00:00My name is Alex Parrish.
00:02Protecting our country had always been my dream,
00:05but my life took a very drastic turn.
00:07You're the closest survivor we found at the blast site.
00:09I don't remember anything.
00:10You might remember more than you think.
00:12It all started nine months ago,
00:14on my way to the FBI Academy.
00:17Prime booth.
00:18We had sex in your car six hours ago.
00:20They wanted the best.
00:21Your father, he's a hard man to find.
00:23I can ask, or you can just tell me.
00:25I didn't tell the whole truth in my interview yesterday.
00:27My mother didn't shoot my father.
00:29I did.
00:30This is my father.
00:32Who was he?
00:32When I volunteer to go undercover,
00:34I don't expect the Academy.
00:35Just stay close to her, okay?
00:36Tell me what she does, what she says.
00:38You think one of these people is a terrorist?
00:40We're pretty sure they already were a terrorist
00:42when they got to Quantico.
00:43And we checked your gun.
00:44It was fired recently at your apartment.
00:46Agent Booth.
00:47I never thought before I'd save our country,
00:50I'd have to save myself.
00:51Miranda, what are you doing here?
00:52I'll get you out of here.
00:54Hold on.
00:55I need to find the truth.
00:56What?
01:07Name?
01:08Alex Parrish.
01:09Why do you want to be in the FBI Academy?
01:13Because I learned from an early age
01:16that things aren't as they seem.
01:27Because I want to make sure
01:28that what happened to my mom and dad
01:30never happens to anybody else.
01:47Because I can only do so much as a cop.
01:49You guys like cops, right?
01:52Yeah.
02:00Because I'm grateful.
02:03For the peace, safety, and stability
02:07this country offered to my family.
02:15Because...
02:18That's her.
02:20She's your mark.
02:22Because I believe in this country
02:23and what it stands for.
02:26And I want to protect it.
02:28At all costs.
02:48It's okay.
02:49I'm done.
02:51Get her trust back.
02:54I'm trying.
02:56But ever since I interrogated her for your class,
02:58she's been cold.
02:59I pushed her too hard.
03:03Hey.
03:04She'll come around.
03:06Keep trying.
03:21God means me this morning.
03:23Can we switch at lunch?
03:29I figured you might be missing home,
03:31so I got some orange flower water
03:32to make a way better.
03:34I went later today.
03:36Having trouble, Trini Amin?
03:37You did better yesterday.
03:38Numbers should go up, not down.
03:40Simon is distracting me again.
03:43Time!
03:4540.
03:45It's 43 and 50.
03:50All right, you got 30 seconds.
03:52Let's get those guns built.
03:58You've got a shadow.
04:02All day, every day.
04:03It's because you're the best.
04:06Second best.
04:09I've never done this before.
04:12Marines.
04:13Oh, right, yeah.
04:16Hey, Parrish.
04:17Forgot the extractor.
04:29Looks like it's a tie, huh?
04:33Not anymore.
04:37How are you guys not exhausted?
04:40It's like we have the Olympics in the morning,
04:42and then we have to pass the bar every afternoon.
04:45Or if you have any energy left.
04:48I'm trying to stay focused.
04:51Missing your golden boy.
04:53Oh, no, absolutely not.
04:55I have actually loved the quiet since Caleb got booted.
04:59And there's a no-hook-up rule between Nats.
05:01Need I remind you guys?
05:02I mean, technically, Alex broke that.
05:04Bye.
05:04Hey, that was a one-time thing,
05:07and I didn't even know who he was when it happened.
05:09I still don't.
05:10I used to have better instincts, you know.
05:12It seems your shadow found a new Peter Pan.
05:17She can have him.
05:18She can have him.
05:20Whoever he is.
05:24Oklahoma City.
05:26September 11th.
05:28The Boston Marathon.
05:30Now, while these tragic attacks may be the reason you think you are here,
05:34you are actually here because of Los Angeles in 2000,
05:39Detroit in 06, and Chicago in 2014.
