some people get stuck in the darkness of it,
41:16but you have clearly transcended it.
41:18And that's when it becomes a blast.
41:21It is a blast.
41:23You get more and more fierce every time you come out here.
41:27Just fabulous.
41:29Up next, Bosco.
41:32Tonight on the runway, this is a bit simple for me.
41:34Okay.
41:34It's a bra with a corset, panties, and a raincoat.
41:36I kind of like that bronze bustier.
41:38I like the eyewear.
41:39It's fun.
41:40It's very Del Basio.
41:41Do you know Del Basio?
41:42She was the lead singer of Missing Persons.
41:45That's who you look like tonight.
41:46Is she pretty?
41:47Oh, she's gorgeous.
41:48Okay, good.
41:49Love that then.
41:50And then during the panel, I thought you were really funny.
41:53Men's-a-z-a-z.
41:54I believe that's plural.
41:56It didn't feel rehearsed.
41:56It felt like you were super present, and I love that.
41:59You were fucking hilarious.
42:01I thought you were a superstar, a standout in the group.
42:04Every good talk show host needs to be an exquisite listener.
42:07You were in it, you were living it,
42:08so you were able to listen, and then you were able to react.
42:10And that's why your comedy was so natural.
42:13You were born to do moderating and hosting.
42:16You're very funny.
42:17You hadn't yet electric boogaloo.
42:19It's all about the breakdancing craze of the early 80s.
42:23You know, for us, we love those kind of references.
42:28Oh my God.
42:29Thank you very much.
42:31Up next, Georges.
42:33Hello, dear.
42:34This is a really gorgeous silhouette.
42:36I love that it's a jumpsuit.
42:37I love the materials.
42:38I mean, this material just catches the light.
42:41But I don't really get shoulder pads from it.
42:43I get puffy shoulders.
42:44And then in your panel, for me, I think you reseated a little bit.
42:48I knew about toxic masculinity.
42:51I felt like you were self-conscious, and you'd stumble over yourself,
42:54and then you'd get mad at yourself, and I'd see you.
42:56It's a panel, so you could just be like, oh my God, speak his heart today.
42:59And then, like, just reset and start over.
43:01Look, they all laugh.
43:03Easy laugh.
43:04Listen, early on, I would stumble over my words.
43:06Now I don't care.
43:08You know what?
43:09I don't care.
43:11You get to an age where you just don't care, Georges.
43:15That's one of those things that comes with time.
43:17It was just a lot of pressure today.
43:19That thing that you do on the runway, when you learn how to apply that to everything,
43:23you will rule the world.
43:28Up next, Jasmine Kennedy.
43:31I love this look on you.
43:33This is really well edited.
43:34It's sleek.
43:35It's a great color for on the stage.
43:37And I love the shoulder pads.
43:38What a dream.
43:39I love it.
43:39In the panel, I did think you were very charismatic, but I just didn't get enough of you.
43:44Now, I know you're a Kennedy, but in your panel, you were giving me Nancy Reagan as a magician.
43:51Weirdly, you aged yourself by at least 20 years.
43:54You're so young and sassy.
43:56And that's what I want.
43:56You're 22, damn it.
43:58I want that playfulness.
43:59I do feel like you did recede a little bit.
44:02Gaming all night.
44:03It's just like, I don't know.
44:04I think it's a confidence thing.
44:05You can have a couple zingers and be the star of the interview.
44:07And I think it's just exhale, relax, and just actually have a conversation.
44:11It's like when you're talking to friends.
44:13You're not sitting judging yourself before you say it.
44:16Because that's usually what happens when you're that young.
44:18You're thinking, I've got to behave a certain type of way.
44:21It's like, no, don't do that.
44:22Do you.
44:24Up next, Diabetti.
44:26Let's talk about your panel performance.
44:28I thought you were very personable, very relatable, very articulate.
44:33Someone with nipples like Carson Kressley.
44:35I also really loved your outfit.
44:36You truly were like, drag!
44:38And everyone else was like, I'm a nice woman.
44:40It's a nice day.
44:41I really enjoyed the conversation about the WWE stuff.
44:45Because wrestlers are drag queens.
44:47I mean, think about The Undertaker and think about Ric Flair.
44:50They were full drag.
44:51WWE was like a thing that I watched with my dad.
44:54And so I feel like that does kind of come into play with my drag a little bit.
44:57It's a very special place in my heart.
45:00It holds a very special place in my heart.
45:02I usually watch it with a fistful of lotion.
45:05You too.
45:06Okay.
45:08Thank you, ladies.
45:09I think we've heard enough.
45:11While you untuck in the workroom, the judges and I will deliberate.
45:16All right, now, just between us squirrel friends, I want to know what you think.
45:21Deja Scott.
45:22I thought she was so wonderful as the moderator.
45:24She was so good at keeping the conversation flowing and not letting it lull.
45:29She was fantastic tonight.
45:30And I thought she looked beautiful during the panel.
45:32Honestly, I want to see more.
45:34What a little pill.
45:35She looked really sweet and demure and she was cutting bitches left and right.
45:38Her jokes are hilarious and she knows where to insert them.
45:42I love that she gives us wildly different looks every time.
45:45She definitely has a style, but it's never the same look.
45:48I do wish there was, you know, more shoulder pad, but I don't care.
45:51I like her.
45:52Bosco.
45:53She is so witty.
45:54If Deja Scott was, like, commercial moderating, Bosco is, like, ooh, nightclub, edgy moderating,
46:00if you will.
