00:00And so, Joy, again, all the things like you said with Sid and all those guys that really helped you
00:05get where you were and where you are and who you are, I mean, we all know who you are.
00:11It's just to me, it's like when you see a story like this, it's just a double standard.
00:14And unfortunately, again, they put more speed bumps in front of women in journalism to really get ahead.
00:22Yeah, yeah, they do.
00:24They do. And you have to be resilient and you have to be resolved in what you want to do
00:31long term.
00:33And like you said, you need people to help you along the way.
00:36You need to be talented. You need to have have a real, real, real, real tough skin.
00:43And in the end, you know, I think your work should speak for itself and how people talk about you
00:48when you're not in the room is really important.
00:50Colin always says that you're most of your employment decisions are going to be made when you're not in the
00:54room.
00:55So your work should speak for itself. And, you know, I feel like mine does.
00:58I feel like a lot of women in the industry, their work speaks for themselves.
01:01And that's what that's what rises to the top in the end, even if there's people that are looking for
01:05things to say about you.
01:08I'll tell you what, both of us sweating our baguettes off over at the Miami Dolphins training facility, trying to
01:14get Nick Saban on the program.
01:17Those are some days, I mean, going there to training camp.
01:20I'm traumatized. I can't do it.
01:24Oh, my God. Horrible.