05:44Attacks the FBI stopped.
05:45That is correct, Tranny Parrish.
05:47The Bureau's job is not to clean up tragedies.
05:51It's to prevent them from happening in the first place.
05:55And in order for you to do that, you'll need help.
05:59Meet the analysts.
06:05The analysts are working at HQ to help bridge the gap
06:09between what you find and what it means.
06:12These 12 are here training just like you.
06:16They'll be working with you for the next few weeks.
06:24The agent-analyst relationship is integral,
06:27so I urge you to get to know one another.
06:29Some of you may already know each other.
06:32Mr. Haas, welcome back.
06:35It's good to be back, sir.
06:37Now on to the exercise,
06:40learning how to identify and stop an attack before it happens.
06:44How do we begin to figure out when and where an attack may occur?
06:48We find evidence.
06:53Now each site you see here is where a different, real-life terrorist plot was hatched.
07:00Each site has been meticulously reconstructed with everything that was present when the FBI raided them.
07:07In each case, the attacks planned in these very rooms were foiled.
07:12As agents, you're going to need to be able to study scenes like this
07:16and separate evidence which is meaningful from that which is meaningless.
07:21So divide yourself into three teams, and each team pick one room.
07:25There are clues in each which point to credible threats.
07:30Threats that will come to fruition in six hours.
07:35If you can't find out what they are, then stop them.
07:39We've given you the haystacks.
07:42Let's see if you can find the needles.
07:54This is just found two blocks away under her car.
07:57She can't have gone far.
07:58We radio checkpoints at every bridge, tunnel, and peer to keep an eye out,
08:01but I doubt she'll make it more than a few blocks.
08:04I want a status report right now.
08:066th Avenue, no sign of Parish.
08:0740th Street is clear, sir.
08:095th is also clear.
08:14All agents be advised, proceed with caution.
08:17Suspect is armed, desperate, extremely dangerous, and highly trained.
08:22I want her alive, if possible.
08:24Really, Liam?
08:25If possible?
08:29Alex, where are you?
08:31You think I'd tell you that?
08:32Look, come back in.
08:33We can help you.
08:34Like you were helping me by sending me to jail.
08:36Look, if you didn't want to go to jail,
08:38you should have thought about that before you detonated that bomb.
08:40How could you even think I did that, Liam?
08:42You know me.
08:43You know me better than anyone.
08:45All agents, it's down.
08:46No more walking.
08:47She burned them.
08:48I thought I knew you until we raided your apartment
08:50and found an agent bleeding out on your floor,
08:52surrounded by plastic explosives.
08:54When I left my apartment at 5 this morning, it was empty.
08:57Someone had to have broken in after I left.
08:59Someone who shot Ryan,
09:00and instead of looking for that person, you're after me.
09:03You better pray Agent Booth corroborates your story
09:05when he gets out of surgery,
09:06because if he doesn't, I am putting your face all over the news.
09:09You won't last a day in the wind.
09:11A day is all I need.
09:14Triangulate the signal and find her.
09:17What are you going to do?
09:22I'm going to find the needle.
09:48You can talk to me outside of class, you know.
09:51This isn't high school.
09:52What's on your mind?
09:55You found anything with my father yet?
09:57I mean, was he even in the FBI?
09:59I told you I'd let you know if I found something.
10:02And I will.
10:06Team's looking for you.
10:13Annette killed himself in front of you.
10:16And the FBI just let you back in like nothing happened?
10:19You mean after I saved them from letting any ticking time bomb into the ranks?
10:23Hell yeah, they let me back in with commendation.
10:25Yeah, but as an analyst, not an app.
10:28That's my choice.
10:30Being an analyst is way cooler.
10:32I get to sit back.
10:33I get to put my feet up.
10:35Scroll through all the hashtag white huskies on Instagram.
10:38You have to pick through five years of some crazy dude's garbage.
10:41Oh, look at this one.