46:01Why?
46:02She was very funny, very dry.
46:04Bosco was fantastic.
46:06I just laughed from the very beginning.
46:08Clearly, the standout from her group.
46:11Georges.
46:12Our little Georges got sucked up in that panel and we lost her.
46:16She needs to learn how to lay into those flaws and use them, like a Chrissy Snow or a Goldie
46:21Honwood, to build a character.
46:22The panel look, the hairline for me was very distracting.
46:26There was a lot of makeup at the hairline.
46:27Not good.
46:28Tonight, not a good night for Georges.
46:31Jasmine Kennedy.
46:32On the panel, I don't understand why she looked 45 instead of 22.
46:36A bit magician-y with the cape.
46:38It was like the Iron Lady does a bit of magic.
46:40Yes, exactly.
46:41The pearls are non-negotiable.
46:45I think she is so fun and so endearing, but tonight, she felt a little stiff.
46:51She's not quite as confident in who she is as a presenter.
46:55Daya Betty.
46:56On the panel, I thought she was really endearing, really sweet.
46:59Wasn't the best, but it was interesting.
47:02On the runway, yes, she did paint her face house down combat boots.
47:08But the look for me was just so columnar.
47:11Is that a word when you look like just a column?
47:13Oh, cylindrical?
47:15Sure, we'll go with that.
47:16Silence!
47:17I've made my decision.
47:20Bring them back my girls.
47:22Welcome back, ladies.
47:23I've made some decisions.
47:27Bosco, your electric boogaloo was breaking new ground.
47:32Congratulations.
47:33Congratulations, you're the winner of this week's challenge.
47:35Yes!
47:36Yes!
47:37Baby, thank you!
47:37You've won a cash prize of $5,000, courtesy of Snag Tights.
47:42Thank you so much.
47:43When RuPaul tells you congratulations, all I feel is just pure elation.
47:51Willow Pill, this week, the judges want to give you a hand.
47:55Job well done.
47:57You're safe.
48:00Yes, Willow.
48:03Deja Sky, we were cuckoo for your cocoa.
48:06Now, take a little time to enjoy the deja vu.
48:11You, you are safe.
48:18Georges, you were glittering on the runway, but we missed that Georges sparkle in the challenge.
48:25Jasmine Kennedy, on the runway, you made a bold fashion statement, but in the panel,
48:31you faded into the back.
48:37Stupid.
48:37Diabetti, in the challenge, you were stone-cold stunning, but your runway look needs to sign
48:44up for booty camp.
48:50Diabetti, you are safe.
48:55Thank you, guys.
48:56Thank you so much.
48:57You may join the other girls.
49:03Georges, Jasmine, I'm sorry, my dears, but you are up for...
49:07Elimination.
49:08Oh, yes.
49:10The Jasmine versus Georges lip-sync smackdown.
49:13Let me tell you this, America.
49:16We have been waiting for this.
49:20Two queens stand before me.
49:23I've consulted with the judges, but the final decision is mine to make.
49:29Ladies, this is your last chance to impress me and save yourself from elimination.
49:38The time has come to be to lip-sync for your life.
49:48This will be my third lip-sync.
49:50I have to give in my all.
49:52I'm sorry, Georges.
49:53It's not personal.
49:54It's drag.
49:54Good luck.
49:55And don't fuck it up.
49:58Oh, sometimes I get a good feeling, yeah.
50:04Yeah.
50:07I just want to tell you right now that I believe.
50:15I really do believe that.
50:18Something's got a hold on me here.
50:21Oh, it must be the...
50:23Oh, something's got a hold on me right now, child.
50:28Oh, it must be love.
50:29Let me tell you now.
50:31I've got a feeling I feel so strange.
50:34Everything about me seems to have changed.
50:36Step by step, I got a brand new walk.
50:39I even sound sweet of love when I talk.
50:42I said, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh.
50:48Hey, hey, yeah.
50:49Oh, it must be love.
50:52You know, it must be love.
50:53Let me tell you now.
50:54Something's got a hold on me, yeah.
50:57Oh, it must be love.
50:59Oh, I've got a feeling I feel so strange.
51:00Your eyes are a little going to...
51:02Listen, what, what, what?
51:03I said, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh.
51:09Hey, hey, yeah.
51:10Oh, it must be love, you know it must be love
51:13Let me tell you now, my heart feels happy
51:16My feet feel alive, I shake all over
51:19My feet all right
51:20I never felt like this before
51:23Something's got a hold of me that won't let go
51:26I never thought what happened to me
51:29Got me happy without a misery
51:31I never thought it could be this way
51:34A little choke on it, but I heard it don't be
51:38Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, hey, hey, yeah
51:44Oh, it must be love, you know it must be love
51:56Ladies, I've made my decision
52:05Jasmine
52:10Georges, Chantel, you both stay.
52:16Ladies in the back, please take note.
52:18This is how you lip sync for your life.
52:22Really fabulous, ladies.
52:23But can I say, something got a hold on this.
52:26Oh, my God.
52:27Thank the Lord Jesus Christ.
52:29This is so crazy.
52:31Holy fuck, bitch.
52:32How in the world, I mean, I know how we killed the lip sync.
52:35But like, I am so goofed and betriveled right now.
52:42Condragulations, ladies.
52:43And remember, if you can't love yourself,
52:45how in the hell are you going to love somebody else?
52:47Can I get an amen up in here?
52:48Amen.
52:49All right.
52:50Now let the music play.
