05:46growing up i had my moments of extreme flamboyancy and my mom she would not like it
05:51and she would state that she did not like it it's hard to like find an acceptance and i just

06:07so disappointed in myself and i would just pray that i didn't wake up
06:14when i was around 16 years old i ended up moving in with one of my theater friends and
06:19my family didn't look for me and i was literally around the corner

13:33appreciate in a respectful way though and not in a rude way let's hear what the other queens have
13:37to say about this situation this is a big one i would love to say something because honestly like
13:40with me and jasmine it felt like you didn't respect us at all like watching it it just showed like
13:46i felt like you respected everyone else i really want to make this clear to both of you okay it

14:58yes i was on the show 48 hours daya betty is genuinely a great person but in the competition
15:05setting everyone handles stress differently in a stressful situation she went in completely unfiltered
15:10so she said something to you it wasn't personal it was what she was seeing from the judges and voicing
15:15it was it right no but that's how she was handling the competition and the pressure that she was under
15:20i hear but it doesn't mean that she's a bad person right she's not a bad person because outside the
15:25competition hold on one second daya you're feeling some kind of way right now you have tears in your
15:31eyes what's going on it's just like i'm not that person and i feel like everybody has this terrible
15:38idea of who i am and i'm not like i'm not i just like had my head in the game
15:43and like had my eyes on
15:45the prize what she said were things that we were all thinking stuff we said even if it was like
15:49off camera
15:49whispered like and we were all being shady to an extent and saying stuff but you said like a lot
15:54of like the shadiest shit every one of your confessionals i said everything was like saying

17:17unfair amount of hate in terms of death threats yeah people wishing her not well people can't stand
17:22anything about some of the things she does and that's not that's not fair that's not right and
17:26yes i understand that there are character flaws nobody is asking her to be perfect yeah and yes there
17:31are times you're shady bitch we all have been there yeah we all have fucking been there and you have
17:37to cut her a little bit of slack she did show redemption she did show that she cared and the

25:37to be like some negativity some pushback i didn't expect the polarizing levels especially like online it's
25:42like wow we support this this is amazing and wonderful and then another half the people were
25:46like this is the worst thing to happen in drag history but i mean like no matter what i knew
25:50i had the support like i like this cast and i'm just really appreciative of like them and all the
25:54people that have supported me like up in my drag journey yeah angie tell me why you were so behind
26:00metamorphosis i believe in all kinds of expression when it comes to drag and like seeing maddie
26:05was something that was so inspired to me now i will say it was something i had never heard of
26:10and when i
26:10heard it for the first time i was like girl what oh okay but i wanted to get to know

26:21through shade about you in twitter but no matter what we are artists and you are here for a reason

26:43rooted in queer culture queer history it's a queer art form and if you are remotely like homophobic like
26:48you have to work on yourself first and men should explore their femininity so many bad things come
26:52from toxic masculinity homophobia transphobia and i'm not going to change the world i'm not going to be

33:22people many many many of my beautiful angels that visit me are either trans figuring themselves out
33:27parents of trans people and it's so emotional because i'm able to give what i always wish i
33:32would have had absolutely because you living your truth has prompted other people to say you know
33:38what i think i can do it too and i don't get emotional a lot um but every time i
33:44do get emotional
33:45honestly it's because what i think of my girls my beautiful angels i really am reminded at just how
33:52proud i am of all of y'all each one of you owned yourself and especially you jasmine you you

33:57yourself out there you talked about who you are and then to see who you are today for you to
34:03look
34:03every day in the mirror i'm sure you feel so much relief and happiness you're able to live authentically

49:37week well um and then my high point would have to actually also be being sent home my first week

49:45think it really relit that fire under my ass and uh made me feel like i had something to prove

49:50i think i did i'm sitting up here in the top five and i'm yes you know i'm very proud

49:56that you know sometimes your lowest points become the catalyst to move you forward you know percent
50:01all right lady camden what was your low point i think my low point was watching myself in the
50:06girl group challenge in a bob with a huge underlash and too much white eyeliner and then realizing that

50:39to win three challenges and to impress rue and impress the judges in a way that i think maybe surprised