10:42Isn't this one just adorbs?
10:46By the way, you got tissue stuck to your arm.
10:49Hopefully that's not a happy tissue.
10:52You know, I would have thought that you'd changed after everything, but you're still the same.
10:58They shouldn't have let you back in.
11:00Hey, if you want to call the director and complain, I got his number right here.
11:03It's under favorites.
11:06Did you know that there was an undercover agent in your class?
11:10Ryan Booth.
11:11No.
11:12Why is he here?
11:13I'm thinking that the executive assistant director sent him down here to spy on me.
11:17See how I'm doing running this place.
11:20He never wanted me appointed, but it's hard firing your highest ranking woman without cause.
11:25Just goes to show you, no matter where you are in the bureau, assistant director, or agent trainee,
11:31there's always someone who knows something you don't.
11:34It's a good time to ask what you're doing with those twins.
11:40How to keep secrets from the people you're supposed to trust lost.
11:44You know, you really should teach that here.
11:46You learn pretty quick once you're out.
11:48The needs of the bureau.
11:49Ah.
11:50Funny, they never finish that sentence, but we somehow always know what they mean.
11:55See ya.
11:58I hear you're having performance issues.
12:00I'm not.
12:01Are you, Nima?
12:02Of course not.
12:03No one's going to believe you're the same person unless you match.
12:07Which means you have to act and perform the same.
12:11If one of you can only do ten pull-ups, the other one can't be seen doing twelve.
12:15Sir, if Raina likes to hang out with Simon Asher, I have to do the same.
12:19He pulls my focus always, talking about nothing, about coffee.
12:23I don't even like coffee.
12:24I like him.
12:25He reminds me of people back home.
12:27He never distracts me.
12:29Trainees, I mean.
12:32Raina, you're the first experiment of your kind in bureau history.
12:36Please don't screw it up.
12:39Stay away from Simon.
12:41And all of the other Nats.
12:42The assignment waiting for you at the end of your training cannot happen if your cover is blown.
12:47Are we clear?
12:49Are we clear?
12:50I know how important this is for you.
12:52We will match.
13:04Get out of here.
13:10Did you, a former assistant director, disguise yourself, take out two guards, commandeer a prison transport, and help a suspected
13:19terrorist escape?
13:20You're the one helping a terrorist escape by chasing after Agent Parrish.
13:24Miranda, a bullet from her gun is in one of our agents.
13:27Her go bag was found two blocks from here.
13:30The access point used to get the bomb in the Grand Center was part of a perimeter detail she personally
13:35requested.
13:36Evidence lies.
13:37Especially when it's been put there on purpose.
13:40Alex would never do something like this.
13:41Why do you think she's innocent?
13:44You only ever see the best in people, and it blinds you to who they really are.
13:48Just like it did with your son.
13:52Tell me something, Liam.
13:53When you look at her, what do you see?
13:56The recruit you fell in love with?
13:59Or the terrorist who rejected you?
14:10Yeah.
14:10Vasquez here.
14:11I'm at Parrish's apartment.
14:13Beyond what Swap found this morning, we've come up empty.
14:15I think this was a dry run.
14:17How do you mean?
14:18There's no way she could have built a bomb for her to take out a whole block.
14:20I'm sure she has a safe house somewhere.
14:22She's there now.
14:24Okay, look, just bag and tag everything you have.
14:27Get back to the command post.
14:28We're going to need all hands on deck to find her.
14:33You're never going to catch her.
14:35She's too good.
14:37We taught her too well.
14:46Sorry.
14:48We're closed.
14:50Deliveries only.
14:51I need your help.
14:52Does that security camera record 24 hours?
14:56I need to see what it got between 5 and 9 a.m. this time.
15:09Hey, I just want to apologize for this morning.
15:13It's okay.
