This simple and inexpensive dinner side is one of Roscoe’s new favorite ways to enjoy potatoes! In this video, he makes Syracuse salt potatoes using only salt and red potatoes. Boiled in heavily salted water, the potatoes form a crust on the outside that makes each bite even more satisfying than the last.

00:16but they're also just easy to make.
00:18Get two bags of the new babies,
00:20cup and a half of salt,
00:21boil them up,
00:2115 to 20 minutes,
00:23the salt,
00:23and it puts a nice crust on the outside.