15:15so many clothes huh just a mom and her teen daughter there's so many styles era sizes
15:20looks like my grandma's basement forest hills
15:25these clothes are all made of synthetic fibers highly flammable think that's a needle okay thank
15:31you well these receipts and ticket stubs are apparently a dead end what you got emails
15:38between our hacker and his long-distance girlfriend in oslo they keep planning these
15:42vacations everywhere they never go anywhere most hackers are lone wolves so maybe he was just
15:48stringing her along maybe i still think it's a clue you are sitting on evidence you're not even
15:57supposed to be in here no wi-fi sucks over there so you'd rather disturb a crime scene so you
16:02can
16:02watch videos of people falling off of water skis without buffering whoa calm down reese witherspoon
16:07i'm researching the psychos you cited catcher in the rise inspiration to see if their mo's match the
16:13evidence you found you did notice a copy next to that survivalist glass of pencils
16:22ryan i think i'm onto something she was an elementary school teacher yes but what elementary school
16:27teacher can afford first class tickets and five-star resorts doesn't lie now like when a marine from
16:32maryland owns a car registered in his name from california means nothing on its own maybe but
16:39pair that with that marine being in manila on tour for months but yet having somehow managed to get
16:44through weeks of fbi tests and interviews starts to paint a picture don't you think do you ever think
16:49your trust issues impact your ability to see clearly you read my file what does it say unlike you
16:56and these emails i don't believe everything i read i still think the girlfriend's in on it just like
17:02i still think i'm right about you yo booth if she's bothering you come work with me i already got
17:09three leads she's stuck on one simon right elias i thought i'd introduce myself there's not a lot of
17:18you know us around here us jews you're jewish no oh god you you meant i did yeah i just
17:30just uh
17:32panicked for a second i thought maybe it looked like i was hitting on you and i didn't until just
17:38this second you know it's just you're the first openly gay agent trainee in history there's been tons
17:46a gay analyst but never it's just an honor to be here yeah yeah well um i'm not here because
17:55i'm gay
17:55and i'm guessing you're not either so if you don't mind i'd like to get back to work continue showing
18:00i have more to offer than just my sexuality all right yes i was right the flight numbers the hotel
18:08rates the rental car models their code they're talking code that's correct trainee parish good eye
18:14now you're gonna bring that to your analyst to find out what it means
18:21send everyone home like you asked your suspect lives across the street
18:27yeah
18:29is that the suspect
18:35there's someone in that apartment
18:37no one entered that building after the suspect left how do they get in
18:47ryan who's that
18:52you're bleeding
18:54oh it's nothing
18:58that's you on the camera
19:03okay it's not what it looks like you saw me leave that building
19:07the real terrorist is the one who found a way in after i left
19:12i wish you hadn't done that
19:21i just thought i'd sit in and see how things are going you know how i love this job
19:25make yourself at home
19:28with the trainees who found a piece of evidence come down
19:32the analysts have information for you
19:34you've made it to the next round
19:38all right let's see what you got and if there's a threat there
19:46simon
19:49so you and simon are friends
19:51there are no friends here only competition
19:54i told everyone he was a virgin
19:56now he wants to stay on my good side
19:58there's such a thing as a gay virgin
20:00i like making him squat
20:02like with gaza
20:03gaza
20:05his time there
20:07with the evidence you collected the analysts have been using the world's largest criminal database
20:12ours
20:13to help determine when and where these attacks might occur
20:16sir i found a location
20:18our team's survivalist shack belongs to a rogue member of the elf intel from a ka on file points for
20:24assassination attempt on the senator on the capitol steps
20:28done
20:30boarded
20:30well look at that
20:32you are good at this
20:33with our evidence looks like the woman who owned the suburban home is planning on burning down a planned parenthood
20:39her daughter got an abortion there
20:41alex is right
20:42our hacker was put on a terrorist watch list by the fbi
20:46he didn't like it
20:46to get revenge he and his girlfriend are going to bomb independence hall
20:50okay
20:52independence hall
20:54the historical sites are the most targeted in this country

21:44one person. It's easy. It's a senator. An angry mom? It could be both. What if it's none? None
21:50wasn't an option. Agent O'Connor did say which of these threats, if any. Yeah, well, he also said
21:55that Planned Parenthood was the gun room, so that's where I'm going. I'm winning this thing.
22:00Look, shouldn't there be a twist to this or something? Well, it's not like your intuition
22:03hasn't been wrong before. I may have been off my game since I got here, but not about this.
22:08I have a feeling we can't waste time waiting for some hunch to kick in. You have three minutes.
22:12I'm going to the auditorium. I'm going to the parking lot capital. I'm going to the
22:16gun room. Booth, you coming?
22:22Ah, Mr. Haas, not so fast. Analysts stay at their desks.
22:27All right. Of course. Got it.
22:37Help! Let me out!
22:39Hello? Please let me out, please!
22:45Hello? Please!
22:48We tracked Parrish's walkie signal.
22:50She's around the corner inside a building.
22:52Let's go.
22:54Hello?
23:03Should have noticed the hacker's threat was a setup meant to entrap and identify FBI agents
23:08who put him on the watch list. You're all burned. Game over.
23:17What's going on? Do we win?
23:20As with most zealots, this was not an imminent threat. Sorry. You picked the wrong one.
23:33Our survivalist threat was still in the planning stage, apparently. We tipped him off that we
23:37were onto him, and he went underground.
23:40Everyone lost?
23:44Where's Traney Parrish? This is it. All right, all right. Check for exits.
23:48Weapons out.
23:50On my mark.
23:54Seal any other exits.
23:57On the ground! On the ground now!
23:59Get on the ground right now!
24:08Here's a walkie.
24:10Here's a walkie.
24:11I'm sorry.
24:15She planted the walkie on him.
24:23What do you got?
24:24Bistro on 7th, right across the street.
24:26She's across the street! That's Dolan!
24:27No!
24:27Come on!
24:47What are you doing in our office?
24:49The exercise is over. Everyone failed.
24:52None of the threats today were real. The only real threat was you.
24:58Go on.
24:59The exercise was built on information provided to us by you.
25:03But information is only worth anything if you trust the source that it came from.
25:08So I went back to the rooms to see what I hadn't seen before.
25:12You were playing us. And you even left clues in each room to taunt us.
25:17Like, like the cup of pencils in the shack or the ticket stubs that Ryan found in the hacker's den.
25:24And in the bedroom.
25:27And you held the key to all of it in your hand the whole time.
25:32Your Kentucky Wildcats.
25:34You used the word reconstructed for the rooms and that was the key.
25:38They weren't real.
25:40Can't just follow orders.
25:42Gotta trust your gut.
25:44Person in authority says this is a crime scene. Anyone would believe it.
25:48You have to question everything.
25:50You have to look past what you're told to find the truth.
25:53Evidence lies.
25:56Information can be spun.
25:57Your intellect may have got you here, but it will be your instincts that will make you special agents.
26:02This exercise was set up for you to fail.
26:05Use it.
26:06Learn from it.
26:08Alex is the first recruit in the years we've run this exercise to figure it out.
26:12Clearly her instincts are very strong.
26:14Good on you for trusting them.
26:45Natalie.
26:47Natalie.
26:56Thanks.
27:17You are watching us,
27:17Steve.
27:17Look at him.
27:30I didn't do it, I didn't do it, Natalie.
27:33Open the door, Alex.
27:36What the?
27:49Suspect is on the second floor.
27:51Get up here.
27:52Now.
27:52On our way.
28:15She's in the next building, seal the exits.
28:17I can fit, you guys go around.
29:01Don't move!
29:04Don't move!
29:07Okay, okay, okay.
29:11I'm innocent, Natalie.
29:12You have to believe me.
29:14Hands behind your head!
29:15Someone's framing me.
29:16Someone, someone we both know.
29:17Natalie, I suppose you're 20.
29:18Okay, think about it.
29:19If I did it, why would I leave an apartment full of evidence that points to me and let myself
29:23get caught at the bombsite?
29:25Why wouldn't I come back here instead of taking the opportunity to run?
29:29Why would I shoot the man we both love?
29:33Hold on!
29:34They're on the next building!
30:02They didn't ask you to choose.
30:05This was all that you could get.
30:10When my parents heard that I got kicked out, they were done.
30:13I was always a screw up, but, um, now I'm the first host to not make agents since Hoover.
30:21My sister's the only one who felt bad.
30:23She called a friend.
30:24Banana list.
30:27So, here I am.
30:29Came to watch everyone else become the agent I grew up wanting to be.
30:34We'll find a way back.
30:38It doesn't work like that.
30:40This is a one-way ticket.
30:54Hey, did I offend you before?
30:57Well, when you chose your analyst it wasn't me, and when I tried to help with the group you shot
31:01me down.
31:03I did?
31:04I did?
31:05Maybe I'm reading into it.
31:06I...
31:06I...
31:07We just met.
31:10I don't even know your last name.
31:12It's Harper.
31:13And now I know your last name, but I don't know you, so I'm gonna...
31:18How did you get into Gaza?
31:21Nima said you spent time in Gaza in 2011, but the travel restrictions in that period were so strict the
31:25only way you'd have gotten through is with a Palestinian entry permit, which doesn't exist in your name.
31:33That database they let me play on down there is pretty amazing.
31:36Are you accusing me of something?
31:38God, no.
31:40I'm just an attorney.
31:42You know, we're like poking holes in stuff.
31:48You can get into Gaza without a permit.
31:50Yeah, but how do you get out?
31:56I was intrigued before. You were right, I was hitting on you.
32:00But now I'm actually interested.
32:04Are you gonna tell me the story, or do I get to figure it out for myself?
32:10Hey.
32:13Is now a good time for white coffee?
32:16Yeah.
32:17Uh, yeah.
32:20Good luck.
32:29They're fake.
32:30Great. I'll be right back.
32:46I'll leave.
32:48Please don't.
32:50I lost my head out in the cold.
32:57I have three sisters.
32:59We were raised by my mom.
33:02My dad lives in Bethesda, but I never see him because he abandoned us when we were kids.
33:08I grew up in California.
33:10Hawthorne, to be exact.
33:13And, while I was married, I, it ended three years ago.
33:20I just, I couldn't take my reign off for a while.
33:25And the FBI compacted my interviews into the two days leave I got.
33:29I'm telling you this now because, you were right about me.
33:34Just like you were right about the exercise.
33:37Just like you should know that.
33:41Just like you should know that.
33:45Just like you should know that.
33:58I'm going to be right back.
34:00He's very lucky.
34:02He'll be good as new in no time.
34:04What a tragedy, huh?
34:07Yeah.
34:08They were just filling me in.
34:10Listen, your phone's been ringing off the hook.
34:12Call him back and let him know you're safe.
34:31I need to be fast.
34:35I don't know how long I can lose this fall.
34:37Start talking.
34:54How'd you know I was here?
34:56Well, we may keep secrets, but we still know each other.
35:00Just like I know why you came to my class yesterday.
35:05Oh, yeah.
35:07I got under your skin.
35:13Well, when somebody knows you for a long time, say that you've given up.
35:18You started thinking maybe they're right.
35:23And?
35:27I had a run of bad luck.
35:29I let it get to me.
35:32But not anymore.
35:35I loved being in that room.
35:37I loved it.
35:39The passion.
35:40The hope.
35:42It reminded me of why I took this job.
35:45To produce the best agents the Bureau has ever seen.
35:48And if that means we graduate 10, then we'll know it's the right 10.
35:51And if that Ryan Booth is here to spy on me,
35:55then let her report that to the Bureau.
36:02You with me?
36:04The needs of the Bureau.
36:05The needs of the Bureau.
36:09The needs of the Bureau.
36:12These people have no idea what you did two years ago.
36:15You saved their lives.
36:17He's up for parole.
36:23You won't get it.
36:31You gave Alex's trust back.
36:32Good.
36:33You'll need it for what's coming next.
36:35And what is that exactly?
36:37The more you keep me in the dark, the harder it is for me to do the job.
36:40Well, I'll tell you when I'm concerned, okay?
36:42You're not need to.
36:42You need to know.
36:43Yeah, I get it.
36:44But who is?
36:46I'm starting to think it's just you.
36:48You know what?
36:49This is Chicago all over again.
36:51Hey, hey, hey.
36:52You want to get back to your life?
36:53To your family?
36:55You keep asking questions, and that gets further and further off.
37:08you.
37:24You coming?
37:26I want to see if you can keep up.
37:32What were you doing in my apartment?
37:34I was here to work the convention.
37:36We hadn't seen each other since...
37:40I wanted to apologize for what I did to you back in Quantico.
37:44And when you got there?
37:46The super let me in.
37:47I knocked on your door and somebody opened it.
37:51It was too dark to see.
37:52All I remember was the muzzle flash.
37:55Where were you?
37:55I left early for work.
37:57One minute I'm walking to the subway,
37:58and the next I wake up in the rubble.
38:00I don't even know how I got there.
38:01I must have been drugged.
38:03Who would do something like this to you?
38:04I don't know.
38:06But I took evidence from my apartment.
38:08I'm going to start with that.
38:09I need to act fast.
38:10There's a terrorist out there,
38:11and no one's even looking for them.
38:14Listen to me.
38:15I can help if you'll let me.
38:17How?
38:18I can keep the FBI off your trail.
38:20I'll buy you some time.
38:22But I have to make it look like I think you're guilty.
38:29Their tip was that it was someone from our class.
38:32I'm going to find them.
38:33Track them down.
38:35All right.
38:35Hey.
38:37When you find them,
38:39don't trust anyone.
38:43How are you, Ryan?
38:45I'm all right.
38:47Take care of yourself.
38:48Take care of yourself.
38:52Hey, Mr. Booth.
38:54Glad to see you're still with us.
38:57Me too.
38:59Do you have any idea who shot you?
39:01Did you see their face?
39:03Yes, I did.
39:05It was Alex Parrish.
39:09Release her now.
39:17I looked into your father.
39:18It's true.
39:20He worked for the FBI.
39:21That's all I know now,
39:22but I'll have more for you soon.
39:28When you applied to the Federal Bureau of Investigation,
39:32each of you was asked a question.
39:35Why do you want to be an FBI agent?
39:38Each of you had an answer.
39:40But how many of you were telling the truth?
39:44All right, guys.
39:45Let's hit the track.
39:46People hide things from one another.
39:49They lie.
39:49They joke.
39:50They tell you what they think you want to hear.
39:53Time!
39:55Good job.
40:06Over the next 20 weeks,
40:08you will learn to see what people aren't seeing.
40:15You never wear makeup.
40:17We have to match, right?
40:20Not just to the world,
40:23but to themselves.
40:25Take a good look at the people around you.
40:30Do you trust them?
40:32Do you trust them?
40:41I know why I'm standing here tonight.
40:58I know.
41:00I know what I believe in.
41:03Why do you want to be an FBI agent?
41:14I look forward to your answer.
41:16There is now a suspect
41:18in the deadly attack on Grand Central Terminal.
41:20We are being told she is an FBI agent
41:23by the name of Alex Parrish.
41:25She is 5 feet 9 inches
41:26with dark skin, brown eyes, and brown hair.
41:29Parrish is considered armed and extremely dangerous.
41:32Anyone who thinks they have seen her
41:34is asked to contact authorities.
41:36The FBI says they do not know where she is headed
41:38or what she may be planning next,
41:40but they are warning residents to stay indoors.
41:44We will keep you updated
41:44as new information comes in.
41:47Godspeed, and God bless America.
42:19Godspeed, and God bless America.
